Reward links are automatically sent to the registered emails and is very straightforward to apply to the chosen store. Cons The reward links cannot be combined. Pros Tango makes it easy to send incentives to our patients in minutes. Now my patients have a wider range of options for incentives. In the past they only had access to gift cards that I could purchase at local stores which really limited the options that I was able to provide. Cons The platform could be improved to make it easier to understand. Pros I like this software for receiving my gift card because it is simple to use. I can easily keep track of my purchases, and I'm confident that my gift card will arrive safely. I also like that I can access this software at any time, allowing me to make purchases when it is most convenient for me. Cons The issue I have with this software is that or sometimes an error occurs when I try to claim my gift card. They can easily divide up their payment into any amount and distribute it across multiple digital gift cards as they see fit. Cons The only complaint I've ever received from participants is that it's not cash. But with the diverse options available, anywhere they would possibly want to spend the $$ can be found as a reward option. I've only had 2 participants out of hundreds ever complain about this limitation. Pros Tango Card's Rewards Genius platform has no fees or minimums to begin using it, and it is simple to navigate and very intuitive. I like that I only need to provide an email address and a dollar amount, which can also be done en masse, to send out gift card links. Cons While there are customization options including adding additional fields or changing logos, there were not nearly enough customization features than I had initially expected. Pros I appreciate that Tango Reward Gift Cards allow our team to compensate participants whilst protecting their information and allowing them to choose how their money is spent. This gift card is ideal for our participants who may not come in-person for cash. Cons I would argue that the platform could be difficult to maneuver; however, I set up a Zoom before beginning my free trial and have had no issue.
