It was a lot of work to set up BUT we had many layers to our setup and really feel that we are using it to the fullest capacity. It has really helped keep people in the loop and avoid overbooking of spaces.

Pros

We are a very large organization and it helps us manage the usage of many shared spaces, plan for parking and alert our cleaning and maintenance team to any setup, tear down or clean up needs that arise around special events. It's also great for setting up security for events.

Cons

It is a bit cumbersome to use in that there are many options to go through in reserving a space and I wish there were a way for it to remember trends. Ex: When I reserve this space I tend to want to bring circle tables.

Overall, a good experience. It has become an essential software in our church. I have tried competitors in the past, but none are as feature-rich as Space. Industry leader for sure!

Pros

It gives us one place to track what is being done in each room of our buildings. We have lots of meetings, events, worship services, etc. So this helps us track what resources are needed where ahead fo time.

Cons

It can be a bit cumbersome to figure out if you have not used it before. Also they changed the pricing and made some features we used to get free now cost extra such as SSO.

As an end-user, I find Espace easy to use, and like the benefits of seeing the company Espace calendar.

Pros

As and end-user, Espace makes it easy to schedule a space, and request set-up and take-down resources. I like that I can see all of the other events and reserved spaces on the company Espace calendar.

It's great. This is a software that, after the transition, is a big help.

Pros

I like the in depth cross referencing that this platform does. It's very easy to pull up conflicts and resolutions. It is a scheduling monster.

Cons

There have been a couple of slip ups about finalizing an event because as users, we missed one point when we thought we were in the clear. There are so many useful things that sometimes when we get a little rushed, we miss them. The software is great, it does have a lot of features that we need to get better at finalizing.

eSpace is helping solve double booking, and it is saving us money on utility.

Pros

eSpace allows us to easily manage and control spaces within our facility. It also allows us to control HVAC and prevent double booking.

Cons

eSpace is sometimes difficult to use across a variety of different platforms and devices. Outdated devices will have trouble interfacing with it.

We have created a "One Stop Shop" for all of our ministry scheduling needs. We have created forms to obtain the information we require for each ministry event. By doing this, it provides a 'check list' of items to consider by the ministers so that nothing is overlooked.

Pros

This software can be adapted to fit needs of a variety of organizations. With the ability to create your own forms, you can easily personalize both the Scheduling and Work Order Modules to obtain the information you require within your business operations.

Cons

This is not necessarily a con, but there are so many details, it can be overwhelming to learn. However, the tech support is willing to come along side your administrators and users to assist you with your needs.
