### "Best Form Builder in the Market"

March 27, 2026

5.0

I was worried when security concerns forced our organization to change online form building platform, but thank goodness that happened because Form Assembly is by far the best and easiest platform in the market.

Pros

The simplest online form builder on the market and a really intuitive connector to Salesforce. Even their embedding capabilities is best in class.

Cons

Literally, there is nothing that I could say that is negative about the Form Assembly platform. Ease of use and complete connectors earn their win in the marketplace.

### "Overall great experience with FormAssembly!"

March 3, 2026

4.0

Overall have had a great experience with . It's helped streamline many forms that we ask our users to complete with the integration with Salesforce.

Pros

It connects easily with Salesforce, which makes it simple to send form data where it needs to go without a lot of extra steps. If your team relies on Salesforce, this is a big plus. The form builder is user-friendly and straightforward. It doesn’t take long to get the hang of it, and you don’t need to be super technical to build good, functional forms. Customer support has also been helpful. When issues come up, the team is responsive and does a good job walking you through solutions.

Cons

Customization can feel a bit limited unless you know HTML. If you want more advanced styling or specific design tweaks, you’ll likely need some coding knowledge. It also isn’t possible to automatically send a PDF copy of a completed form in the confirmation email to respondents, which can be a drawback depending on your needs.

### "A good starting point but lacks robust enterprise level functionality"

March 19, 2026

3.0

Form Assembly is a solid starting point and provides a clean way for customers to interact with your Salesforce data. The limitations with both the connectors and the interface to build forms is frustrating. Luckily you can get around some of these frustrations by building out custom CSS and Javascript files but I wish that Form Assembly would invest in their roadmap to create a more robust solution.

Pros

Form Assembly is an easy way to gather information from your customers and sync that data to Salesforce.

Cons

Although the connectors are very convenient, they are also highly limited especially when working with 'repeating sections'. Instead of bulk load the records, it processes them one by one which creates an extremely slow UX. Additionally, the 'Skip this step if' functionality cannot evaluate each record within a repeating section. This 2 limitations has caused us to spend a large amount of time finding work arounds for functionality that is critical in providing an acceptable experience for our customers.

### "10/10 would recommend"

March 6, 2026

5.0

We chose after a thorough comparison with other products, and it has not disappointed. We started out with a few use cases we wanted to solve for, but as we've grown more comfortable we use it for a lot more. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Pros

Almost everything! To highlight a few: Paying for users vs # of responses is SO helpful for a not-for-profit, especially when sometimes it's very difficult to predict how many responses a form will get. The Salesforce connector is SO robust - we have a very customized SF instance, so this is an important feature for us. As the connector has gotten more development and more features, it just keeps getting better. The quarterly webinars outlining new features are incredibly helpful to see what is being developed and released, as well as getting ideas for further efficiencies and broadening our use cases.

Cons

The customer support is good, I would love to see the chat feature enabled for a more instant response. The documentation is good, however I'd love to see more updates with the new features and consistency in the support library, and perhaps some easier navigation.

Reason for choosing FormAssembly

I addressed this a bit in the first part of the feedback - but the pricing model (per user vs per form response) was key. Also e-Signatures being included with the Teams plan was important.

### "FormAssembly - Good Product, Excellent Integration with Salesforce, Poor Support"

March 13, 2026

4.0

Transitioning our forms to has been positive for our organization. The integration with Salesforce has reduced manual input and made the process of data collection far more efficient! The integration with Stripe is also valuable: the process of collecting payments with form submissions is intuitive for customers and automatically connected to records in Salesforce. Our disappointment with FormAssembly has been the service portion of the contract. The technical support is not prompt and doesn't feel reliable.

Pros

The biggest benefit of using for our organization is the integration with Salesforce! This is the primary reason we transitioned our forms to FormAssembly and it continues to be where we find the greatest value.

Cons

Our greatest frustration with is the technical support that is available - both the level of care and the response times.

### "Easy to use and customise. "

March 12, 2026

4.0

Very pleased overall. The basics are very easy to learn and implement. the integration with Salesforce was key for us.

Pros

Integration with Salesforce and customisation. Ease of form development and field mapping. Has greatly assisted with streamlining our processes.

Cons

The form response output could be much better formatted. Would be good if the infographs on the response pages could be downloaded in an editable format. Occasionally, staff are unable to answer queries if they fall outside that for which help articles have already been written.

March 4, 2026

Mostly excellent. There was an unfortunate delay connecting with Support when we first got , but that has mostly been remedied.

Pros

Cons

February 24, 2026

We have used FA for over 2 years now, and we are still bringing other departments into the fold. Other employees are amazed that it can be so user friendly and more reliable than other forms.

Pros

Cons

The AI tool, Fai, is great, but it can get stuck sometimes when you ask a difficult question. When it converted a web form for us, it needed a lot of editing.

