I am very much satisfied with UpKeep. It keeps our company on right track . Making our works less time consuming. Hence, I strongly recommened it to my other collegues and co-workers.

Pros

UpKeep is an amazing software we are using since one year . Upkeep helps to make our whole working process more convenient than ever before. we are so happy with the customer support team . There is some amazing features like-managing your work lists, material for the specific tasks etc. More importantly there is an active chat system. Communication been easy here. And this software is much easier comparing to others. You can use it from any kind of device this makes it most adaptive than other softwares.

Cons

UpWork is very effective software we are using so far . We do not have any complain about it. I wish there will be more user friendly features in future.

Pros

The ease of use and training of new users. The use with Ipads has made record keeping much more secure and simple.

Cons

The difficulty with using the app on anything but Apple projects and Goggle Chrome on a PC. This has created some hurdles to overcome for us.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of learning the process from creating work orders to completion of the same. I love the fact that it stores a permanent file of your projects for future reference.

Pros

I love the attention to detail that Upkeep provides.

Cons

I really don't have any negatives at this time. I am still in the process of intergrating the "Preventative Maintenance" aspects of the software. I am in the prelimanary stages of a new position at a different facility. However, I am looking forward to the opprotunity to utilize all of the resources of this program.

We have been with UpKeep for almost 2 years now and the experience has been excellent. for a SaaS product, their level of service exceeded our expectations and they continue to do so. I highly recommend any facilities maintenance professional to give UpKeep a try.

Pros

The Design has gone through many iterations and each time a better version. Refinements to the desktop and mobile layout has been dramatically improved. faster to get to the information we need. The best part is the team behind the software. I cannot say enough great things about their service. top notch all around.

Cons

I cannot say anything bad simply because the team behind UpKeep has been very responsive to suggestions which has been mostly implemented in some way or form.

Cons

We have had issues recently with the email confirmations not working and it taking a while for support to get back to us and address the issue.

### "Great facility management and tracker"

Pros

The UpKeeps software enables us to track our equipment orders, warranties, inventory counts and many more regarding our facilities. It covers the basic and the complex necessities of facility tracking. It helps create and record barcodes for equipments for a better tracking, records serial numbers, suppliers and others. An engineering company’s material necessities is vast, without UpKeeps, tracking all these equipments, files, maintenance schedules and other related procedures is hard.

Cons

Updates regarding recurring tasks or counts must be made since it seems to be off at times. Overall, the software acts accordingly as advertised.

### "Modern and easy to use."

The whole system is so easy to use anyone can learn it. They have everything you can need and more. The customer service is outstanding and they will help you out with anything that you need, they always seem to have an answer.

Pros

UpKeep's work order system is so easy to use right from the get go. One would not need to be trained on using it, the app is pretty much self explanatory. I run the app on my desk top, tablet, and phone which make it easier to log completed work from anywhere. The rating system keeps my team and I on top of every task that we get, and we love to see those 5 star ratings.

Cons

Haven't really found any issues with the program that haven't been addressed by the company. The customer service is great, every time I use the chat system I receive a response with in 5-10 minutes. If you call them on the phone they will walk you through any problem you have.

Using upkeep has been a tremendous help in organizing our company's parts system. with the great distances we have to travel in Wyoming, it is nice to be able to see exactly what parts we have and where they are. Besides some minor inconveniences I have had a great experience, and finding parts has never been easier.

Pros

Having multiple locations is a huge help for our company, as we have many locations we keep parts at. I also like the numerous categories to help identify and organize any kind of part we have.

Cons

When I am keeping track of parts and doing inventory, I usually use the Mobile app. When I go to the parts section it will automatically bring me to the assets instead of the parts. I personally rarely use the assets section. This would not be a problem, however when my phone flips the screen, it will send me back to the assets screen and i will lose my place if i am doing a search.

before using upkeep we used to log around 60 to 70 work requests per month, while after getting upkeep on board we log now around 140 to 175 requests per month and that is more than double what we had! it gave me more power to show our positive sides and also our negative sides, positive in the sense we are completing request, negative some requests are getting over due and postponed and that is helping us in easily to track why that is happening. This product is made purely for Maintenance, but as a facilities manager i was able to implement it into Security and cleaning, but getting clear reports from security as a request base, and cleaning as a daily occurrence requirement. and one amazing thing is you can be creative while using it! since we have staff accommodation and since my team do there usual checks at each room we create a bar-code for each room and added a check list the team enter to the room and they have to go through the check list! Work Simplified!

