Great platform that I have recommended to others. Cons Payroll and time and attendance as a seperate module (while good, adds cost). Would like to see a more involved LMS module as well. March 21, 2018 5.0 Time savings, cost efficiency, easy to use. Pros The simplicity makes it easy to navigate. It is really cost effective and the customer service is good. It save heaps of time compared to accounting program payroll modules and it integrates with the accounting software and banking software. Can book leave way in the future and see how much leave will have accrued at that date. Pros Booking/checking leave is amazingly easy and clear. Consolidates several older systems (payslips, leave, on/offboarding checklists) iOS app is clean and convenient. Cons Can't reassign assigned tasks, or decline with message - if I can't do a particular task for any reason I have to decline it in EH then send an email separately saying why. Payroll, leave submissions are all a much smoother process now. Pros The look of the site makes it very user-friendly. Customer service is always good and people are always willing to help out. Cons Ability to run your own reports would be great. Would make it easier rather than having to wait on EH to run certain reports. We are struggling to manually keep employee leaves until we got this database, really a huge help for me. Cons The set up of payslip is a bit complicated, we are not able to use it as we cannot figure out the proper way of using it. Also we are not sure how secured it is to use. Customer support was good once they got back to me. Cons I found the lengthy setup process frustrating. It's not a one step process. Great technical support service upon implementation, prompt responses and very helpful. Cons Initial set up discussions and planning is very important to ensure business requirements are met. Unfortunately some were not met immediately but through the great technical support service and advice, all issues were resolved fairly quickly. The Dashboard let's you see all notifications and pings you emails of anything that is outstanding or coming up - really help you keep on top of things.
