### "I couldn't imagine going with another company"

WellnessLiving has made owning a company a breeze. Everything we do is through WellnessLiving and if we ever have any problems or questions, they're always there to give you a solution.

Pros

Our studio loves how easy it is to schedule students, add clients, take payment, advertise, and keep track of payroll/hours.

Cons

I think my only complaint would be the expense of having WellnessLiving. 4 years ago we were a very small company and I was scared to make the jump of getting WellnessLiving for the studio due to the expenses. The expenses are worth it... Looking back now, it was the right move and I can't imagine if I went with another company, honestly.

### "Best Decision"

It's been great - I've used other software and found it to be cumbersome, expensive and outdated. It's something I just don't need to worry about and as a business owner that is great to have a reliable software my students can use with ease. We have a large senior population and even those clients who tend to be less tech savvy use and love the software.

Pros

It is easy to use and the company is constantly updating and making it better. There are not upcharges for using the app and such like other similar companies. My clients find it easy to use as well.

Cons

While I love all the updates - sometimes I need to take a moment to see what has changed. It's always worth it though.

Overall I have had a very positive experience with Wellness Living. The price is reasonable for the features being offered. Wellness Living has helped me to keep my business organized. All my administrative duties can be done with Wellness Living. I am more organized and have time to focus on my clients. I have been able to generate reports that give a clear picture about the performance of the business. I have been able to improve my marketing and communication skills thanks to the special features. My clients are pleased with the ease of use to purchase, schedule and access virtual appointments for personal training and wellness coaching. Keeping my clients happy keeps them coming back!

Pros

Wellness Living helps me to stay organized and use my time wisely. I am able to offer clients convenient scheduling and flexible payment options based on the features Wellness Living provides. The features streamline the experience for the client.

Cons

Some challenges with Wellness Living are related to technical issues in which I cannot resolve on my own or by using their Knowledge Base guide. I may need to call for assistance and then need to wait for someone to get back to me. However they are very responsive and usually follow up within 24 hours.

Wellness Living is a good product for calendar scheduling. It's user friendly for client's and they are flexible when considering cost for small businesses.

Pros

Online registration for clients works well. Customer Service especially when considering vendor change was first rate in helping midigate administrative costs. \[sensitive content hidden\] in particular was very proactive.

Cons

Be aware of annual merchant fees. They are realatively heavy in comparison to other vendors. It would great if the software could give staff and customers a understanding (or cutoff) when clients have used their alloted classes or sessions. This information has to be manually tracked.

### "High Performance Product with Tons of Features"

Overall, WellnessLiving has been a very good fit for our business. We are please to see improvements to the booking flow for families and anticipate that there will be future updates that will improve the experience for parents who are booking classes for their children. There is so much functionality in this software and we have benefitted from the use of SMS, push, email, forms and so many of the other features.

Pros

WellnessLiving is a comprehensive and high-performance platform for scheduling, booking and payments. We use it for our youth fitness and gymnastics facility and find it to be relatively easy and generally intuitive. We are still uncovering all of the features and learning what settings work best for our business, but so far, we are very happy with our decision to use WellnessLiving.

Cons

The biggest challenge we’ve faced is the booking interface for families. They have made significant updates to this on the web app, but the mobile app is cumbersome and difficult for families to use. The process of creating a “family” account is also not very easy for users, leading us to spend a lot of time fixing accounts, linking family members to the accounts and updating the billing preferences.

### "WELLNESS LIVING is the WORST COMPANY we have ever worked with!"

I do not typically write reviews, but my experience with Wellness Living has been so horrendous that I feel compelled to share. We decided to cancel our service due to the constant errors, glitches, and limitation to major functions that are key to the daily success of a business. They funnel all their calls through one service number which often they do not even answer. I cancelled our account in September via phone and via email to have a record and now it is December and we are STILL being charged despite multiple confirmation emails that we have been cancelled! How is this possible?! Every time I call in, they make me go through the same process AGAIN, there is no option to speak to a manager, no other number or email that can help you if you are not being helped. They just continue to take our money and pass us around over and over again without anyone taking ownership or accountability. This is seriously the worst and most frustrating experience I have ever had in customer service. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM! Please save yourself the heartache!!

Nothing. What we thought was going to be all these great features ended up being the biggest mistake and pain in our butts that we are still dealing with.

Everything! They have a million feature, but they never work and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced!

SO easy to use and they're always updating the system.

Cons

Every time I find something I'm not that fond of.. they release an update that fixes it. Right now, I'd say my only complaint is how hard it is how Customer service is handled. It seems like every email is replied by a different person. It'd be nice to feel like I have an account manager who takes care of me specifically.

### "Not Worth It"

It was fine. The price was higher than I wanted to pay, but they offer so many things I thought it would be worth it. Unfortunately I found they offer many things but none of them are done well. I would not recommend wasting your time.

Pros

I liked the look of Wellness Living. It was easy to use. I liked the emailing and texting features as well as the reminders sent. I liked how easy it was to mark attendance.

Cons

This is an application that is meant for gyms. There are many similarities between gyms and music schools, but it felt like I was always trying to stick a square peg in a round hole. The scheduling aspect is key and didn’t function well for us. We use recurring lessons only and when their was a recurring issue with students being randomly dropped from their teacher’s schedule, customer service said it wasn’t a problem. That was the final straw for us.

sometimes it can be just a little bit slow, but it doesn't happen often. We also have a lot of data so it is understandable.

Wellness Living is extremely easy to use from a set up standpoint. I have been so impressed with the customer services reps as well who are able to find us answers to our questions within 48 hours. As someone who isn't tech savvy, Wellness Living is very easy to set up and use.

