### "No Regrets!"

Automating my small business with Wellness Living is one of the best business decisions I've made. It has helped me automate and streamline so many processes including scheduling, client management and invoicing. The system is very intuitive and they're constantly updating the software with helpful enhancements. I've used other client management systems in the past and I can't get over how much more user friendly WL is. All the information is right where you need it. Onboarding and learning how to use the system was much easier than I anticipated and the Wellness Living staff are exceptional. No matter how big or small the question or issue, they are right there to help with timely responses, patience and careful instruction. In the midst of onboarding, I had a significant family matter arise that needed my undivided attention. I brought this to customer solution's attention and they were beyond supportive granting me a pause in my onboarding and subscription while I tended to the situation. For me, this speaks volumes about the kind of company WL is, a true trusted partner. I am so grateful!

Pros

Their Customer support & user interface. I am a solo business owner so it's very comforting to know that they are right there when you need them. The user interface is smart & forward thinking. Everything you need is right there.

Cons

Even though I was pleasantly surprised how well the onboarding went overall, at times it felt daunting & overwhelming... like anything new

Overall I’ve had a wonderful experience with wellness living. Their onboarding team is truly exceptional, shout out to \[sensitive content hidden\].

Pros

I like the scheduling features in the calendar view. Also, the ability to take waivers and intake forms.

Cons

Their payment processing service, Paragon payment solutions, is cumbersome. Their customer service isn’t the best and I’ve been having trouble with them since August of 2025.

Agreed to less than $100 per month. They actually took over $300 per month. They blamed it on me not being PCI compliant and promised a refund when I did become compliant. So, I jumped through the. hurdles and became compliant, and guess what? No refund. They have been asked numerous times to cancel my account bc my business closed at the end of July. Well... guess what? I just got charged over $300 for the month of August and no more business. They also continued to charge my members after being asked not to numerous times. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Pros

They were quick to respond to customer service technical issues. Their system is very complex and can do a lot, but it is not user friendly.

Cons

Excessive charges. Interface NOT user-friendly at all. Refused to turn off services and kept charging me and my members after business closed.

We moved to WellnessLiving during a period when our business was growing quickly and our old scheduling system just couldn’t keep up anymore. The shift made our day-to-day operations feel much more organized and predictable, especially with lessons tied to specific practice bays! that change alone solved a lot of stress for our team. It’s not perfect, but it’s been a meaningful, supportive system for us as we’ve continued to grow.

Pros

The overall onboarding experience great. They really take the time to understand how we operate and took the extra effort to work with us on solutions.

Cons

Fixes and alterations to the system can sometimes take longer than ideal, but there's always a follow up.

### "The best school/membership management system"

From the testing phase, through initial setup, training, go-live and ongoing use and support, everything went as expected. This system is well thought out. When I began using the system, the software is very mature and as a result, I have not experienced any technical issues. The level of support is phenomenon, all my request for help are replied almost immediately. The technical support are personable and knowledgeable as well.

Pros

The most I like about this product are the complete and powerful features. The customer support is also excellent. The cost of using the standard package is already meeting all the needs for my school. Booking and appointment features are very easy to use.

Cons

So far, I cannot think of anything I don't like. I have not experienced anything that is not meeting my expectations yet. As an experienced ERP implementer (over 20 years), I can say this responsibly.

### "Love this software"

Pros

My studio has used WellnessLiving since we opened in 2022. I love that it's a software that we can grow into. Customer service gets back to me quickly when I need it, and my students really enjoy our personalized app. It's great to have so many different ways for my students to book classes, rentals, and other services. I've recommended it to two of my other studio \[sensitive content hidden\] friends already!

Cons

Some of the transactions or reports can be a bit clunky. All the information is available, but sometimes it doesn't feel super intuitive.

10/10 - There is not a platform that can compete with WL at the moment. We do not plan on switching to anyone else.

Pros

Customer Support, innovativeness, regular updates and new features. Also - it's the best bang for your buck when it comes to client management and support. It's easy to schedule appointments, the interface is modern and sleek, and our customers data is secure.

Cons

There are important features that I believe should be created over other features that are submitted via the requests.

I have been approached several times to give other softwares a chance and have not all felt the need to change.

Pros

WellnessLiving makes running a business easy. Everything is all in one place. We have detailed profiles for all of our clients, their attendance and spending history. We can plan events and send marketing emails all from WellnessLiving. This saves time and money having everything on one platform. Their customer service is top notch! If I ever get stuck or need to learn a new feature, their team is quick to respond. The thing I love the most is they are always improving and adding new features! They listen to their businesses and try everything they can to make our life easier!

Cons

For the most part Wellnessliving has been a great software! My instructors had a bit of a time to get use to it.

Overall, it has been a smooth experience, like with any booking software with built in POS system, there are additional fees but this cannot be avoided. The customer experience has been good overall.

Pros

I found that the entire process from the intake call to onboarding, registering for the app and figuring out the backend of how to use the software was a smooth experience. Good customer support, responsive and informative.

Cons

I did not like that the pricing and currency is in USD which means it fluctuates for Canadian companies as the conversion fluctuates and also it is more expensive for us.

It's been up and down. I don't enjoy working with security metrics and paragon. I really had to push to get several issues resolved. I have tried other softwares. Like all software, there is a learning curve. Once I got the set-up figured out and got some assistance from WL to handle the security metrics and paragon, I'd say WL is the best software for the price. The AI help chat is a big improvement as well. Most of my immediate operational questions are answered very efficiently and instantly with the AI chat. Also, they WL team seems like they are continuously making improvements.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] was a huge help! You can really tailor the software to fit your business needs. (Which means the backend is pretty complex) It takes some learning & setup time trial and error. But once you figure it all out, the workflow is easy and efficient. My employees find it pretty intuitive to use.

