### "The fastest way to create Elearning courses"

It allows you to create interactive learning courses or lessons in a few minutes, as it is very intuitive and also allows you to export in the form of scorm, html5 and much more. It is an excellent author tool for instructional designers

Pros

Its perfect integration with Power Point allows you to create simple and complex interactions in a short time. In addition, tools such as QUIZMAKER or Interacciones provide many options to generate more entertaining and motivating courses for users.

Cons

The only thing that would improve is that the maintenance type support is included in the cost of the license, since that in its beginning it was like that, then separated license of use and license of maintenance.

### "All-in-One LMS with Outstanding Features and Support"

Our experience with iSpring Learn has been excellent. It's a powerful yet user-friendly LMS that centralizes all our learning-related content in one platform. Other LMS solutions we tested often had either outdated or complicated interfaces or lacked essential functionality. A special shout-out to Damian, our Customer Success Manager from iSpring, who is guiding us through the implementation process with expert support, hands-on tips, and a great investment of time. The onboarding support is really outstanding.

Pros

\- Clean and easy to understand User Interface - Amazing Features besied regular LMS Functionality that helps us to centralitze everythign regarding learning in the company, such as On-the-Job Training Documentation, 360-degree-feedback, a feature-rich Internal Knowledge Base Tool, Cloud Authoring Tool, Development Plans, Gamification, New Hire Announcements and much more. The Tool is regularly updated and enhanced with great new features. iSpring Learn has a clean and intuitive user interface that makes onboarding new users fast and easy. There are also powerful features beyond standard LMS functionality – such as: - On-the-job training documentation - 360-degree feedback - A feature-rich internal Knowledge Base - Cloud-based AI authoring tool - Development plans, gamification, awards, new hire announcements – and much more. The platform is continuously improved, with great new features released every few weeks.

Cons

While there are already many useful integrations, some are still missing – e.g., Slack or broader HRIS integrations like Personio. Additionally, while the Knowledge Base feature is one of the best I’ve seen in any LMS, it currently lacks a simple PDF export, which would be necessary for sharing internal documentation with colleagues or partners who don’t have LMS access.

Pros

This program is very robust and has many features for users of all skill levels. The training platform looks very professional.

Cons

This is not easy for the back end user. We had some issues deploying. This is also costly and takes a lot of effort of the administrator's end to create the training. More assistance would be appreciated.

Very good experience, straight forward tool and integrate smoothly with PowerPoint and such. Wide range of file and LMS platforms support

Pros

Live support to help get exactly what I need in shortest possible time, and the smooth integration of the tool with existing PowerPoint slides so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Cons

As a new user, could not find the information I need right away. Fastest way was to check with support so I can be up to speed with utilizing the tool.

### "Good system - Great service"

So far, I am really content with the features and service provided bij Ispring. The collaboration works well.

Pros

Great system with a lot of features. They also provide great service. There is always someone available to help with questions or to provide with insights via a demo. I had some demo's with \[sensitive content hidden\], this week and he was really helpfull.

Cons

So far, they do not have an integrated function for the development plans and onboarding. These are coming later in 2025. We are also waiting for the integration with our e-leaning supplier GoodHabitz. Ispring and GH are working on this one. Hopefully they manage to fix it soon.

### "Recommendation to SMBs for starting e-learning journey"

The contact with iSpring Sales and Support is always reliable and productive. When needed a short personal call is possible whenever e-mail isn't suitable. In my experience every issue is taken care of with the necessary seriousness and professionalism. As a german customer it is possible to communicate in german. For faster and more productive communication English for me is the better alternative. In my view however this isn't a negative.

Pros

iSpring Learn is easy to use and easy to understand. It comes with a well thought out feature set, especially for SMBs which want to start the e-learning journey. iSpring Learn sets a high standard for usability. The online documentation is helpful and the support is reliable.

Cons

The permissions management could be a little bit more finetuneable for our purposes. It relies on a hierarchical department structure. We organize a few subjects differently to what iSpring Learn expects us to.

iSpring Learn did check all the boxes in terms of features we needed for our start into the e-learning world. iSpring Learn didn't go far beyond our need features set which also made it more manageable in terms of onboarding users. It has a modern and user friendly user interface which makes an easy start. The pricing is fair and manageable for a SMB which needs a rather rudimentary feature set.

