WorkBright is incredibly easy to use, both as an admin and a user. It helps ensure we are compliant with I-9 completion, automatically sends to E-Verify, and keeps a record of all submissions and cases. It also tracks when a document is expiring so that we can reverify the employee. The chat help desk is also a great resource.

Cons

It would be great if WorkBright could integrate with our HRIS to make the process even easier. It isn't difficult to add the information for a new hire, however having it sync directly from our HRIS would take one step out of the process.

Our overall experience with WorkBright has been great. While there were initial issues due to incorrect details from the sales rep, the quick and responsive support team, along with our account representative, resolved them well. Now, we’re satisfied with the flexibility it provides both in the office and at the Manager level in our stores.

Pros

Customer service! Quick responses are essential for us at MMPR due to the high volume of employees we manage. Getting answers on E-Verify, form setups, or even simple MFA resets within an hour or two helps us maintain smooth operations. Delays can cause these questions to fall behind other pressing issues that arise.

Cons

The time it takes to implement forms could be improved. For instance, I requested a new form to be added across all 38 of our subdomain accounts but haven’t received confirmation on whether the process has started, aside from an auto-reply acknowledging the request. While I understand that the large number of subdomains may contribute to delays, clearer communication about timelines would address this concern/con.

It is awesome, all the functions available are great, our company does not have all the bells and whistles but what we do have allows us to process new hires easy and fast.

Pros

Everything! I like how easy it is to send onboarding, how the remote I-9 process functions and how they address our concerns and find a solution that will work best for us. How easy it is to add/update forms on our platform.

Cons

I have to say it is the process of having to accept each form individually. Wish there was a fast way to accept the forms completed by employee.

We assist our talent daily on this platform and walk them through the process if they are a little unsure.

Pros

We have many refuges that we assist at our location, they understand what is asked of them through the workbright system. It is also very easy to redo information or reset the process.

Cons

Most of our talent has to use the cell phones with this process. sometimes this is a challenge for them but it is clear even on small screen.

Excellent! It has really made being a recruiter easier and saved time in the day.

Pros

Workbright was extremely effective in streamlining the I9 process. It cut down onboarding times significantly. It also adds an extra layer of protection with having a secondary person verify the candidates identity and really gives a peace of mind for us!

Cons

If I had to say anything negative, it would be that sometimes the geolocation doesn't work right away and scanning a QR code is needed sometimes.

Pros

I love the ease of use for administrators. You simply send the implementation team your forms and they ensure that all appropriate fields can be autofilled, that they're easy for staff to fill out and that they're able to be used on both phones and laptops. It gives me peace of mind that the forms will be filled out correctly and the interface on the back end makes it very easy to track my staff's progress on their forms as well. As an employer who staffs seasonal workers it is very important to have a consistent and easy work flow and workbright delivers that.

Nothing. Their customer service team is incredible as well and ensures that you have a smooth experience.

The paperwork behind ID and employment verification is done in minutes and the invitation to complete the applications comes in within three to five minutes which is simple, easy to navigate and has a full return of ten to fifteen minutes instead of the traditional waiting period of hours to days.

In 25 years...one of the best experiences I have had in a setting up a system/platform. The product is great, the people are amazing and the system is easy to use and train on.

Pros

They have a great system that solved our challenging onboarding needs and the team is amazing. When you have a question or need support they are there...and you get to talk to a real person!

Cons

There are a couple of reports that need to be custom built, but that is not due to anything on the WorkBright side, but due to the payroll system we work with.

We started using Workbright during the pandemic, as we couldn't meet in person. We continued using it because it was so much easier to use than having employees physically complete forms. We've since implemented an HRIS system but have reverted to using Workbright as it was so much easier for our new hires.

Pros

It's very simple. It's easy for someone who has no experience in being hired to just answer the questions and sign off on the forms.

Cons

I have not found anything to dislike about Workbright
