Works great! I have been using EZ for the past three years primarily to keep in touch with my Agents and I am now begining to use it in my everyday prospecting!

Pros

This is by far the easiest Texting system I have used. Easy to use and a robust platform. Great for keeping in touch with my team and clients.

Cons

It get's a little tricky when I cut and paste. Had to take a minute to learn what works and what does not.

Lots of unnecessary promo emails- but very glad for how easy it is to use and how easy to track how many texts we've sent. I appreciate ability to duplicate, schedule or send recurring messages.

Pros

Like the quick contact list adding with copy and paste. We give opt in our online registration for our community center's after school programs and utilize EZ Text for program updates for parents. It's so helpful to update quickly from our spreadsheet.

Cons

The app used to be helpful but is not not helpful at all. For whatever reason, I'm not able to send texts to our ready made groups. The functionality of the app version is not great compared to the easy use of the web browser version.

Pros

Simple to use and to add contacts to. Works well for our internal communications needs. Lets us keep employees up to date on events within the company without the wait for them to check email.

Cons

Mobile app could be improved, it is less intuitive than the web portal for windows use. Groups could be easier to modify.

### "EZ texting lives up to its name, really is easy!"

I’ve really enjoyed using it! Really glad I found this service to grow my annual community board gaming event that I host.

Pros

It allows me to keep my group updated easily via SMS instead of by email, messy group texts or discord. My crowd is growing so this has helped me scale easily.

Cons

I wish there was an app I could use, I access it from Chrome on my phone and I’m constantly having to login and don’t get notifications easily of responses received.

Love the cheap cost, love that messages roll over each month and it's got a good level of support when we need it!

Pros

The value for money compared to other companies is the biggest pro for us. It means we can message our customers easily and schedule messages too without massive costs.

Cons

It has an issue when you use the web page that it deletes all the text you have typed out if another message comes through or the page tries to update. It can be frustrating when you don't know it's about to happen!

I have a GREAT experience with EZ Texting every time, from uploading new lists, adding new contacts to existing campaigns on the fly to the delivery rates and response.

Pros

Super simple to use with all the features our Agency is looking for in a bulk texting platform at a reasonable price! Delivery percentages are high, response rates are too!

Cons

I really don't have any cons. I've used other bulk texting platforms and EZ Texting lives up to it's name, EZ. Which is what I need.

I find it easy to use and definitely gets more attention especially over emails for last minute reminders or to share news.

Pros

We use this for texting with our coworkers with news on upcoming meetings, events and news... at least 2 to 3 times a week. It works well for these communications.

Cons

If we use an emoji or special character it uses so many more credits so we do not tend to use these which is a shame. Also if we need to purchase more credits it auto sends the message without the option to revert to scheduling.

### "Does exactly what we need it to! "

It was very easy to get started. The app is very suer-friendly and does what we need it to do. We wanted a text-only number and it's working great.

Pros

EZ Texting was easy to set up and simple to use. I was able to get a local number and was up and running within an hour.

Cons

The credit balance system is a little different than what we were used to, but we figured it out and it seems to work ok.

EZ Texting has met my needs for mass communication. It is not perfect, but very good for what it does.

Pros

Easy to use. Easy to upload the contacts that you need. The ability to upload pictures and links is also helpful. Scheduling messages.

Cons

It take a little bit of time to get the hang of character count. It is also important to let clients know to check spam folders as even after consent the texts can still get forwarded to a spam folder.

I needed a solution for mass texting for my marketing to former patients; without a doubt, EZTexting met all of our needs: easy to use, inexpensive, and very powerful.

Pros

Great support from the staff, easy to use (it takes me about 6 minutes to create the campaign and plug in the phone numbers and send it), and the interface is comfortable to look at.

Cons

I do my mass-texting once a month so I sometimes forget the steps and have to learn anew each month how to do our campaigns

My boss is very happy with the results we have achieved from our EZ texts and for that I am pleased.

Pros

It is affordable and relatively user-friendly. I can get my messages out whenever I need to send a blast. I also enjoy that our groups and people can respond back so I can get head counts for events when folks RSVP.

Cons

The website is not very attractive. It's a bit dull, but that's okay, and I honestly prefer it. The simplicity and lack of issues when sending or creating make it worth it. I like it.