Cons

The only thing I wish Wellness Living had a better implementation on was their automated emails. You can send them, but to be able to see the open rates and the individuals who opened them, you can only see it individually and not as a total. We use another email system to help with this.

### "Peace of mind"

The program is user-friendly. Class and appointment management is easy, so staff started using it with little training. Wellnessliving constantly upgrades and improves the software Reporting is fantastic. Customer service is excellent, and they always answer on time. When I talk about customer service, I have to share this story. I accidentally deleted a whole week of booking..The classes were full, some with a wait list..If you are a studio owner, you can understand how stressful that must have felt: clients losing their booking, double booking, clients showing up in a class they should not be in because it became available on the schedule. I can go on and on about how bad this could have been to my busniss. It was Saturday at 8 pm, and let me give it a try, thinking I would only get help on Monday. To my surprise, the most amazing employee had my back for two hours until the problem was resolved, and everything returned to normal. Therefore, I titled my review peace of mind as this is exactly how I feel about wellness living.

Cons

The customer and staff app can be glitchy. I think this area needs improvement the most.

An absolute nightmare. Every single time there was an issue or a bug in the software I would have to spend days/weeks working around to have it fixed. Not to mention it’s just a big data mining company. It’s not at all easy for people to sign up for things- they have to create accounts and input all kinds of info to register for anything!!

Absolutely nothing. It’s lipstick on a pig. Software that looks good and is complete garbage. With absolutely ZERO actual support. Takes over a week min to get someone on the phone or deal with issues.

It’s hard to say when it’s all terrible.

### "I should not have hired them"

I realized that I need to spend more money to hire a company that provides a product that actually works. Trust me, I wanted it to work, but it was the most frustrating year I business I have ever had trusting them... Also, when I canceled with Wellness Living and did the data migration to another company, Wellness Living did the worst job. I was almost as if Wellness Living was a joke and I was being fooled. I am sorry to be so harsh but I need to let people know not to hire unless they want to add stress to their lives. I also need Wellness Living to know that their product is extremely flawed and should not be sold to people yet. It needs a rebuild and needs to focus on fixing the basic needs and not adding useless features while the most simple needs the product can provide, like time zone changes, never worked correctly.

Pros

I am not quite sure there is much I liked about Wellness Living. As soon as I went LIVE I was disappointed with their product and their awful, yet cheerful, customer service. I guess what I liked most was that I was hopeful that it would be a success? But it was far from a good experience.

Cons

There was always a bug that needed to be fixed. The calendars do not sync to email calendars. The customer service was more like customer frustration, they literally never helped. They would always say that a bug was the "system behavior" and then send me to the "community forum" which was useless. It was a waste of time even submitting issues to their customer support team as it would take days for a response and the response NEVER solved the problem.

Reason for choosing WellnessLiving

They swindled me with charm and price, but I made a huge mistake going with them.

Hey Matthew, I'm sorry your experience wasn't positive. At WellnessLiving, we're all about supporting our customers at every step of the journey. That includes the extensive support as part of our qualification process even prior to the sign up, it includes the extensive onboarding and support process while you migrate to our platform, and it includes the extensive support available to you post-launch. I looked into your account and unfortunately it just seems that our platform may not have been a good fit for you. You had six separate hour-long training calls with your dedicated onboarding specialist (typically, each account does two) in addition to dozens of separate inquiries with our support team during the time you were with us. Apart from two exceptions, there were no bugs found in the software although I do see that you had made requests to have several features added into the software. For instance, you told our agent that you wanted to sync your calendar with Outlook, which was not an integration we offered at the time, as opposed to a Google Calendar sync which was available (update: Outlook sync now added as of May 2023). Similarly, you had requested a time zones feature for use with Appointments, which at the time, was a feature available with some service types but not Appointments (update: Appointment time zones added as of Aug 2022). This is a really important distinction, because if there's a bug, or the system isn't working as intended - we'll fix it right away. In this case, these were requests to add a feature we didn't have. That's why our agent may have directed you to our Community Forum to submit a request where other users can vote on it. I noticed that there were several features like that, where you mentioned they were really important to you and it's unfortunate that these weren't discussed prior to sign-up, or during the onboarding process. At WellnessLiving, we do everything we can to help our customers to succeed. That's why we ask a lot of questions during the extensive qualification process prior to the sign-up, to be fully sure we have everything you need to run your business. During onboarding, same thing. You have a dedicated specialist who will spend as much time as you need so that you're confident and ready to move forward. ### "Anything is better than Wellness Living even pen and paper"

I regret signing up for it at all. And feel like an absolute fool for believing their customer service were trying to help, and believing their promises for so long. Almost 5 years i was a loyal customer strung along. I'm so glad I left Wellness Living for Momence. I acknowledge every software is not without its flaws and nothing is perfect. But Wellness Living make an effort to ensure their Australian customers and their clients are screwed over by both Wellness Living and Paychoice. If you're thinking about moving to WL preserve your mental health and don't.

Pros

They used pretty colours. Their customer service seemed to want to care and help.

Cons

Its slow and takes for ever to upload. The widgets slow your website down. The problems with Wellness Living and the payment system Paychoice NEVER END. WL customer service try to feign empathy and care, but the reality of it is, they don't and are full of excuses that just don't cut it for such a big business.

If you're having issues with part of the software, all that we ask is that you let us know so that we have an opportunity to address it. Our information was that your issue with Paychoice payment fees was resolved, but we're really sorry to hear that this is not the case.
