Pros

with upkeep, you can store your data online and it comes as an application which can be used on a smartphone. i like the customer support team which are available 24/7

Cons

Great product with great people!

Pros

UpKeep is easy for my people to use and is functional for the needs of keeping track of multiple jobs with multiple people. There are just the right amount of helpful features that its not overly complicated. The communication with the UpKeep team is almost instantaneous, and always overly helpful.

Cons

I have almost ZERO complaints, every issue has been felt withy promptly! Sometimes has issues with Safari, but has gotten way better.

Pros

It is very user friendly and easy to set up. Techs can complete work orders via the app or PC. Tenants are able to submit work orders using an email address or custom URL. The ability to schedule recurring work orders is great! Tenants receive an email notification when the work order is In Progress and Complete. They can check the status at any time and have the option to rate the quality of the work.

Cons

It would be helpful for tenants to view the tech notes instead of just users. This would allow them to get a better description of what work was done.

With the many features that it offers, we stay on top of our entire working environment at all times.

Pros

Our asset life cycle is now being analyzed more efficiently and effectively using handheld devices, thanks to UpKeep. Compiling our data in Upkeep makes it easier for our multiple users to access it and use it in the way that best fits their needs.

Cons

Initially, I had a little trouble with Upkeep, so I recommend that newbies get some training on it. Modifying template modules is also something that could be improved. The pricing seems a bit high, I don't know if there are any cheaper plans.

Cost savings and less down time!

Pros

Accessibility. The mobile app allows me to access asset info and the work order data base from anywhere.

Cons

Deleting work orders can be tricky and glitches with modifying reoccurring scheduled work orders. Had a few instances where I had to delete the work order and recreate it, since I was not able to modify the scheduled days.

This software makes it more convenient for our team to keep records of maintenance and inventory. We are able to keep notes of where we purchased items and also have notes of different pricing so later on when we check for that item we can look back at this and know where we can get the best price.

Pros

\-Easy to use -Compatible with computer, phone, tablet -Great staff that is eager to help We have been using this program for nearly a year now to help keep our inventory and maintenance records up to date. This program has been great for us in knowing where we need to make changes. Definitely recommend.

Cons

\-Every program can use some updates and better features and that goes for upkeep to but with the Upkeep team there to take all ideas that are presented to them that makes this program better from the rest.

My overall experience has been very positive using Upkeep. My maintenance technician appreciates the paperless aspect of our PM system now.

Pros

UpKeep allows me to maintain our equipment easily and effectively with automatic scheduling. After setting up the maintenance program with all our equipment and required tasks, I can spend less time managing the PM program and more time improving our manufacturing process.

Cons

I have had issues when uploading images caused the software to crash and I lose all the information I just typed into a WO. This can be frustrating because you have to start over again and limit images. In addition, I wish there was a way to batch download closed Work Orders, but I guess I'm just being picky at this point!

We were using our own internal system for quite sometime, but it became too heavy to maintain (Ironic for a maintenance program haha). We were searching for a few options and discovered UpKeep and it has literally changed our maintenance team's lives.

Nothing I can think of, I know more features are on the way that will make investing in UpKeep even better.

### "Replacement for bloated CMMS system"

Starting from scratch, Up-Keep was my first choice. I utilized the free trial, and based my results on my staff's experience, it was an easy to set up, train and sustain system. I would highly recommend this as the go to program for small to medium manufacturing environments. For my needs, this system matches perfectly.

Pros

This software is a fresh, new take on traditional CMMS programs. Quite a bit of thought went into designing the interface, as well as adding the app for on the go functionality. Gone are the days of complex data entry into a computer station. Simply snap a picture on your phone, give a brief description and submit. This interface allows constant updates on status, as well as easy access for as many associates as needed.

Cons

When looking for a better CMMS program, Up-Keep matched almost all my needs. The only recommendation for improvement I would like to see is an addition to the category list. In most cases, having the low,medium and high categories would suffice. But there are times I would prefer to use the "Emergency" category, for machines being down. This is probably the largest change from some of the more traditional programs.

When we began working together with UpKeep, my team and I were limping along with methods and tools from the prehistoric era. No longer, UpKeep has us on the fast track to the future!

Pros

What I appreciated most about this tool called UpKeep, is the constant evolution and improvements offered almost every time I logged on. From 0 to 100mph in no time at all, Upkeep app assisted my team in every way possible to achieve our maintenance requirements and goals.

