Cons I do not like that I am not ccd on the emails to the customers to confirm the email with the gift card was sent or so that I can forward to the customer if they did not get the original. I do not like that once the money is sent out that we can not get it back as there are times were accidents happen or miscommunication and we actually provide customers too many rewards. June 21, 2022 5.0 We are big on needing to get customer emails (a requirement from manufacturer) since more accounts and subscriptions of many kinds exist these days. Tango allows us to gather more emails from guests/customers when they know they also get something from the exchange. Pros I like how easy it is to use. Companies new to offering rewards or using links to give rewards will not be too intimidated with this. We always want to offer a gift/reward to our customers that they actually appreciate and want to use. Gone are the days of excitement getting tumblers and branded hats. A simple link to even a $5-$10 gift card excites more. We get WAY more engagement and participation with Tango than we did with other reward options. Cons Would love to see an option for Paypal. I see Paypal as a reward option for some other reward programs, and it is the best way for the recipient to really feel like they are getting cash since they can then deposit it into their bank account. Reason for choosing Tango Considered Tango because of personally being on the receiving end of it - it was awesome getting them, so I knew it would be awesome for us sending them. They are constantly responsive and occasionally go above and above to satisfy, especially the customer service agent. She has always been fantastic, and as a customer service representative, I can tell when a coworker from a different company is performing at their absolute best. I also like the high caliber help-desk support service they provided to our awarded clients, which eliminated the need for me to assign anyone on my team to handle reward support tasks since Tango's customer service already handled them. I adore how Tango gives our consumers different functionalities. Cons Our consumers in poor nations can typically only redeem their rewards as Visa gift cards, making all other choices unavailable to them. Hence, it would be fantastic if Tango could include additional brands from developing nations in the list of brand gift cards that consumers may use to redeem their rewards. October 12, 2019 5.0 I love using Tango Cards, once I was having a trouble viewing my card but the tech support quickly resolved the issue for me. Pros The ease of use. I really liked how I could quickly encash my rewards into a Mastercard. This card works at all online shopping platforms like Amazon, AliExpress. Now I can actually buy items off my wishlist with my rewards. I am really happy with Tango :) Cons Nothing, it is very easy to use and helps you encash the rewards anywhere you would like to. Pros I get to easily claim my rewards from platforms like Capterra to Tango Card. The mastercard option makes it easy for me to spend my gift card on shopping. And I like the fact that my rewards or gift cards have no expiration on Tango. Cons I have nothing against Tango Card but I wish there were more options available to claim rewards. Currently, I can only claim my rewards into a virtual prepaid mastercard which has its own limitations in a developing country as mine. It would be nice if I can also bulk all my claimed rewards into a single card as compared to having different card for each claimed reward. Review Source AS Ashley S. Easily able to resend gift cards to donors with tech issues, which is 90% of our 'customers'. Cons Some of the features are in a strange place to me, having the option to edit reward templates in the top right where user settings etc typically go is a strange choice to me. It doesn't really impact how I use the software though. Switched from [Blackhawk](https://www.capterra.com/p/215614/Blackhawk/) Elite Rewards failure rate on donors receiving gift cards was ASTRONOMICAL. The ability of multinational corporations to use Tango cards to reward their employees with e-gift cards without having to translate them into local financial terms, promoting equity in rewards. 3. It is easy to send and redeem. Cons 1\. There is always a challenge in rewarding employees in growing economies and especially in Africa with Tango Card as its variety is not so helpful to them. I was able to use it on multiple websites! Pros I received a few of these gift cards from winning company sales incentives. They get sent to you are are very easy to use. You can use them anywhere which is great! Easy way for the company to gift gift cards. Cons There was nothing I did not like. This has become an easy way to not constantly go from store to store to get enough gift cards. It's also nice sending cards electronically to those that aren't at the office. And on top of that, it just looks aesthetically pleasing. Pros It is so easy to use. It looks nice and people don't get confused when getting a gift card. Being able to do bulk gift cards is one of my favorite features. Cons We had issues with integrating it with salesforce. It's something I can use, such as Amazon gift card or Visa prepaid card. Even more, I can make a charity donation with my incentive for worthy cause. Pros The thing I like the most about Tango Card software is that it lets me to consolidate several incentives into one, so that way I don't have to juggle several links to figure out what is claimed and what is not. Also it lets you to look at the past history of your incentive, so you can track down your record; this is great so that way I don't dare to do any duplicate work. Cons The send out separate email for the claimed gift card. The system is little bit confusing because you can't access your gift card on the Tango platform and the gift card code is only accessible through the link included in that email. Not that I am complaining, but sometimes I have to look closely into my inbox to catch the right email. Cons The least was when we started the survey. Tango is giving a very good amount of gift cards. In the rest of the surveys, it is getting smaller. If you want to purchase something then just put the details and you can spend money, same as that you would do with your physical visa card. Its very fast, you can have it. If you want to gift someone some money and that person dont have a bank account then this would be a very good choice for you to gift digitally and its very simple. Cons The prepaid cards are hard to en-cash, and these cards are also not valid in some sites for purchasing. And last time when i got a visa gift card i did buy some materials from aliexpress they accepted it. but after that the card was not supported anywhere and failed to buy in-spite of having around 7$ in my account.
