What I like most about the WellnessLiving app is the simplicity, speed and convenience when booking fitness classes.

Cons

I cannot say there is anything g I like least about the WellnessLiving app. It is easy to view schedules.

She helped me fine tune things I was already doing and gave me great suggestions to make more use out of the automated emails and even use my website to drive more traffic to my studio. It is a large program with a lot of features. It has everything I need for my business today and for when I grow.

Cons

Sometimes it is too much program and can be confusing to navigate. The support team is helpful though. You don't have to navigate it alone.

### "Good software, but beware the processor, Paragon."

We've had our issues with them, but have found work arounds. The way they do financials is a bit frustrating. (e.g. if a members dues of $20 doesn't go through 2 times and clears the 3rd time it'll show a total of $60 and not $20)

Pros

The product does everything you need it to do without having to pay for features like mailing members. There's a small cost for texting members. It's easy to let members signed up for a class know of any changes.

Cons

The biggest detractor is their processor, Paragon. They treat debit cards the same as credit cards even though it's against Federal regulations (The Durban amendment). With the software I find it odd that a member on a month to month membership has to have an end date for their membership. The only time there's an end date is when they decide to cancel.

Cost of the processor. WL estimated we'd save about 26% on processing costs. Instead we're paying about 20% to 30% more every month, so don't believe any cost savings they show using Paragon. Paragon is your only choice.

### "Wellness Living allows me to spend more time with my staff and students."

I've used Wellness Living for my swim school since 2016 and recommend it to every business similar to mine that I come across. My must haves to switch from the other wellness type platform were 1. Customer Service, 2. the ability to have family profiles 3. all inclusive functions such as email, mobile app, financial reports, POS and scheduling. Wellness Living does it all and helped me automate many parts of my business so I can spend more time with my staff and students all while providing quality customer service.

Pros

1\. Customer Service, 2. the ability to have family profiles 3. all inclusive functions such as email, mobile app, financial reports, POS and scheduling.

Cons

No ability to schedule staff meetings/trainings within the schedule. Hopefully it is coming in a future release.

I had a few questions and concerns about the pricing with wellness living and the rates and such with the credit card companies. \[sensitive content hidden\] Took the time to break everything down explain to me everything, and then pushed hard to get some rates down as I had been a client with them for over two years! I am so grateful for his hard work and all of his follow ups!!

Pros

This review is about a particular experience I had as a customer of Wellness Living! \[sensitive content hidden\] from Wellness went above and beyond for me through some customer support help!! He got so much done for me and would always provide follow up emails to ensure I knew what was going on!

Cons

No cons other than like many things the costs and fees especially with the credit card company. However \[sensitive content hidden\] helped me SO much with this!
