It was a pain to install and it messed up one of the trucks for sure. The crews weren't happy. Ram at least fixed it.

Pros

once its up and running it's nice to know where people are in the field without having to call them. helps us retrace steps and prove where we are. it works as intended

Cons

the software interface is not so easy to us, i wish it was a bit more userfriendly. i dont need it enough to use it daily to get familiar with it. but i would use it more if it was more satisfying and attractive

Do not sign any agreements with RAM! IT'S A CONTRACT WITH A DEVIL! You can find way better tracking providers and not even insurance approved. I have been with RAM for years. Recently I decided to add another tracker and camera. They sent a contract and without even thinking I signed the contract. Apparently I not just added another tracker, but also renewed/extended 3 year contracts for my another 9 vehicles. It means that I am in another 3 year contract with them and can’t cancel it or pay for 3 years which is nearly £6k. I found out this when I contacted them asking to remove 2 vehicles as they are old, sorn and will go to salvage. Even though cars will go but I will be paying for the trackers and cameras of those vehicles for 3 years. Spoke with them, they are not willing to change anything. Madness

Pros

It’s working ok. The stuff is friendly and responsive

Cons

The contract/agreements are tricky. Don’t trust

Great until we sold a van, then we had to continue paying for a service not used.

Ease of access and intuitive functionality. Works well

Contract renews every time a van is added. Difficult to exit

i hasnt been working for the past 6 months and while i still get emails for billing they cant seem to reach out to fix the problem

Pros

loved the concept and the sales pitch but the delivery has be sub par

Cons

constantly stops working, needed updates and or password changes

Pros

The app would tell you the general location… not very specific.

Cons

The staff and management are very dishonest with contracts and conflict resolution. Communication is not their strong suit.

Pros

Their agents are not honest with you at all, they give you a big contract to sign and no way to get out of that contract! This team started overcharging us, and we got no response from their customer service at all. I sent them several emails requesting for service cancellation but they ignored them all! After 3 months follow up, they got back to me and said your subscription is automatically renewed for another year and you have to pay us for another 12 months. I humbly requested them for cancelation and addressed them to my emails for cancelation requests, but their agent ignored them all. I stopped paying their bills as it was the only thing I could do. Now, they are sending me a letter from a lawyer threatening me for farther legal actions if I don't pay their bills for another year while I am not using their service.

Cons

Never sign an agreement with this company.

Very good Tracking APP, for use by our staff.

Pros

'Real time' Monitoring of fleet, and report generation are sufficient for our use.

Cons

RAM Tracking software does integrate with our existing Administration software.

Reasons for choosing RAM Tracking

There are countless companies located in Ontario Canada providing GPS accessibility, RAM was able to provide cost effective features, and support. Sales staff where knowledgeable and explained system features and options.

Overall experience is exceptional.

Pros

The product is outstanding and it is quite easy to use and navigate. You have GPS tracking of your orders and you also get notified when your orders leaves the warehouse until it arrives to its destination.

Cons

There are no features that are missing or can be improved from this product.

Very poor experience and a lot of miscommunication

Pros

It was a lot of promises and talks. How great they are until you signup.

Cons

Super unprofessional and unhelpful. They lock you in the contract doesn't matter if it's Covid or not. I can't wait to be done with this contract.

Very happy with RAM. It is not hard to understand, super user friendly

Pros

It is accurate and keep you updated on the whereabouts of your order. You simply receive a tracking ID and you're good to go

Cons

I have not experienced any issues with RAM as I have only used to track my orders online and I'm happy with the results
