Invoicing, scheduling and customer interface.

Pros

The schedule is extremely easy to use and lets me keep track of my pet sitters including GPS tracking them, reading their updates to our pet parents and making sure they arrive at their visits on time. Our clients love that they can log in and book services online, they also love the app that was recently released for them! The invoicing feature is also a must for any small business! Time to Pet gives me the software of a large business for my small business at an affordable price.

Cons

I really love everything about Time to Pet has and the software is constantly being updated and changed to better fit our needs. This is the first software program where I feel like they not only understand the software side of the business but also the pet sitting side. There isn't anything I like least about the software but I know if there were my ideas would be heard and listened to by the team at Time to Pet.

It has been a pleasure. The program is great, and the customer service is prompt and friendly.

Pros

It is easy to use and intuitive. It also has all the features I need to run my business.

Cons

It has met all my business needs in relation to a software program, so I have no answer for this one. They are always adding features to the software, and the owners are always receptive to listening to their clients to make the experience better for them. It's refreshing to find owners so committed to communication and improving their product. For me, there are no negatives.

Time To Pet is helping me organize our staff information, client information, all communication, invoicing, scheduling, and more. I am incredibly impressed and I am using it ALL the time now. It has already helped us get organized, and I can tell it will help us stay organized as our company grows.

Pros

I love that I can manage almost every aspect of our business on this software. I'm still learning all the details, but so far I have been really impressed with how much information I can organize, and how I can streamline all of the different aspects of our business.

Cons

Maybe the only con is the limited calendar functionality (can only schedule client events). However, you can sync it up with another calendar such as google, I just personally don't want to do that. This and any other suggestion I've brought up to their support team though has been taken well and they've helped me find solutions or have added my vote for their future additions on their roadmap.

Reason for choosing Time To Pet

I honestly can't remember the names of the other softwares I tried, but I picked TTP because it was more professional in appearance and really in-depth in terms of organizing client and staff information and scheduling. Also the text reporting for visit summaries was exactly what I was looking for.

I love this software! It has been a game changer for my small business. My clients love it, they rave about it. Some clients have even chose to utilize my business because of the Time to Pet software.

Pros

Features, ease of use on client side, the ability to customize to better suit my business.

Cons

Not enough automation, but Time to Pet employees are very receptive to suggestions and are constantly implementing changes.

Time to Pet represents the industry standard for pet sitters around the world. They know their stuff and they have built the most comprehensive platform I've used to date. And, coming from a competing platform that collapsed, Time to Pet is a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Time to Pet could benefit from allowing me to edit individual rates on individual sits as incentives for walkers and sitters to take on jobs.

I love the interface, features and customer service. It does everything I need it to from invoicing, capturing all customer information, scheduling, and more. It's very simple for me and my walkers to use and customers love it. The owners are very responsive to suggestions and are constantly improving what I thought couldn't be improved.

Pros

I’m a one man show, and still wouldn’t want to conduct business without the Time To Pet software. They leave no stone unturned in helping with essential admin tasks, and are always making improvements and updating the platform. The founders and team are not only prompt in handling any issues...they are first rate people! I whole heartedly recommend Time To Pet as a pet sitting software. In the 2+ years I’ve been using it, I’ve never had a reason to look elsewhere.

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any cons. If you’re on the fence, just do it. You won’t regret it.

I can't say enough good things about the help with transitioning from a different app to Time to Pet. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is so knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my many questions. They offer onboarding calls and help with your team being trained for the new system as well.

Pros

Amazing software with so many useful features, customizable, very helpful customer support!!!

Cons

I have no complaints. It took a little time to get used to using, however it is an impressive and all encompassing system. I am very happy.

Better set up, better features, more availability of support to transfer to new system.

Scout had a lot of limitations, did not have enough features I needed, it did not offer forward billing, and the customer support was a joke. I could never get issues resolved. The responses to problems with the app seemed automated and were so generic they never helped.

Pros

\-super easy setup -extremely reliable -many features. We especially love employee shift checkin/out. It makes it so much easier to process payroll for hourly paid employees. -customer service replies are timely. -my employees always do well with the app. The software is solid. We never have technical issues and it's very user friendly.

