The ease and simplicity of manipulating the client schedule is fantastic. I'm also a huge fan of the variety of reports we can generate and the mobile app.

### "I switched to WellnessLiving and am happy!"

I switched to WellnessLiving from MindBody after MindBody's service became almost non-existent, but at the same time it grew in price exponentially. WellnessLiving welcomed me and made the transition for my studio with thousands of clients very easy. They were with me every step of the way to ensure all my questions were answered. That was more than 2 years ago. Since then I have enjoyed their continuous support, very quick response and immediate attention to every question I had (and I had a lot of question while learning the new to me software). The software is very customer friendly and responsive, and the company continues to work hard to make it even better. They seamlessly incorporate new technologies and stay abreast of the innovations. WellnessLiving also offers educational webinars to offer new features and make our experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend WellnessLiving!

After a thorough assessment of platforms for managing our studio services, staff and a broad-based set of CRM-related functionality, we landed on Wellness Living and made the switch in 2021. Wellness Living continues to invest in their platform, largely based on business feedback, and has expanded their functionality along with streamlining key processes to make day-to-day studio management simple. We push the boundaries with regards to integration and the use of the platform. When we run into problems, the support is generally solid. Happy with our decision!

We made the switch from using Mond Body for 5 years to Wellness Living 7 years ago and have never looked back. As our business has grown so has WL. We have a large number of offerings from Yoga, Pilates & Fitness classes on weekly direct debit, to national and international retreats and Yoga & Pilates Teacher Trainings. I love how WL seamlessly integrates with Mailchimp and zoom and our website. Having our own branded App (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg) sets us above our competitors and makes it easy for our clients to book in for classes and events. Glad we made the jump across 7 years ago and won't be going anywhere.

8/10 - Every software company has pros and cons. WL has more pros for us. There are many options that help us to serve our clients better and we enjoy the easy to use platform.

The onboarding was great. We learned different ways to set up options that provided more opportunity for us.

Continual price increases. I expected to make it atleast a year without a price increase.

### "There is better software than this!"

They have a staff app that works well for our coaches to check people in and out and purchase things.

Cons

It looks like a kids crayon coloring book. The UI is awful. It’s clunky and not easy to set up things. POS system is bad bad. You have to open so many tabs.

### "If you have a service based business, you NEED this software!"

I've been using Wellness Living since 2020 for my Massage and Yoga business and I cannot say enough good things about it! First, the software itself is capable of managing every aspect of the business from booking to inventory to payroll to retail sales and Gift Certificates. I get shocked looks when I tell folks in my small town that we have an app they can use and then they can not live without it! On top of that, the support team is extremely responsive. If there is a problem or a feature you'd like to see, there is a whole community of businesses and tech support to reach out to, ask questions and, if needed, get help from (and yes, they will hold your hand through whatever issue you need resolved, if need be). Whenever there is an update, they send out videos and virtual workshops to help familiarize you with changes as well as tips on optimizing your experience! They are constantly trying to add features suggested by the users and make things run smoothly so that you only need to worry about doing what you love to do: run your business. I have already recommended WL to several other similar businesses and will continue to do so. Thanks for a KickA$$ product that makes my life simpler!

It has been pretty great honestly. I like that I can figure most things out myself and if not customer service responds pretty quickly.

It is user friendly. They customer service responds very quickly. It is very open source. I can edit pretty much whatever I want.

There is a lot of manual work involved. there is not a select all button for anything. So that can get exhausting

Horrible. They are unworthy of trust. They are scammers for small boutique studio. They use one merchant processor that charges you with hidden fee such as annual fee, monthly PCI compliance, etc without notifying your business. When you want to cancel, they play you and waste the time so, they charge you extra money. Be aware of this. Runaway from this business and Paragon, their merchant service.

### "Nice People, Poor & Unreliable Product"

The people who work in customer service are helpful. But if a product is unreliable, that means little. It is a cost effective product for a new, growing studio. But once you can afford something different, you really should try another service that is more reliable.

Pros

There are many features and the system is cost effective for smaller studios like mine. You generally hear back from someone in the company when you need them within 24 hours.