Pros

1) easy to create work requests 2) easy to follow the status of work request 3) a well tailored KPI chart that gives details of each team performance 4) maintenance scheduling is extremely simple 5) real time feedback. 6) the list is huge in short Upkeep made it simple

Cons

1) the chat interface should get boosted up to reach to a higher slandered and to make it even easier to access so it can replace our use of other apps like whats app or so on! 2) there should be a preset Temps for existing preventive maintenance that we only need to adjust it to our liking 3) not much to dislike !

I am the facilities director for a group of five employees that takes care of the buildings and grounds for a facility on 65 acres with over 100 employees. Before Upkeep we had a hard time with how work orders were turned in and how they were assigned to a worker and then follow up on where we were in the process of completing the order. Upkeep resolved all of those issues and more! Every requestor that has been signed up to the program has stated that they were happy with the ease of being able to turn in work orders and being able to follow the progress with just a click of the button. I like the fact that as the administrator on the software I can receive orders and send them out to my techs within minutes of receiving them and the techs can get right to them. This has definitely become our number one tool to get the job done!!

Pros

Ease of turning in work orders Ease of assigning work orders to the techs The requestors being able to follow the progress on work orders Being able to track inventory and alerts when it gets low Provides dashboards to be able to track work easly

Cons

A little rough to get use to the different formats from P.C. to tablets to phone. They are pretty close with just a few differences. Also still trying to figure out the best way to work with routine work orders and the best way to get those in front of the techs.

No more lost or forgotten work requests.

Pros

UpKeep is really easy to use and the interface is very simple to understand. It has great mobile support which is critical for workers in the field. Upkeep is also very easy to manage from an admins perspective.

Cons

There isn't a way to set custom filtered views of works orders as "default", so every time you close the app or website, you have to change to your preferred filter view (As of April 2018).

Tracking maintenance

Pros

The software is very intuitive and easy for our techs to use. They have no problem integrating it into their daily workflow. it is exceedingly helpful for management to track the productivity levels of our techs as they go about their daily activities.

Cons

Some functionality could use a little more customization but I'm sure they will get to it. It is a relatively new platform but they are growing and moving quickly.

Pros

This software has done a great job streamlining work orders for our maintenance team and allowing us to all stay in the loop without us having to submit multiple emails just to keep everyone informed. Also, this has allowed us to make billing easier.

Cons

wish there was a way to print multiple word orders at one time instead of having to download them individually.

Hey Mallory. From the desktop app you can click "Export" to download a PDF of all your work orders. This PDF functions as a report. It gives you a clean view of time and costs for all work orders in a specific time range. However, It seems you're looking for a way to print off work orders one by one in a scalable fashion. Right now there's not a way to do this, but we can explore it. Also, keep in mind: UpKeep is designed to help you avoid having to print out work orders.

Overall, UpKeep is a great product. The biggest disappointment that I have currently, I assume like many of you, is that I don't have more time currently to invest in it. It has many functions that I have yet to take advantage of that I have no doubt will be a benefit as well.

Pros

Ease of Use: Adding and modifying work orders, adding and modifying assets, building schedules are a snap and can be done with as much detail as desired. Cost: UpKeep has helped us reduce our downtime to less than 1%. I cannot overstate how minuscule the fee is compared to maintenance cost savings and up-time productivity. Support: The team at UpKeep are always fast to respond to any questions or problems that I encounter.

Cons

I would like to see more flexibility in repeating schedules (mostly monthly). Also I would like for repeating schedules to repeat from the day last performed. Repeating schedules over a week get out of sync with the actual days they are or need to be performed. Making sure that we are not over or under performing some of these tasks can be tricky at times.

Biggest problem: someone telling upper management " I told so and so that it needed done", my policy ... if it's not requested on up keep it doesn't exist! Problem solved: with real time push notifications thru free app no more of being blamed when someone didnt tell me about a problem

Pros

Gave us the matrix to capture several areas of the process and procedures we needed to maintain upgrade our facilities . Giving us time and costs along with better scheduling of tasks needed to keep costs under control while staying on top of needed. As an added bonus we can easily customize our own check lists for state and federal requirements.

Cons

A form fill feature would make this the best and easiest software to get up and running. If you could just scan an existing form or download one . But can and have worked around it by making check lists.