Cons

The software is updated several times a year with new features. I'd love to see an update to the messaging feature that would allow for design layout options and customized signatures.

It took sometime to get to know and understand the software, but after time and slowly easing into it - we are thrilled to have it.

Pros

The software makes running your own business fool proof in a sense. If I forget to schedule something the client can see that on their end so we ensure that nothing gets lost in translation. I love how user friendly the software is and how many functions you are able to utilize.

Cons

It's dependent on wifi signals and sometimes that can be a challenge depending on where you are located when trying to complete a visit.

I am EXTREMELY satisfied with Time to Pet and would highly recommend to anyone.

Pros

The scheduler is key to managing the numerous jobs coming through and also managing my staff.

Cons

I had to think long and hard about this. I really can’t think of a negative with the actual software. I think my only negative comment would be that I feel they need live customer service via phone and not just via email. Sometimes you have a simple, quick question and it is frustrating not to be able to speak with a live human.

My experience has been wonderful. Becoming totally automated and paperless. I am all about being eviormently friendly.

Pros

It was easy after the initial setup, and when I needed support, it was right there at my fingertips. The continued updates are awesome as well. Time to Pet truly listens to the concerns and needs of the people that use the software. I mostly love the integration to my google calendar.

Cons

The setup was overwhelming, but I contacted support, and they walked me through it.

We absolutely LOVE Time To Pet! We were using a competitor's software and found it to be clunky and not very user-friendly. We were resistant about switching at first. As you can imagine, moving a large number of clients to a new portal would seem daunting, right? But no! The developers at Time To Pet (TTP) made the transition a breeze. We're so incredibly happy we made the switch. It's changed our business and it's allowed us to be more efficient, professional and productive. The guys really listen to their clients and are constantly developing. We love the client portal. Think of your facebook feed... clients and the pet sitter's assigned all have a view to the updates and photos. As we know, communication in our business is super important. TTP makes this easy. Also, our clients and users love the text notifications. Do yourself and your business a huge favor. Invest in this software, you'll be so happy with this decision.

This makes it super easy to run my business and keep things organized. It has scheduling, invoicing, pet information, client information, nice apps and even payment options for my business. It really does it all!

Pros

I really love the scheduling feature, as it keeps me organized and helps me not to miss visits to take care of pets.

There's really nothing I can think of that is a con about this software. I love every aspect of it!

I love time to pet software. It has made running my pet care business so much easier. The scheduling, client portal, user integration, report cards, and invoicing are a breeze!

Cons

The one thing I’ve found I do not like about this software is that it does not allow for text reminders for client appointments, which is an important feature for my business.

How easy it is for clients to edit their information when needed so I don't even have to have a conversation with them. It is instant.

Cons

Theres not much I don't like. Maybe...the fact that there is so much to learn? However, it's easy to get started and learn as you go.

Great communication from the company and it's very affordable​! Some clients find it a little confusing to use the client portal and book online so they send email requests and I need to book for them. Overall a very professional pet sitting booking/scheduling/invoicing app that's an excellent platform for staff management​ and keeping on top of admin work.

Pros

As the owner of a small pet care business, I love the features of TTP that streamline scheduling and invoicing saving me countless hours and human errors! My clients love the customized client portal and it's an attractive feature for them.

Cons

It's a little clunky and outdated looking and can be cumbersome to set up.

Pros

Saves me time on scheduling, invoicing, payments, I love that TTP is always improving and upgrading. Customer service is exceptional. Since I got TRP, it has made running my business smooth and efficient. I can't imagine life without TTP!

It was a challenge at the beginning switching over to the software, but once all my clients were on the app, it made my life easier!

We can customize the software to meet our needs. The fact that it ties invoicing to scheduling makes life much easier.

Cons

I wish I had the ability to give a bonus referral to my sales staff, by giving me the ability to give a percentage of gross sales to the person who referred the client.

I can't say enough good things, they have lighting fast customer service & they are constantly evolving and making updates.

Pros

Its easy to use "out of the box", not only for me, but for my staff and clients. Its an all in one solution that manages practically all aspects of my business.

Cons

Mailing list functionality could be improved, I would also like it if there was a CRM component.
