The technical team responded immediately, kept us informed, and quickly resolved the issue. Skyvia offers excellent service and reliability. Their representatives, Darina and Dmitry, are a pleasure to work with—very responsive by email and easy to schedule for longer calls. Pros We chose Skyvia over five similar services during a one-month evaluation in 2022. Its ease of use, wide range of data connectors, and flexible subscription options make data integration stress-free. Most of the process is no-code, but Skyvia also supports more complex integrations through its SQL setup. Data transfer speeds are excellent, and we can monitor progress in real time. Cons The only improvement we'd like to see is adding their notification system to each connector. They currently offer helpful notifications to prevent exceeding subscription limits, but when issues occur, we usually notice them first at the connector level rather than the subscription level. Instead of downloading data manually from BigCommerce every day, we just put a scheduling timer in Skyvia and the needed files arrive on time. Also, it's cool that not all data needs to be downloaded at the same time as Skyvia allows us to select specific entries we need for our marketing and sales activities. Cons There is not so much negative to say about Skyvia since it satisfies our expectations. The only wish is to add more flexibility to the pricing plans. With the plan we have, only 5 scheduled integrations per day are available. And the next plan offers 50 integrations per day. What if we need around 15? We have selected Skyvia backup our SF data since the backup is done in a visual form, so our administrators can do it without calling IT team. But, they don't have to do it very often, as we managed to set up automated backups with Skyvia. Cons When we started using Skyvia Backup, we didn't receive any notifications about the free space available for backup storage, and we didn't know that the latest backups were deleted when there was a lack of space. It's convenient and has really many cool features. I'd like to highligh some benefits that make sense in our integration case: 1. Replication frequency. We are under a free plan, and there is a possibility to replicate messages from Zoho CRM to a database once a day. That's fine in our case. Paid plans allow for more frequent data intervals as far as I know. 2. Tools supported. We use Zoho CRM, PostgreSQL, and MySQL for the integration flow. All these tools are supported by Skyvia, so it's easy to build different pipelines with these tools. For instance, first we replicate all data from Zoho CRM to PostgreSQL, and then sync only messages from PostgreSQL to MySQL. MySQL is the base underlies our website and we extract those messages for publishing testimonials and customers reviews. 3. Easy to set up. Any action in Skyvia keeps a user, even not very technically equipped, entertained. You don't feel frustrated because of complex interface or functions. Everything is super clear and made with humans in mind. Cons Actually, Skyvia satisfies all our goals related to the data integration. We are happy with it. Perhaps an abundant onboarding training for clearing everything up would be great. Just it helps users to get acquainted with the existing functionality, and comprehend the potential of Skyvia. The sales team and free demo was extremely helpful in assisting us on how to best use this solution. Within a very short time we were able to implement the solution to connect cloud databases to various reporting tools including excel based solutions. Pros The solution is easy to use and very intuitive. We have had to make some changes to some connections due to changing end user requirements. Administration of the various connections is a snap. Our organization is exclusively using Skyvia for our connections. As we are a small business, all our employees use this application. We are using Connect with an annual professional subscription which we find a great value for our needs. We believe that Skyvia is the right solution for us as it can grow with our company's evolving needs. The solution came recommended from our AWS account representative. Cons Our experience with Skyvia has only been positive. We have not had any issue. To date we have not had a need to contact support, so we do not have experience with their support. We handled all of our day to day in Salesforce except for commissions, which we calculated and paid from the SQL database. What we needed the sync function to do is to keep both systems up to date so that the records are in sync. Skyvia helped us with no need to write a code. So all I need to do is just periodically login to compare different backup versions by dates to see what's changed or got missing (sometimes happens with our customer support team), and restore some particular record by request. Pros I like that I haven't thought about Skyvia Backup since we've scheduled it for our Zoho CRM. It works like a charm, saving our developers and admins several working weeks a year because they do not have to back up data manually.
