I had an issue a couple weeks ago and \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me through it. He was great to work with and by far has been the most help to me since I started with Wellness Living over a year ago. I am very appreciative for what he was able to do for me with my app.

I don't like that it takes a couple days sometimes to get a reply from an original issue.

### "Merging two businesses"

Decent experience. On-boarding was great but the program didn’t live up to the way I was told it would. Customer service has been great.

Pros

Matt Tahir was incredibly helpful when trying to find solutions.

Cons

I wasn’t happy to find out that the services I was sold were all at an additional cost when I was told it was an all-in-one solution. Eg. white label app (to allow event bookings in the app), virtual platform, etc.

The scheduler functions pretty well for selecting classes

Cons

Aside from the scheduler for selecting a class, the other features are objectively very poor. The store for merchandise and the redemption of member points literally has never worked for me and I have to utilize a workaround for redeeming my points.

Service goes out completely. It happened four days ago and the only information I get is when I contact them, they keep reeling me to wait. The software is not user friendly, functions and setting change out of nowhere, so hard to navigate, sometimes you have to use the app because the desktop version is so hard to use. There is so much more

This software is awful. Nothing is making our lives easier.

Cons

Costing us $1000 of dollars in mistakes, lost clients, frustrated clients

i like how wellnessliving is organized and is pretty easy to use!

Cons

Although i love this product, I had a hard time figuring it out at first, but now i totally understand how it works!
