The cost is reasonable and I depend on this every day. Also, I like the fact that they let you use it on two accounts. I use mine on my personal email account as well as my business email. Pros It automatically filters the important emails from the unimportant ones. I can go back to the unimportant ones later and see if they are something that needs my attention. Cons I was a little confused setting things up. Also, I used some features at the beginning that I later determined I didn't need. Reason for choosing SaneBox I didn't look at any others. Pros My company is based in San Francisco and I have been using Sanebox for over 5 years now. Before Sanebox it was nearly impossible for me to hit InboxZero. Today, I get there nearly every evening! For the cost of the software, I get back at least an hour per week. There are so many emails that I used to have to archive. Now they get auto-archived and I just focus on the important things. Pros I dislike emails, and my inbox is constantly glutted with emails that distract me from my day. I was looking for an inexpensive solution to organize my inbox beyond what the email provider offered. SaneBox has been a godsend, helping to reduce clutter and restore sanity to my inbox. Cons I did require customer support to assist me with one issue, and although support was available, I did not think the particular person was all that helpful. I basically had to figure out the problem on my own, but that could have just been the individual I was working with and not a company-wide issue. Pros I like the way my inbox doesn't have a zillion useless emails. With Sanebox I look at a list and make a decision on what to do with it in a second and move on. Keep what I want, trash the rest. In this case, Sanebox rises to the top across the board in every area. Meeting a need in the email space, ease of use, keeping new features coming, can't say enough good. Pros Solves a huge need to manage your Inbox. Adds features across platforms. Cons Every once in a while it seems their servers get slow and the email processing stops working. February 8, 2017 5.0 I chose sanebox because job solicitations, often from erroneous sources, flooded my primary email. Sanebox fixed it and I no longer see unimportant/unsolicited emails until I review them later. Their service sits on top of Gmail so it's more than a spam filter, it's a filter with the email owner in mind, so rather than waste time considering every erroneous email, I now just review the questionable ones at the end of the day which has increased my productivity and natural workflow. I was missing the important emails more than I'd like to admit. Sane Box cuts it into different files for me. Ones that are important, semi important and ones I dont have to look at.
