Pros \- Ease of integration with Payroll software (XERO) - Minimal set up time by he accounts department - Ease of policy updates and delivery to the staff, with notification and read tracking - In built employee benefits program - Great library of standard documents, with easy ability to adjust to particular company standards Cons Most difficult aspect we found with the software was the amount of unnecessary data actually extracted from our payroll software, specifically terminated employees. It streamlined the number of documents that we had to send out to new starters & reduced error as it put it in the hands of the staff to input their personal info. The team based customization for the On-Boarding Checklist with notifications is a life saver. Cons It is missing an equivalent Off-Boarding process at the moment but I believe that is in the works. Though I always receive a preliminary email saying my request will be escalated to a senior customer support agent. I would prefer receiving my answer straight away. But it is an easy to use and dynamic platform. Love the add ons with the shopping, wellness program and money advice. Pros Easy to use, intuitive for all new employees to search for information and lodge requests Cons Some features like the reviews could be more organised. When you create some reviews they are neither organised by name nor chronologically. COO Human Resources Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "NO Service, NO Up time - BUT we will remind you of the Contract" August 13, 2020 3.0 The experience has been horrendous, we have raised several support tickets, they are ignored, be prepared to revert to a manual system which defeats the purpose of using EH. Senior members are more quick to outline the contract than they are to fix the issues. Pros Its easy to use when the system is working, easy from User and Admin perspective Cons Support is really REALLY bad, would be better if it could be co-branded or company branded. Although they have much bigger internal support issues to deal with. There are plenty of better alternatives that are better and cheaper. Pros integrated payroll and HR software ease of use Cons I realise we are still in the set up phase and after trialling for 3 months would like to process our first payroll with Employment hero. We have had 1 video meeting so far and were supposed to have another meeting today = the day we were planning to go live. So far our trainer has not come on lne and she is now over 32 minutes late so our question is what will the support be like when you get stuck in the middle of processing your payroll??? Reason for choosing Employment Hero I felt EH was different as it offered HR and payroll platform together with some shopping discounts for staff from certain retailers. Great product that is working to improve all the time. Pros I love how easy it is to get yourself setup with Employment hero. We are in a startup phase and it was easy for us to transition from a free version, to the paid version and then for us to scale up over the next 12 months. Whilst it lacks some of the features from some of the larger systems (LMS etc) it certainly performs the core function intuitively well. Cons Doesn't include a learning Management System and some of the process flows could have some more customisation in them. They are good out-of-the-box, but more ability to tailor would be great! Pros There's no guess work. The menu options are clear and the interface is easy to use. I love the employee onboarding function, the seamless integration with our accounting software & the ability to store all our HR docs in each employee's file for easy access. Cons Can't fault it. Its all at your fingertips, easy to use and it’s a real time saver. Pros I can deal with leave and other team requests from mobile, with ease, at any time. Cons There isn’t anything I don’t like anymore. Recent software upgrades/updates to the mobile app added a function that I could only access from the full site.
