Pros I love a centralised location for all my files (contracts, policies ect), leave & details that I know I don't need spend lots of time searching for what I need. Cons Nothing really springs to mind. Possibly some more clarity on HeroDollars (without having to look online) and when trying to check out an item it took me straight to credit card - couldnt see how to use part of my credit dollars. Pros The webinars that show you how each feature works - acts as a step by step guide to using the system. Everything is automated - you can see where each employee is up to in the onboarding process and follow them up. Cons You can't tell if the employees have completed all the policies. As an exec being able to access contracts in real time, without a request via a person enables me to explore opportunities quicker. Cons Some obvious features still to evolve. Being able to generate lists of Employees with Annual Salaries, or Employees and their Notice periods. No doubt it will come. Lacks the ability to give admin access over groups. NZ next, please? Previously HR used to be a nightmare, especially in regards to leave. Employment Hero has simplified everything for us and as a manager and a user I am very impressed. Pros The software is easy to use and has made my life as a manager much easier, especially in regards to the HR elements. Whilst it took some time to initially create a profile, I have never looked back!!!!!!! Cons Nothing to note as I am happy with everything so far. Reporting stats are a also a great way to give management an overview of company demographics as well as retention/turnover. Cons Would be great to see more companies on board for a range of staff perks. It's a great incentive for our staff but we were hoping for more than what is there currently. Pros The software is easy to use and intuitive. Navigation is easy and logical. Having all employee info in one place is fantastic. Being able to issue contracts online as well as speed up onboarding is a bonus. HR templates, documents are available to modify and the new Covid-19 documentation has been invaluable. Cons Does not manage attendance of salaried employees well, and adds time/attendance to their salary unless manually adjusted each payrun.
