I love it. It's a great platform that employees seem to enjoy and have no issue using and figuring out on their own, which is huge!

Pros

Easy-to-use interface (for both employees and admins), awesome course builder, great customer service, helpful analytics

Cons

(1) iSpring reports often only contain the learner's LAST quiz score, so you don't know if they passed on their first try or took 3-4 times to pass a quiz. That's a huge issue for us that causes us a lot of manual work of clicking into various reports (because the info we need isn't in the export). (2) 360-reviews don't allow managers to view their completed reviews until the entire review is "closed" for everyone, which is a pain in the butt.

iSpring is a delight to use and meets our core needs. Technical and account support are both pleasant to deal with.

Pros

iSpring continues to be a great choice for our small business to deliver learning content to our staff across several locations and without a dedicated training department. It is easily maintainable and intuitive to use.

Cons

We wish that the LMS could be purchased without iSpring Suite, which we have no need for. We also wish that there were more complex reporting options.

We are still learning all the functionality available to us, but we've gotten great feedback from our users about how much they enjoy it!

Pros

We love the ease of creating and publishing content for our Organization! The admin side of managing our LMS is also very user-friendly. When we have run into technical issues or questions, the Customer Service response time and assistance have been amazing!

Cons

We have encountered some issues with My Team reporting functions on the user side. Primarily, it saves the last filters used when a supervisor logged in, which can cause confusion the next time they log in, if they don't reset the filters. It is an added training step on our end for our users, because it's not intuitive that it saves the last filters... they just think the info is missing.

We've been very pleased with iSpring LMS, the tech support offered, and the customer experience. We've renewed our contract twice now and plan to continue until our funding runs out. It's been a great investment for our training program.

Pros

The cost of the system is incredible for the features it offers. You get most capabilities found in other systems that cost almost double what iSpring does. Their customer service is fantastic - they see issues through to the root causes and close the loop with you quickly on your requests. Our users have also found the system very intuitive to use, and from an administration standpoint - it does everything we need it to!

Cons

There are small ease-of-use things we wish were in place, or small design tweaks we'd like to make, but nothing substantial enough to influence our overall extremely positive experience with the system.

My overall experience with iSpring LMS has been excellent, as it provided our organization a seamless transition to online training. It has proven to be a great investment for our facility, offering robust authoring tools and top-tier customer support.

Pros

I really enjoyed the customer support. They were quick to respond and assist when needed. I have not encountered any software issues at all. The online learning and authoring tools were easy to work with. The employees reported no issues with understand the instruction on how to use the program. It was definitely worth the every penny.

Cons

The only real issue I had was not being able to change information on the quiz once it was uploaded. I had to adjust the scoring in after staff completed their assignments.

Very good experience, straight forward tool and integrate smoothly with PowerPoint and such. Wide range of file and LMS platforms support

Pros

Live support to help get exactly what I need in shortest possible time, and the smooth integration of the tool with existing PowerPoint slides so you don't have to reinvent the wheel.

Cons

As a new user, could not find the information I need right away. Fastest way was to check with support so I can be up to speed with utilizing the tool.

Our overall experience with iSpring LMS has been excellent. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and very easy to manage, which has made delivering and tracking training far more efficient. Course deployment is quick, reporting is clear, and learners find the system straightforward to use. The platform has helped streamline our training processes, reduce administrative time, and improve consistency across our learning programmes. Combined with strong support and dependable performance, iSpring LMS has been a very positive addition to our training setup.

Pros

The ease of use. iSpring LMS is simple to manage, quick to deploy training, and easy for learners to navigate, which saves time and reduces admin effort.

Cons

Limited customisation. The platform works well but offers fewer options for branding and tailoring the learner experience compared to larger enterprise LMS platforms.
