I use this software all day and I'm thankful we have it. Pros There is a simple and easy-to-navigate feel to it. It never feels overcomplicated to use. I can train an employee to use Extensiv in a few minutes and they are comfortable within a day. Cons The speed at which the backend works is slower than I'd like. In a time where speed matters and time is expensive. I wish the server speed was a bit faster. Pros Extensiv has been integral to our organization and routing orders to the specific warehouse for fulfillment. The platform is super simple to use, and never have to worry about any issues related to data syncs with Shopify. Cons Not much to complain about, the only thing I can think of is it's quite expensive. It only lasted a few months in our systems due to its difficulty in using it. I am sure that it does give all the functions for order management inventory and control. However, its difficulty and becoming familiar with the software, as opposed to other ones is not worth it. Pros I honestly did not care for this order management software. It was not very user-friendly compared to the things I’ve used in the past, and this became very frustrating and difficult to get things done in a timely matter. It has been very reliable and easy to use. Our service agents can easily look up orders for customers. Pros I like that Extensiv Order Manager's interface is easy to navigate with each section in different "tabs". The user manager allows the admin to customize which tabs a user can access. I love the warehouse routing functionality as well as the ability to create orderbots. The filters on the order search page help find orders quickly. Cons Sometimes the product runs a little slow. Some areas have minor glitches and require a reload. I experience some issues trying to run Order Manager simultaneously as Warehouse Manager.
