Pros What I like most about Tango is that it's so easy to send others any amount via gift card. There is no need to go to the store and it is super secure to use for a company. For example the company I work for sends gift cards through Tango during the holidays as an incentive. We tried them out over last summer to reward our most loyal customers and while we knew the basics of what this service was all about , the customer support team went out their way to explain more about their service. Cons Preparing the batch file for uploading, although Tango Cards makes this a little easier by providing the template and the example data fields. Reason for choosing Tango I chose Tango Card because of the large variety of merchants (including Amazon) they are partnered with to redeem gift cards. We can also personalize our eGift cards, and they are emailed to recipients directly from Tango Card. (At some point, we might integrate Tango Card with the Qualtrics research platform, which is a nice feature.)
