Pros

Tango cards offer a wide range of gift cards and help me easily claim rewards in my regional currency

Cons

1)To claim the total value, you may end up claiming them as dozens of gift cards. Instead, there should be a provision to claim the full value of a single gift card2) In a given instance, rewards with a value lower than Rs.25 cannot be claimed. Similarly, some rewards are left away in each instance and cannot be clubbed and redeemed.

I think Tango is a great program to recognize employees and teams. It makes delivering employee incentives quick and easy for both parties. The person receiving the gift has a list of places to choose from, and it's sent via email making it convenient for everyone involved.

The ability to have a reward recognition platform saves me time in not having to drive to stores to buy gift cards especially when you do not know which GC's recipients are interested in. Allowing recipients to choose one or more retailers is wonderful!

Pros

Being able to provide faculty, staff, and students with a recognition and motivational reward system that all can have access to is a priority so everyone can feel connected even for those that work and attend school remotely!

Cons

Integration to set up the the account with our complex university system was a little challenging but now that it is up and running, the software is very user friendly.

Great experience, I recommend to all my colleagues.

Pros

Tango Card is great because it doesn't cost more than the price of the gift cards, the amount and email text can be customized, and recipients can choose the most relevant gift card for themself. The bulk Upload feature makes things easy.

Cons

Setting up the bank connection was a little cumbersome, and it wasn't easy to figure out how to customize the email template. I wish it were integrated with SurveyMonkey.

I love how easy they make it to use. I was unfamiliar with how to use these before, however, I became very knowledgeable after a few uses.

Cons

It is hard to point out one specific flaw I found with this. There are very small things here and there that I might change. But overall, nothing jumped out that I felt was just awful with this.

Cons

I would like to be able to load cards directly from my bank account rather than funding our account on the Tango Card site.

My organization was looking for a e-gift card system to implement to fulfill various customer requirements and Tango Cards was the one stop solution that could address the requirements. I give 8.5/10 for Tango Cards with recommendation.

Pros

Tango card is one of the leading gift card system that comes with high level of security features mainly PCI-DSS v3.2 as well as ISO. This gives the customers the confident about the security infrastructure that is in place.

Cons

Due to the extensive security measures in place, the initial API configuration of Tango Cards is bit complicated.

Reason for choosing Tango

Enhanced security features and user friendliness after the implementation helped us to choose Tango Cards from other considered products.

I have been using Tango Card from some for receiving giftcards issued by different websites, and my experience so far has been very good.

Pros

Tango Card issues different type of gift cards for distributing in users of different reward giving websites. It offers a wide range of card types like visa card, Amazon Giftcard, mastercards etc. You can choose b/w plastic and Virtual cards. The physical cards take a while to arrie by post while virtual giftcards are mailed immediately.

Cons

I haven't faced any big issue so far dealing with Tango Cards to mention.

Very good.

Pros

We use Tango in an integration with our CRM to automatically distribute rewards to customers when certain events happen. The process works like a charm and is entirely automated which makes our lives much easier.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging to navigate the dashboard of the web app to develop new rewards. That may simply be because we don't use it that often because most of our rewards are handled automatically through APIs though.

With the increase in gift card giving. Tango helps keep everything in one place. It is also great to help hold your incentives that are provided from other companies.

Pros

Tango Card maintains your balance and gives you multiple options on how you want to receive your gift card. I recently remembered I had a balance. After a quick search in my email, I logged into the site, and there was my balance. I placed it on an Amazon Gift Card, and that was it. The process and organization is simple efficient and clean.

Cons

I had to contact customer support in the past over a different issue, which was more my mistake. It took almost 2 weeks to get a response. I wish customer support was a bit quicker.

I loved how easy it was for me to use the Tango interface to get my Amazon gift card code. Simple, just how it should be!

Cons

Some preferences would be nice, such as creating a Tango account so that when gift cards are initiated and sent to your email address, Tango would already know that you only want an Amazon gift card.
