Audits are easy to do and right to the point.

Pros

I like the way it is setup with different things to check each time each week and the way that a follow up with failures are tracked from one person to another to make sure they are being handle in a timely matter.

Doing the same press several times a month.

Ease is an excellent auditing system. During any Corporate Quality meeting where a discussion comes up about an auditing process and how it could be performed better, my suggestion is always "why don't you use the EASE system"?

Pros

I'm in the quality field and the fact that I can use EASE as a monitoring source for a multitude of areas is a huge advantage. From product audits to 5S audits, safety compliance, ensuring Poka-Yoke validations are completed. The drill down factor of the reports provides sufficient detail when continuous improvement activities used to better the processes audited.

Cons

I wish it was easier to drop information into an excel report. When I pull data from reports (and this could just be my lack of understanding or user inability of the system), I want to be able to download the data I am reviewing into a user friendly excel report so that I can manage the data as needed. I oversee multiple plants; I again struggle when pulling reports for each individual plant and transitioning back and forth. It would be wonderful if there was a "one stop shop" for each plants data.

Excellent application. Live Easy access and quick review of any non-conformity / observation. hierarchy based very good visualization of entire activity (graphical )

EASE is the best digitized software application to do live audits at GEMBA which suits our type of industry application.

By default, tasks for the day can only be completed on the same day. Inexperienced administrators assign tasks that can be completed on the same day, which may result in the inability to complete tasks

Great, simple and mobile. Allows audits to be accomplished quickly and effectively.

Pros

Being able to perform audits while mobile is extremely important. the ability to find a discrepancy, photograph it and document the exact location on a mobile devise linked with one's computer is a great advantage.

Ease of managing audits, and the possibility of always innovating, creating new management models and concepts for LPAs

When we create a question for a program like LPA, we cannot use that question for another program like 5s, we have to "repeat" the question for the other program.
