"Creating more interesting job advertisement"

**Pros:** Teamtailor enabled me to really say what our company culture and values are like. The opportunity to include team stories and videos in the job ad also attracted a new level of candidate, which fits our ideal applicants to a tee.

**Cons:** I was forced to scroll significantly or download resumes in order to have a full view and this introduced some level of friction within the review process.

"Great for managing the recruitment process"

**Overall:** Overall, it has been a very good experience, allowing us to keep track of everything, which stage a candidate is in, keeps a timestamp when each action has occurred. Able to visualise everything in a neat space.

**Pros:** Helps us manage the hiring process easily. Allows us to post job ads quickly through their integrations. Different ways to visualise whether a candidate is suited for the role or not

**Cons:** I dislike having to create a new question each time for different interview specs, it could be that I don't know the best way to do this though.