I can only see benefits by using this simple software which is cost effective. When there is a conference or meeting with stake holders/service providers, I just need to make an export of outstanding items in Upkeep and send it over as attachment. There is option to export as pdf as well as MS excel.

Pros

The software has many functions and capabilities. As an end user in my line of work, the best use for me is to keep track of deficiencies. It is very useful because we have a global team with members located at Singapore, Greece, Antwerp and U.S. So inputs and updates are filled in at different time zones and anyone can see the status on line by logging in.

Cons

It is not easy to manoeuver to where you want and make changes/updates. When I make an update, I cannot see the full history. i need to go back to assets and a particular case to see the full history.

We appreciated this app/software right from the start. This fits our industry well and could be easily used in many businesses. We track our customer orders from PO to assembly to delivery to invoice. It prevents anything from slipping through the cracks. It is worth the money to easily keep track of everything and provide great service to our customers.

Pros

This app is very easy to use. Even my husband who doesn't have a lot of time or patience for tracking anything, was sold right away. You can add a photo, assign users and see anything outstanding at a quick glance! There are so many valuable features but it remains simple to use. The vendor is great to work with. All questions are answered right away and they are always improving it and adding new features.

Pros

The software captures all the parameters that we need to create a work order or enter a ticket and allocate it to the techs.

Cons

Everything is great. I wished there were more alerts or notifications or reminders on the mobile app so that techs don't forget to update information on the ticket.

As a Maintenance Supervisor for a 120 bed facility and a Former Marine . Part of my Job is to manage employees , assign work orders, and order parts. With this app I am able to Quickly Export the Upkeep repots to my email and open them up in an Excel spreadsheet. I am then able to organize the work orders , assign the work orders, and know what parts are needed to order within a matter of minutes. I am not physically able to watch my employees throughout the day, but I know when the task are being done with the Upkeep notifications. This app ultimately has helped us with time management . The Owners knows when task are being done. Administration knows when task are complete. And I love that Maintenance team is informed in the matter of seconds. I don't know how many times we have heard , 'We literally just put this on the maintenance report and you are already here. Ya'll are much better than the last maintenance guys." Upkeep has just simply made life easier , faster, and more efficient for everyone. This is a 5 star app all the way. Thank you guys , Tommy Cudd Maintenance Supervisor

My experience with Upkeep so far has been great! Simple to use and navigate. Its defiantly helping me to stay on top of all my equipment and parts. I'm looking forward to the long term benefits of using UpKeep.

Pros

I like the ability to keep track of all of my equipment and the parts associated with it. Being able to keep track of inventory, usage has been very helpful to stay on top of it and stay organized! no more guessing when and no more paperwork!

Cons

I would like a bit more details to be shown once the work order is complete. What is the purpose of the work order, a quick glance.I have a lot of equipment to keep track of and more to come. i want to see at any moment whats coming up and the purpose. under assets i wold like to see Serial number as well as keeping Model. we have different models and each has its own serial number.

### "The best way to keep up with a multisite business"

We are solving real time maintanence issues. With a business like ours, we need to have all equipment functioning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! It has taken the pressure off our site management to keep up with it since Upkeep does it for them!

Pros

Easy to use and easy to keep up with. I love that I can easily figure out what my locations need! I don't know if we could be as effective without the Upkeep tool and app!

Cons

If was intimidating at first... I did not think it would be easy to use. But, I ended up being extremely wrong!

Pros

I like that the software was easy to implement, easy to use, and overall better than other CMMS programs I have used in the past.

Cons

I did not like the way things started with the program as the person who implemented our PM dates put everything in wrong from the way we requested and needed to be fixed.

Reason for choosing UpKeep

Wanted to try something new as oracle was a real obstacle and E-Maint just didnt offer enough.

The staff is generally very eager to help resolve glitches in the system. I have seen a few things fixed/changed after conversations with them, so I know that they are striving to improve all of the time.

Pros

After searching for many months for a program that would be able to manage our maintenance service related requests, we found UpKeep! It meets a majority of our needs and we are better able to track work order progress. Super user friendly (even for less than tech savvy persons).

Cons

Not a lot of options to edit how reports print out. Also frustrating to have to upload photos and documents one by one rather than be able to drag multiple documents into a work order. When maneuvering in the system, it will default to a main page and not take you back to where you were navigating, so you have to re-scroll through to find what you were searching in the first place.
