It's an affordable solution for my small business. Pros It was easy to set up. I like being able to ee what is playing and where. I like that content can be scheduled with a start and stop time so I don't have to remember to add/delete it. I'm sure there are more features available that I don't use. Cons Canvas is not intuitive and does not have enough default colors or fonts. Fonts should scale with the text box instead of manually changing the font size number. I would like to have a brand feature for company fonts and colors. It's not enough for me to rate it 4 stars, but might have selected 4.5 if it was an option. The timer features for setting specific post dates and times is very effective. Cons For us, it disconnects by itself from time to time from the server to device. Pros ScreenCloud makes my business's digital signage management very easy! There's tons of apps and customizability, and the UI is very easy to move around in. Stability is super important and we haven't had any issues since updating devices. We can easily update content or use apps to have dynamic displays. We use the API to change the screen if we have an event coming up, all automatically. Cons The only downside is the license cost. It's a bit higher than other competitors with similar or slightly trimmed back features. I also wish they had a mobile friendly site so I can more easily manage a screen on the go (forgot to update it or something after leaving work). Sometimes, temporary displays don't revert back to the original content after the time is up. Before ScreenCloud, the only time our product videos were updated was when someone physically delivered a new USB stick to the TV! ScreenCloud has dramatically improved our ability to showcase products and manage messaging. Being able to update and control screens remotely is invaluable to us—so much better than mailing a USB thumb drive once a year! Cons I feel there's so much more we could be doing with the tool that I'm simply not aware of yet. This may be due to a lack of time or effort on my part to explore it fully. That said, I’d really appreciate access to a self-service training library—something I can easily jump into to learn new features and better customize my experience with the platform.
