Pros Great pricing, very easy page design, easy non-technical screens for people to navigate. Cons Media transferring is not ideal when sharing between locations, could have a better logical folder structure. Would love to see device management without high cost. Nothing too fancy but it's also very nice to inform all of our employees of what's happening with our company. Pros I love how easy it is to access the online portal from your desktop and also on the go on your phone. Cons I don't like how it can be finicky with the Firesticks. Pros The features I appreciate the most is the scheduling. It works great having to not worry about when to post items and when to remove them. Just add them, set the schedule and done. We purchased a yearly subscription with the Dashboard functionality as it works well with hyperlinks shared from disparate applications. Pros Very easy to use and setup. We initially started with some Chromecast devices attached to the TV screens we use, but have since just purchased the ScreenCloud hardware, as it works better with our upgraded network security. Cons Not applicable. We really like it. The only think I would like it for SSO to be included in the yearly plan without needing to upgrade further. Review Source MB Mary B. It's a really great option for our business. There are a lot of great use cases for it, and I love its simplicity! Pros I love the ability to add content on the fly and distribute to all devices within matter of minutes Cons The hardest thing for me is sometimes getting the device back online because we use Fire Sticks, and the internet at certain spots where we use them is not the best. I use it to upload menus in a restaurant and it's easy to change them from any location. Pros The program is easy to use. It is easy to upload from my phone or computer to my screen. Great UI, excellent support, fantastic product! Pros I'd say I really liked the timer functionality where you can set days/times when ScreenCloud is active. Allows us to manage our screens and content. Very valuable to our church. Pros It is very user friendly and the UI is easy to follow. Very intuitive program. Cons We have trouble with it on our Amazon Omni TVs and not allowing them to turn off (automated) and back on (automated). Screen cloud keeps them on. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences. Pros Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show. Cons Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team. I will continue to use ScreenCloud for as long as we need it. Pros Ease of use. It is extremely easy to get up and running. Even if you are not technically savvy, you can get it setup within minutes. The platform is very easy to navigate and has plenty of options to choose from to create and display content. The price is reasonable and not outlandish for the service they provide. The digital experience is great, and they've been helpful when we've needed 1-to-1 support. Pros It's easy to create new screens and new content in the backend. We can see the current screen being displayed. There is an extensive variety of integrations with other applications, such as YouTube, news, weather, and Facebook. We plan to use more applications for internal screens to show things like team member milestones, upcoming events, and goals.