After five years, I have to say that we are still very satisfied with iSpring. Lots of new features and integrations. Useful features for instructional designers and managers. Even for HR.

Pros

Really smooth UX for both users and admin. And... AI features are coming! The online support is outstanding. My account manager helped me even during the weekend with a problem. You can choose between different price options to start, so that you don't have to worry about the costs.

Cons

The active users you have to pay for (but you can ask for overdraft and can get a discount if you have lots of extra users).

I would recommend iSpring to any organization! It was easy to implement, works decently with our Active Directory scripts, and there are tons of options for standardizing knowledge across our organization.

Pros

It's easy to learn and use. We have not experienced any bugs or issues. The desktop suite of apps give you enough creative tools without being too difficult to use.

Cons

The reporting options for learning history are hard to customize. We went from an in-house built learning application to iSpring, and we are used to having flexibility in reporting. We are running into a few issues with calculating total seat time across trainings and courses.

Pros

Very easy to use package, particularly where you don't have a dedicated learning and management team. Our users are from member companies across the world and they have found access and design easy to handle. From a support side, the team at iSpring are quick and explain things without being too technical. Great when you don't have a dedicated team.

Cons

There are so many things that can be done it is easy to fall into the trap of trying to over complicate things.

The number one think I love about iSpring is that it is very user friendly. It is also great on the administrator side.

There isn't anything that I really dislike about iSpring. I wish it had additional features. iSpring representatives are really good about passing on information to get features added in.

The iSpring LMS is easy to pick up and use iSpring. Pretty intuitive, and the customer service is awesome.

Pros

Customer service and support are great. The LMS is nice because it is all in one with the content creation and LMS without having to use multiple tools.

Cons

Catalog page set up, you cannot link a catalog page to mini-catalog pages. You also cannot control the order of courses in a catalog. The courses list alphabetically.

Overall, I have been very pleased with iSpring Learn. The employees and customer support have been responsive and incredibly helpful. I love that I can Google a question and generally can find the answer within seconds. The design technology keeps getting better and better. Thanks to all of the staff for making this a great experience!

Pros

I am new to my role and to iSpring, and I have found their online resources, customer support, and training webinars to be exceptional! I have been able to get all of my questions answered and have easily self-taught myself how to use the different programs that come with the iSpring Max subscription. I especially like the ease of adding voiceovers and narration to our training content for accessibility.

Cons

Our learning paths are set up in a way that I often need to add a single course to multiples folders for learners to find and self enroll. Perhaps there is a way, but I'm not sure how. I have to upload the course separately to each folder for self enrollment. I wish I could select multiple ones at once. I also am hoping for narration capabilities with the microlearning iSpring Cloud/Page services in the near future.

Reason for choosing iSpring LMS

I wasn't part of the selection process, as I'm new to my role. I feel iSpring is comparable to Articulate 365, which I have used in my prior role. Both are fantastic products!

### "The Perfect LMS"

iSpring has been a great tool for our organization's needs. I purchased it because of it's ease of use for our learners and it continues to deliver a simple approach to training. Learners should never have to fight to find or complete their learning. iSpring is a clear and simple option that provides value to both the learner and the administrator. It's not complicated, but robust enough to deliver everything we need and more. We actually feel our learning platform is a differentiator in our line of business and others in the industry have been impressed enough to ask us what we use.

Pros

We have used iSpring Learn for almost 3 years now. The original reason we purchased the tool is the same reason we stay with the tool - it's ease of use for our learners and the administrative functions it provides for our L&D team. The completion tracking, certificate generating, and reporting functions are vital to our goal of ensuring our learners are able to access and complete their learning easily and receive the appropriate credits.

Cons

Like any software, there are features that don't always meet our needs. But there isn't anything we haven't found a way to work around or take the time to better understand in order to operate and manage our learning within iSpring. It's not complicated or cumbersome to administer.

Pros

I spring learn in combination with I spring max works really well for us. There are so many things that you can do with it and I feel like I learn something new each day which comes down to the best thing about this product is the customer service support from the tech team. I have always easily been able to reach someone and get help. Unlike other software that only has community help forums etc. The tech people are awesome and I thank them a lot!