Cons

The payment processor, Paragon & Security Metrics. I wish WL switch to Stripe. So much easier and the Stripe hardware is so much better!

I love the ease of the scheduling for myself and my staff. I was building my own schedule every week and it was exhausting. No other platform fit with my type of business. Wellness Living had exactly what I needed and helped me get started with ease. I have also utilized their client app and FitBuilder and recently have opted into their website building. I love the education and support they give to all of their clients. So grateful for them for my business!

Pros

The ease of scheduling for my staff. I can schedule classes/trainings/staff all in one.

Cons

I haven't had many issues but I find it a little difficult to reach them through any avenue other than email. Sometimes I need a quick response and fix.

### "Excellent Customer Service"

We switched to Wellness Living after 10 years with another scheduling service and need to say that the customer service we are receiving is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Pros

The customer service is outstanding. Whenever I reach out with an issue I usually get a response within 24-48 hours.

Cons

Accessing patient notes is not ideal. I need to open each patient visit notes instead of having access to all the notes at once for comparison of the patient's progress.

Pros

The WellnessLiving support staff is always helpful and polite. They are knowledgeable and give me the help I need promptly! The website is flexible and really works well for a busy studio schedule!

Cons

Because it does so much, it takes awhile to fully learn all the applications of their website.

### "Highly recommend "

Overall positive experience. I value how this system is able to have multiple users, and users with different modalities (pilates, osteotherapy, ect). When one therapist needs SOAP notes they can access this option.

Pros

We picked Wellness Living as our scheduler as it had all the accessibility we needed from a scheduler system for both our wellness element of Osteotherapy and studio element for Pilates. We wanted classes to be seen under a full schedule view, which they have, and for online booking / purchases to be tailored. Wellness Living continues to add ongoing updates!

Cons

Initially, it was not as well groomed as the former scheduler system we had. However, they have not made up for it with all their upgrades. I rather have a product that is improving as I know when I have a complaint its heard and also then action is taken to make it better.

It’s been a positive change in my business. I was using a platform that didn’t feel professional or organized, i definitely got that with WellnessLiving once I switched.

Pros

I’ve been using the platform for my yoga studio for over two years now with success. My clients and staff enjoy using it, and any account errors are usually easily fixed on my end. Any time we need customer service we get a quick and efficient response.

Cons

Some features editing client accounts can feel a bit redundant. Sometimes I feel I’m not taking advantage of everything just because I don’t remember everything from onboarding, there’s just so much on the website to utilize.

Pros

The best part about WellnessLiving is how seamlessly everything is integrated. From client management and billing to email and SMS communication, it handles everything in one place. It’s incredibly intuitive and has saved us hours each week. The automation features alone are worth it.

Cons

There’s a bit of a learning curve in the beginning because there’s so much functionality, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. Their support team is also very responsive, which helps a lot during onboarding.

Overwhelmingly positive. I'm struggling to think of aspects I'd like to see upgraded... the customer care has been super good to us. And I find that the AI chatbot is more well-equipped than any of its peers to respond to complex, detailed inquiries. The Membership Duration rules need some more flexibility (offer days as well as weeks, months, etc.)

Pros

The customer service team is incredibly helpful and responsive. When we changed our business model at Ekstasis Strength and Conditioning earlier this year, I spent hours on the phone and in virtual meetings with different customer service reps (particularly our guy \[sensitice content hidden\]!) and they always very gracious and generous with their time. We could not have shifted to a membership model successfully without their guidance! I have called countless times since and have always been met with courteous assistance. I also appreciate how many different features the WellnessLiving platform offers. Like any system, it does have its limitations, but those have not really held us back from anything we've wanted to do in any significant way. The more I learn about how to utilize WellnessLiving, the more my appreciation for it grows. I've worked with some its competitors in the past (such as MindBodyOnline) and had much poorer experiences.

Cons

When setting up our membership model, we had aimed to create membership options with a constant, repeating duration of exactly 30 days, but were unable to do, as "days" was not a unit of measurement that we could select for Membership Durations. We had to go with a 1-month Membership Duration instead between automatic renewals, which of course resulted in variance amongst some members' automatic renewal dates, as a consequence of certain months having a different number of days. This made renewal dates for those clients less predictable. Enabling 30-day membership durations would not have necessarily fixed this aspect, but it likely would've guaranteed the same amount of training opportunities (days) for every one of clients on a monthly basis

Pros

the thing i like the most about wellnesliving is that it has a user friendly interface for booking and rescheduling classes. value for money as well , reports and insights give a clear picture of activity and usage. clean Ui and security.

Cons

mobile app lags little bit , so that's the issue i faced , dashboard might feel overwhelming. price might be a bit high for small buisness.

It helps me oragnize how I want to explore fitness journey. While Im learning new things I am also helping people get started in their own journey.

Pros

I found the most beneficial thing Wellness Living provides is the accessibility it has to let clients book. I started using this not long ago and I already have a few regulars that want to train with me while I even keep track of my own trainer.

Cons

Sometimes spots fill up quick and you may not know right away. It only happened once, but my appointment was cancelled an hour after I booked it.

Best fitness comms forum software I've used so far. Most love the infusion of the love events to the recorded events easily

Cons

Navigation sometimes can get very interesting, with so much tabs embedded but overall is a great platform I've engaged with.