Cons

To date, there are no clear dislikes for me to report about my experience with UpKeep. There are a few more improvements that it would be great to see sooner than later. Among these, most important to me, is the addition of two-factor authentication. This should be a standard option available for teams as soon as feasible.

### "Upkeep Has Been Great!"

We operate a very large facility and on a regular basis the other employees don't make it to their desks to record or request work that they need done. With Upkeep and their mobile app we are staying on top of work requests better then ever before. One major benefit that we appreciate more then anything is how easy Upkeep is to use, on top of that its accurate and through.

Pros

After using a CMMS prior to upkeep that was clumsy and hard to navigate, We really appreciate how easy to use and intuitive Upkeep has been. When have come across any sort of question the help section has been great almost all questions have a Video to help you get the answer you need.

Cons

Although, there are no real cons with the program there are a few scheduling variations that i wish were options. Right now we want to have a PM scheduled every week day, With upkeep everyday includes the weekends when we are not working. It is very easy to fix by deleting unwanted Work orders. This could also something that i haven't learned how to do yet.

### "Facility Maintenance and a solution"

My overall experience with this product has been great. My team and I are just starting and adapting how it should be properly used, The staff and team at Upkeep have offered many times to teach or walk us through, they answer questions promptly and the software does its job by helping manage my teams workload.

Pros

Setting it up was very easy, including downloading the app to use. I also enjoy many of the features that allow me to break down my job costs and time. The best thing is the Job Request portal, that actually has been fantastic, I am able to send a link out and people can send in work requests for approval, absolutely my favorite part.

Cons

There aren't many issues, however I would say the in progress button/time spent on the ticket. This is a user issue, the problem is that when they mark a ticket in progress they forget to mark the timer start or stop, It would be nice if they were two in one, or maybe closer in proximity so people would remember to use them. Also I feel like adding or assigning people is more complicated than it needs to be, it would be nice to have a drag drop option instead of having to edit the w/o to do so.

The potential for mainstream usage by the real experts of daily functioning is abstract and delightful. I could see my company at full throttle to the point where I would license it when I get out of the bosses seat.

Pros

I really like the feel of the Upkeep software. Initially I felt at ease with the ease of use and direct way of practicing. I liked that I could design a work order in a clear drop down menu fashion that could be viewed by anyone I needed to. I like the casual but effective layout that was not aggressive and easy for an employee to read the prompts and actually try and get use to easy of use

Cons

I noticed that once you actually generate a pdf work order it disappears out of the data base. I wasn't expecting that at all. There is so much time in a workers time and if I don't get what I was suppose to eat. Also even though I did like the tutorial, I can see how bottom chained employee's could lose patience with having to take the time to go through them.

Reason for choosing UpKeep

It was extremely user friendly and I just like the ease of use and ability for everyone involved on a project to be in the loop in real time.

### "It is as essential as a telephone or email"

The software is unquestionably great but is only as good as the team that developed it, fortunately they are fantastic too. Even with a significant time difference the Upkeep team manage to keep me informed on updates and react quickly to issues, allowing me to focus on my job.

Pros

It has completed modernised our process and in such a simple way, it didn't take us an age to get started and the data grows with us. The limited access accounts has allowed us to show transparency to our client base while keeping our data secure and the clients happy. Our site based technicians have the information they need immediately and the real time updating means they can assist each other remotely, sharing skills and knowledge has vastly increased productivity.

Cons

There are some minor discrepancies between operating systems, but knowledge of them makes it very easy to overcome.

Overall we have had tremendous success. We are using Upkeep to manage the irrigation in a 6,000 home gated community. Homeowners can input requests for repairs, my office approves them, and the it goes right to the technician who fixes the problem and updates everyone through Upkeep once fixed. It's an excellent system.

Pros

As an administrator I love how simple it is to use on both user end and administrative end. When I set up new users they rarely have issues logging on or figuring out to submit requests.

Cons

I would like a little more control over labeling the fields in requests so the users can better understand how to fill them out.

This app helped us organize and control our maintenance costs/time much better. Didn't think we needed this but tested it out and saw improved workflow immediately.

Pros

Very intuitive, easy-to-learn software. Our team is small so getting everyone on and using it was quick and easy. Compared to a lot of the other options we researched, this was the most cost effective given our small size. Great customer service.

Cons

The price might not be suited for larger companies, although I'm sure they have a solution for larger businesses too. The customer service team was very proactive when we were first getting set up.
