Our office has been able to almost entirely paperless, and now has real-time information of where each job is on the shop floor. Visual archive has improved our quality response time, because if we know the customer, part number, and lot number, all of our records are only a click away. No more searching through filing cabinets!

Pros

The ability to customize Visual Shop makes it one of the most versatile tools I have ever used. Integration with other software and the number of built-in reports make it the perfect tool for any company that needs real-time data.

Cons

The fact that there are so many improvements being made all of the time for various customers, but that these improvements are not always documented and shared with other users.

This software package was implemented in our company in 2013 and enhanced the organization immediately. The only downsides it has are it takes too long for customizations and the interface needs to be upgraded. Otherwise, this software does everything we need it to do and is a great product for a metal finisher.