Cons

There are a few rules that you need to make sure you know about saving your projects. For example not renaming anything etc. that could break the link to the folder ispring creates. Now I know and there is no issues but if you aren't careful you can loose content. Side note the tech customer service is a valuable resource whenever you need anything. That's how I learned not to rename anything and making sure I move things the correct way not to lose content.

Reason for choosing iSpring LMS

overall had everything we were looking for. Some other brands had areas that may have looked a bit better or maybe was a little more advanced but we went with ispring because overall ispring checked off all of what we needed at a fair price with customer support. Some important things we were looking for was ease of use for both admin and learners, allowed media such as videos, possibility with translating features, tracking and data reports for both learners and admin.

We (the Institution of New Technologies in Education) discovered iSpring tools in 2013 and have been using them to organize the training process in the Continuing Professional Education field. Initially, iSpring Suite 6 was the main tool we used to create learning modules in the SCORM format and upload them to the Moodle LMS. We have created around 500 Continuing Professional Education learning modules using iSpring Suite. In 2016 we launched eSchool and designed more than 11000 courses for Junior, Middle and High School as well as for preschoolers. Right now we are doing another project which involves iSpring Learn LMS incorporation into the learning process. We are developing new learning modules aimed at students who have mobile devices ' smartphones and tablets. One of the features we are excited about is offline viewing. Students download the assigned to them courses to their iPads and Android tablets using the iSpring Learn app and can view them practically anywhere even without an active Internet connection. iSpring Learn also allows us to make it possible for the users to register themselves inside the system and to take the courses gradually and for us to track their progress. Not only we develop the courses for our students, we also build them for the teachers. The last but not the least thing I have to mention is a high-quality tech support iSpring provides. All the issues are resolved in the most positive manner possible.

As an amateur sport we rely on volunteers. We have one training developer and they cannot be everywhere. So iSpring allows central development of structured training programs and then rapid delpoyment. We can ensure that players safety changes, rules changes and upgrading are provided quickly and effectively.

Pros

It produces a high quality tarining environment without having to be a programmer. We can produce our training materials, such as slide decks, videos, manual. We need to present a structured training package in a professional manner. iSpring gets it to to our trainees over the web, on the bus, on their tablet. We are now exporting our training to New Zealand and are talking to similar organisations in Europe.

Cons

Very few drawbacks, if you want quality, you must pay. Once the value was seen the cost argument went away quickly.

Pros

The product is very good, certainly the best LMS I have used in the past decade. I wanted to give a particular mention to \[sensitive content hidden\] who has been an outstanding customer success lead throughout the process and made deployment an easy process. I have dealt with several LMS systems in the past and iSpring has by far been the best to deal with both from a product and customer service perspective.

Cons

At times the tracking of courses can be challenging - particularly when it comes to a mixture of ILT and online courses. Perhaps this is my understanding limitations but clarity on this would be fantastic.

Looks more professional and it is easier to use than our previous programs.

Pros

All the different functionalities available, the report design/layout, and how easy it is to upload training modules.

Cons

Report Features: a) sometimes the user activity reports are pulled in a "landscape" layout, rather than portrait; and will waste more paper when printing in landscape. iSpring does not provide a fix on that, we never know what layout the system will choose. b) Not sure why iSpring provides the option of emailing reports to groups. I accidentally picked a group once and a users training report went to all the people in that group; it was not only embarrassing, but it cause lots of confusion and distrust. c) I wish iSpring would create a report where we can pull any and all users that have taken a specific training module during a specific time period. We need a report with all user names, date training was taken and their scores.

### "Easy to use but powerful"

I like it. It is easy to use and the support is very good. Overall the experience has been very positive.

Pros

You can write and publish a course in a matter of hours. It's easy to learn and anyone who is able to use powerpoint should have no problem getting started. There are also a lot of helpful videos and tutorials online if you need help. I nearly forgot to mention there is also interactive live help that pops up whenever you visit the iSpring website.

Cons

It's sometimes hard to decide which report to use and it will not produce a report of the percentage of people who have completed a course.