### "Works great!"

February 25, 2026

5.0

Good. Once we learned how to use it, it was easy to copy forms and edit for new uses. It's easy to learn how to build a form, but needed help with the interface.

Pros

Easy to learn and use. Great detailed log of the process. Flexible in what and how you can gather information.

Cons

That it's not native to our current CRM. It's a bit challenging setting up the interface for the first time. We had help from a consultant.

### "Autopilot is great. All information goes right into salesforce."

February 27, 2026

5.0

is a total lifesaver for building forms that actually work. It is super easy to get the hang of, and I love that you can set it up without needing to be a tech genius. The forms look great on mobile, too, which is huge. It can be a little intimidating when you first dive into the Salesforce integration settings, but once it’s set up, everything runs on autopilot. It's a solid choice if you're tired of basic form tools that break the moment you try to do something custom."

Pros

How they fill out the form and it automatically puts in the contact information. It goes right to the campaign and it helps to put all information in one direect form,

Cons

If they were already a contact in salesforce sometimes they would get logged in again. Duplicating the contacts.

### "A Reliable Form Builder with Exceptional Salesforce Integration"

October 3, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with has been awesome. It’s a powerful platform for building and managing web forms, particularly when it comes to complex data collection and integration with systems like Salesforce. I found the drag-and-drop builder intuitive for basic use, but also appreciated how deeply customizable it became once I got more familiar with connectors and advanced logic.

Pros

Ease of Use – Drag-and-Drop Builder. Powerful Salesforce Integration. Conditional Logic feature. Design / Styling / Aesthetics Flexibility. Performance & Editing Large Complex Forms

Cons

Mastering advanced features (conditional logic, connectors, dynamic picklists, complex connectors) takes time

Switched from

[Salesforce Sales Cloud](https://www.capterra.com/p/61368/Salesforce/)

We switched from Salesforce Forms to primarily because we needed a more flexible, powerful, and user-friendly platform to handle complex form workflows and integrations. Salesforce Forms served basic needs but quickly showed limitations when it came to advanced logic, multi-object record creation, and dynamic data handling. FormAssembly offered a richer feature set—like robust conditional logic, dynamic picklists tied to live Salesforce data, and superior connectors—which allowed us to automate more processes without custom development. Additionally, FormAssembly’s interface is more intuitive for non-technical users, empowering our team members to build and modify forms independently, reducing IT bottlenecks. Its stronger support for compliance and data security also gave us peace of mind for sensitive data collection. Overall, the switch improved our data quality, reduced manual entry, and accelerated workflows—all critical factors for our growing organization.

### "Money well spent!"

October 6, 2025

5.0

Overall, the platform allows us to manage multiple forms that rely on automation with ease. Having so much control over the style was a huge plus for us as we focus on creating a strong brand. Being able to easily connect the forms to Salesforce for real time data updates is also huge as we can quickly connect the dots and better serve our community!

Pros

Easy to use and deploy. Getting the forms built takes just a few minutes and has a lot of the same powerful tools of other form apps with less fuss!

Cons

Sometimes you are not able to clone forms without breaking the connection to Salesforce, and it's not always easy to realize that was the issue.

We use to do everything, from event registration to large-scale annual surveys.

Pros

has a pretty easy to use integration with Salesforce that has made our lives easier when it comes to reducing time on data entry. There are also many features in fairly low priced tiers in FormAssembly, which makes scaling survey operations without spending a lot of money easy.

Cons

Not all of the text fields are change-able, so sometimes getting the form to look exactly like you want takes time and/or is not possible (e.g., changing the font in question subtext)

### "Robust and flexible form designer"

November 1, 2019

5.0

As a nonprofit we rely extensively on volunteers for several dozen initiatives throughout the year. Previous to we would use paper-based or email-based registrations which then had to be manually transcribed into our CRM system. This was a terrible waste of time for users tasked with this. FormAssembly enabled us to convert all of those forms and processes to the web and the form data is stored in our CRM directly, thus enabling users to focus on higher level tasks.

Pros

Ease of building forms either as stand-alone solutions or integrated via Connectors to Salesforce.com Very responsive and knowledgeable customer service.

Cons

Depending on use case, Connectors can be quite complicated and not easy for a novice to figure out even by reviewing existing forms.

### "Easy to Use Custom Form Builder"

May 9, 2019

4.0

A powerful tool to have in your belt. My team and I use this tool for both internal and external facing forms. The easy to use form creation interface makes creating forms relatively easy and straight forward.

Pros

I have used this software to create custom forms for use with Salesforce. It allows users to create custom forms that plug directly into Salesforce with relative ease. The drag and drop interface allows users with little coding experience the ability create rich and connected forms. Forms function very reliably and integrate well into Salesforce. Record creation on post-form submission in Salesforce is one of my favorite features.

Cons

Visually, the forms can leave something to be desired without extra customization. Documentation can be lacking in certain areas.
