Pros The clean look and the way it works similarly to the other software programs I'm used to. The reports are amazing. I can see my statics so easily. How easy it is to schedule and that the invoice for the client and the contractor is set up immediately. That I can color code the contractors to be able to see at a glance who is doing what visit... Cons That I can't direct it to pull out 2 clients schedules at once. It's either all client's schedules or just one. June 20, 2022 5.0 Pros Implementation was easy and the Time To Pet team was very helpful in ensuring we could set up and use their software successfully. Our clients love using the direct chat feature as well as requesting scheduling changes through the site. It's also easy for us to approve, deny, etc. on our end. Cons It was a bit challenging to navigate to start. Not all features are intuitive but once you get it down it's great. We use "templates" to schedule recurring walks. I also like that it keeps a good database of client information that is always accessible when out in the field. Cons It crashes A LOT and customer service is not that easy to deal with. I have grown frustrated with this software and went back to using a different platform that is much more user intuitive. Pros I really like the flexibility of my clients having the capability to book, cancel their pet sitting services. The ease of the clients able to view and pay on their account has made everything so much easier and organized. Cons I do feel it’s a little expensive for solo users. I completely justify the price with a company with more than one employee. It also integrates with Quickbooks Online, making it easier to keep track of finances and saving time and money on tedious office work. In addition, Time to Pet is highly customizable to the exact specifications of your business, so you don't end up with software that looks and functions the same as every other business out there. Pros Highly customizable. Integration with Quickbooks Online. Quick, accurate, and helpful customer service. Instead of written (paper) notes, keeps track of sitter notes and pictures in an online portfolio for each customer. Cons The price increases per sitter, so it can get expensive for larger companies. They were also expensive. When I found Time To Pet, it was a breath of fresh air! So easy, so simple and my clients with little computer knowledge seem to have an easy time with it.
