I am able to see progress throughout the content courses and encourage participation cross employees. Cons I have encountered a few errors when logging into my account on separate occasions. The initial learning curve to get used to the user interface was complex and frustrating when learning how to set it up for the rest of the office to use. It took me longer than I expected to become comfortable with the software and though the customer service was helpful I had to reach out more.