Cons

The system is completely unreliable. On my opening day, there was a system wide outage that lasted almost 24 hours. I could not check in clients, take payments, or conduct business. This is not the only time this has happened. For larger studios, this may not be an issue but for small businesses like mine, letting a customer walk out of the door because you cannot get them into your system due to downtime is a really big deal. It is also cumbersome when you try to get people to create an account because everything is routed through their backend. Wellness Living also does not have APIs that integrate with much of the popular software that allows you to market to clients (e.g. Class Pass) and it does not integrate with systems like Netgym which allow scheduling support. If money is an option, try them. But they are a short term solution. I have had multiple days when my instructors could not sign in, we could not check people in, or we could not accept money because the system was down. They really need to do better.

Easy setup, the whole wellness living team is super helpful, and quick with responses.

Cons

Sometimes the AI help \[sensitive content hidden\] doesn’t understand your questions or doesn’t explain well but if there were detailed video tutorials/walk throughs on how to use certain features that you could use before reaching out for help would be perfect!

### "Great Features, Easy to Learn"

The overall experience has been great. Onboarding was smooth and our data import was nearly seamless. I find the software intuitive, and the few times I haven't been ale to figure something out on my own support has been prompt and helpful

Pros

Integrated app access, ease of booking for clients, family accounts, good onboarding, solid suite of reporting options, highly customizable

Cons

The way we had to set up registration for youth classes means parents often register themselves and we have to manually transfer the enrollment to the child.

### "Customer Support "

I own Butterfly Studios Pilates in Santa Clarita, California and a friend told me about Wellness Living so I decided to give it a try! I have been using their software now for over 3 1/2 years and I find it just keeps getting better each year! First of all, the customer support is outstanding! They are so very patient and will walk you through everything you need to know. I aways find that I end up learning something new from them about something even non-related to the software that's helpful with running my business! I definitely recommend using this software or if you're considering changing to a different software company, Wellness Living will not disappoint!

Pros

Customer Support Team. Very helpful and willing to help out with any situation.

Cons

Sometimes it may take a day to receive a call back.

Great people. Great software. Customer service is very helpful. Lots of good seminars to learn from!

Pros

Easy to use and pretty intuitive. The learning curve is small. Love the way you can personalize your back office.

Cons

The learning curve takes some time. There are some features that are a little clunky, but I can tell they're working hard to update their software. All things considered, a very small concern.

Wellness Living has been incredibly helpful in my longstanding business over in England. The software is easy for my staff to use, the branded app is beloved by my clients, and the support service over email is wonderful. I’m moving back to Canada and opening a new business and I’ve already gotten in touch with wellness living to set up another account with them as I wouldn’t think of using anyone else!

the branded app is the best part of the package for me!

There really aren’t any, they exceeded my expectations!

Pros

I’ve been using Wellness Living for 5 months now for my new fitness studio. The on boarding was thorough and even though I may have forgotten some of the information I was able to ask questions in their chat which is always available. This has been a life saver for me! There is so much to learn and having that at my finger tips never leaves me feeling lost. If I’ve had issues or questions I’ve gotten responses right away from my account manager and staff. I love that they offer webinars on various subjects to learn and grow which I do take advantage of. I also love that they are constantly upgrading and updating the software based on client input. It’s a great company and product. I would highly recommend.

Cons

Sometimes the app updates slower than desktop.

Pros

Wellness Living has been an amazing tool for my business! The staff answers all my calls and is so patient as they help me solve any of questions. I couldn't run my studio without them!

Cons

My clients can't see how many classes they have taken. I have a client analysis, but I wish they could view it on their own!

Love it. Everylast bit of it from the how to use it, to the onboarding process. It has been wonderful!

Pros

We have loved using this software for our wellness centre. The best part is the customer service. They are always just a phone call away, and if they lines are busy they give you a call back. They are clear and concise with their help and also send you an email with the written direction as well for future reference. We are so happy with their software and our business is thriving using it. We at Vicki Tree Wellness, love this software and support service they offer.

Cons

It is complicated and does so much - so it takes time to continue to add on to all its capailaibities. However, with the 5 star customer service, this is easy to do.

### "Wellnessliving is top notch!"

We previously used Mindbody for our booking platform. There's no comparison when it comes to tech support as well as all the other helpful features. Follow. up emails and resources to access if needed.

Pros

The customer service is top notch! You always get a live person when you call tech support and if you have to leave a message someone actually calls you back.

Cons

I honestly can't think of anything at the moment
