Cons Software lags a lot, scheduling and job management was not easy. Set up was easy but no help with integration into the company and we were left to our own devices. Seemed like there was no end to it. The second year around, our team started understanding how helpful this software is to our growing HVAC Company. Just like any other software out there, it will take some time to dial in what you want/need out of it. Mobi is a very useful tool. I was happy to be part of growing company. Their team is great and helpful. I used to be the Notebook type, pen and paper type. Now I dont even have a notebook. All the notes are on Mobi. Cons Very satisfied. This also required new QucikBooks Online reporting. We requested assistance from MobiWorks Support, and they provided a solution to synchronize the MobiWorks “Category” to the QBO “Customer Type.” This solution is performing as promise, they did an excellent job. Pros We have been using MobiWorks for over a year. One of the most important capabilities (a real differentiator) this product provides, is off-line work order functionality. Even when technicians have no network or cell coverage, technicians still have the work order information on their mobile devices and can continue with their work. August 23, 2022 5.0 Pros Mobiworks is extremely helpful if you have multiple data points to view at once. For example, I use MobiWorks to keep track of 38 different facilities. I can pull it up on my laptop and see if my staff have completed their daily duties, if they are out of supplies, and if there is a problem at the facility. As you can imagine, this is much more useful than visiting each facility just to discover they are out of a supply/we have a problem.
