My overall experience has been wonderful.

Pros

Electronic Signing is very easy for the user. We have a lot of short-term inters, fellows, temporary staff, and board members and Workbright has made document signing so much easier for our operations/hr department.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the software.

WorkBright saves me countless hours. Our staff find the process quite easy, and I cannot possibly speak highly enough about the Customer Success Team! Our rep has put up with me with patience and kindness and lots of happy faces!!!!

I have so much less paper to deal with! All of my part time staff payroll is just a click away.

Pros

It makes payroll management so much more convenient. We have three locations in three different cities, with seasonal employees at all of them. Payroll used to be a tornado of paperwork and now it is all on WorkBright! So much more manageable!

Cons

Not everyone has access to a computer. Not everyone trusts the internet with their personal information.

Saves a tremendous amount of time, cost is very reasonable, employees like it. They will reconstruct your forms to be fillable online, this is really nice.

Pros

Ability to have new employees enroll without paper. Great for keeping track of I9 forms, easy access and great for HR.

Cons

Needs a place to store employee write ups, certificates and other documentation. There is an upload documents feature, but it does not have separate folders or links to indicate what those documents are and this can easily be missed.

Pros

It is easy to set up, send emails to staff, and easy for our staff to log in and complete whatever they need to!

Cons

There is not really anything we do not like about the software at this time!

Pros

For a small non-profit that hires a lit of seasonal employees, WorkBright saves us tremendously on man hours that can now be used to further advance our mission.

Cons

When hiring minors, we are required to have both the employee and the parent/guardian sign all paperwork. If the ability to have two signatories could be integrated that would go a long way in further streamlining.

Pros

We have found that the WorkBright system is user friendly for a broad spectrum of employees. It provides a solid platform from which to administer employee records.

Cons

The one feature that I would like to see included in WorkBright would be a payroll component. All of the employee data is loaded, so why not add a payroll option.

Pros

Paperless onboarding is the absolute best. Signatures, forms, documentation, all from their phones makes life so much easier!

Cons

Drivers can't be done in one session in Washington, and getting back to partially finished profiles is not easy. It can be frustrating to find the items that need to be redone or finished.

Great pitch by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], and fantastic onboarding and implementation with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. Her ongoing support made the adoption of WorkBright easy, painless and only slightly frustrating - which is exceptional for any software service!

Pros

I really like the efficient process of onboarding with WorkBright. Employees enter personal information one time, in one place, and it populates all the forms. That sure beats entering a name and address over and over and over again. As a manager, I can onboard at multiple locations, and I can get my hands on employment documents immediately, in one place. Bravo!

Cons

It's not always clear to me where to go in the software to do what I want or find what I want

Overall, I wish I implemented this sooner. It's so nice to have peace of mind that our I-9s are being handled the right way!

Pros

\- incredibly easy to manager - all I do is input first name, last name, and email, and Workbright takes it from there to ensure remote I-9 verification is done compliantly and in a timely manner

Cons

\- I wish it integrated with our other systems. Right now it is separate, but really not a dealbreaker for me.

Pros

My company uses the I9 and E-Verify feature and we love it! With so many employees working remotely or across the country, this allows us to conveniently issue, track, monitor, and store our I9's which are fully compliant. No more paper forms to manage and huge binders to store them in.

Cons

There have been times where the users have had trouble with the geo-locations on their phones, but this is a rare occurrence.

Excellent; no complaints at all.

Pros

I reached out to a sales rep and was all set to start using WorkBright the next day! Very user friendly.

Cons

The E-Verify setup was a bit troublesome, but we were provided with a refund so all I can say is the customer service is great!

Reason for choosing WorkBright

100% remote company - we preferred a remote I-9 process :-)

I just use it for seasonal camp employees. So far, exceptional program to use!

Pros

I can run reports for the BOLI stats (i.e. females, supervisory, non supervisory, etc. )easier on WB than our payroll processor (hand counting). All reports, once learned, are easy to run.

Cons

Only my second season using program. I don't feel qualified enough to give opinion, yet.

Very good. The customer assistance is excellent.

Pros

Ease of sending new hire documents to employees & organizing candidates

Cons

On the ATS side, it opens new windows constantly and I'm in a hurry, so the multiple windows can get out of control and lock up my system. I also wish that their was an option for me to export the application into a PDF to save to my computer, verses having to print it & scan it.
