Time to Pet allows my employees easy access to my client's pets information. Instead of sending everyone tedious and boring notes, they can send them cute photos of their pets and only have to send text if there is an issue. It's easier on everyone's side.

Pros

Time to Pet is very user friendly, and expandable. They also have stellar customer support.

Cons

I'm not super tech savvy, so I have probably had to contact customer service more often than the average user. I researched several software systems before I made my decision. Time to Pet was the most expensive, but it was also the most user friendly and had the best tech support.

It has been a great software to use for scheduling and housing my client information. The clients love the App as do the users.

Pros

I love that it is online. I have used a software in the past that was desk-top only. I now have the ability to access my company schedule, communicate with users and clients real time. It has saved me countless hours of time and productivity.

Cons

I honestly cannot think of anything I do not like about TTP.

Time to Pet (TtP) has changed my business and given me so much time back from tedious tasks like billing and scheduling. What used to take me hours a day, I can now do in one hour. My half day billing debacle is now done in less than an hour. And these are just the basics. Things like a detailed key log, bulk editing, messaging that can be filtered by several criteria, being able to monitor messages to and from clients and about two dozen other things make this the best pet software I've seen on the market. Kyle and Mike are fantastic and are quick to respond to any emails. They take my needs into consideration when making improvements to the system. And most of all they seem to have a genuine passion for their business and helping other pet businesses grow. When I started with TtP we had about 100 clients. In the 18 months since I signed up, we have over 200 clients. While TtP didn't directly bring these clients to our business, I can give them credit for the time they've given back to me, which has in turn allowed me to focus on growth. The cost is low enough that this system works great even for individuals with 10 or fewer clients. For a larger company like ours it's worth every penny. I can't say enough about TtP and I urge anyone mulling over options to try them out first. You won't be disappointed!

Time To Pet documentation through notes, communication and photos while on the job is invaluable. So many times, I have been saved by being able to quickly look up client communication. It is almost impossible for me to miss visits. If a backup sitter is assigned, I can see if the visits are being done in real time. I simply couldn't operate without it now.

Pros

Product is easy to use, affordable and customer service is the best. My clients love the added benefit of being able to book jobs online and pay online. Until you have actually used it, you cannot imagine all the benefits it will give you. It has streamlined my business in unimaginable ways.

Cons

If you are not set up on any online system, it may take some time to integrate all the information you have on a large client list. Every minute is worth it, though.

We previously used Google Calendar for our daily schedules and Freshbooks for team paystubs but implementing Time To Pet cut off so many unnecessary wasted hours of work by making most of our work flow automated. It is an amazing product for everyone who works in pet business.

Pros

The team in Time To Pet cares a lot about us managers, they go through every little point of our daily routine and make it as easy as possible for us. I can't count how many times we asked for a feature and they implemented it. And I often find some new feature that they added and it always is something amazing and helps work flow. They are constantly working to make the software even better on top of the amazing product they already created. I don't think I have ever dealt with such a nice product and support team.

Cons

Time To Pet had some troubles with servers in the past and several times we had a complete black out where teams didn't have access to their schedules, client info, etc., which was extremely painful right in the middle of our day. But as always they handled it professionally and upgraded their systems promptly to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Pros: Very specific customization capabilities It tracks each walk and allows admin to see walks in progress. Easy to use integrated payment system for clients Works seamlessly Allows me to focus more on my business than admin tasks Archives and makes easily available every photo, piece of communication, and setting change. Allows for your own branding Amazing staff control for admins Easy for commission based businesses Awesome staff support Constantly being updated and worked on Great Help page info Many many many more features! It has EVERYTHING YOU NEED.

Cons

Doesn't have a start of walk/service notification You can't see the current gps info until after you send a report (would be great to have a live GPS map. The staff and admin app doesn't have admin functions (yet), you must log into the portal through a browser just to have admin capabilities. App interface is a little clunky in getting to the message feed with a client. Currently doesn't support PayPal, Apple Pay, or Venmo.

Not really geared towards pet boarding. I like the walking and pet sitting features, but if you board pets, it’s not easy to use

Time to pet has been a wonderful online community for me and I love how they highlight real businesses no matter how big or small that find success by using their product. They take the time to understand their customers and cater to their needs!

Pros

I've been using Time to Pet since I started my dog walking/pet sitting business over 4 years ago. I love the reliability and professionalism it adds to my small business. The developers and their team do an excellent job providing the features the users ask for and keeping the app at an affordable rate.

Cons

I don't like how when I upload pictures from my gallery to the TTP app, the pictures create a duplicate album on phone. I've turned this toggle off in the app settings but it doesn't make a difference. This may be an issue with my phone not the app.

Pros

Having everything in one place (pet info, client info, scheduling, invoices, payment processing) has changed everything for us since we switched from all Google based products. We love that the clients have the ability to see their schedule and update their info on their own. It's also great to be able to determine how much transparency the owners actually have with different feature options for their end. My team has a one-stop shop for all information and communications on an easy to use app. It stores all communication in one easy place, as well as any pictures taken of the pups! The developers are quick to respond to any questions or issues and they are an absolute pleasure to work with. They also truly value the needs and requests of the users and are constantly upgrading features.

Cons

It's hard to think of any! I suppose I would say the relay messaging. It would be great for there to be a way that a client's response went to only the people who sent the original message, rather than the listed team members for that pup in their profile. But truly, that's not a common issue.

Time To Pet allows us to easily schedule services for clients. We have client information easily accessible on the go. Employees can clock in and out through the software for time tracking. Employees can track their mileage through the software.

Pros

I love having client information on the go while out in the field completing services. I love the GPS tracking feature because it gives me peace of mind that employees are on the job and with timestamps and in software photo taking we can reassure clients their pet(s) are being cared for.

Cons

I wish we could schedule two team members for the same event without having to book a service for each team member separately.

I live Time to Pet and the people that work hard behind the scenes to constantly improve TTP.

Pros

Time to Pet makes managing my pet care business a breeze. I am able to see what my employees are doing without having to micromanage them. I am able to stay connected with my clients and they are able to stay connected with my employees without my employees having to share their personal phone numbers. Time to Pet gives EVERYONE peace of mind. The reporting helps me see how the company is doing too. Customer service is top notch.

Cons

The price is the only con and obviously, I think it is worth it.

It seemed to be a better product with better customer service They really bend over backwards to help. They are very responsive to their clients.

I love the ease of use, this is our hub for everything we do, and it is customizable to the specifics of our business.

Cons

I would love it if we could more extensively customize the scheduler section on the client's side. We would like to add specific questions for the clients to answer or check boxes off for the services they are requesting.

Overall I have never used a software that made me feel so incredibly well rounded and cared for as a consumer and as a client!

Pros

This software is easy to use for the staff and for the clients. The customer support is 100% above par for a US based company. They really care about the end results and processes for their clients. I would refer them for life!

Cons

A little confusion for customer's booking multiple day appointments but easy to overcome and TimeToPet will be very responsive when you ask for a hand.

Time To Pet is a software solution for Pet Sitting and Dog Walking companies. They have solved many of the headaches that are associated with the day to day running of a business. The software is very user-friendly and has allowed us to continue growing. Our sitters love the app and all the notifications so they are always on time and have all the background information required to complete their visits. Our clients love the update feed and report cards, we continuously receive feedback about how relieved they are after seeing the pictures and reading the updates.

Keeping track of my days and timing out my appointments with my clients is essential for me. I've only ever needed to contact customer service twice and both times, I got a satisfactory response quickly. I honestly don't know what I would do without Time to Pet. The list of features makes it so indispensible.

Pros

I most like the ability to bill my clients through the software and the calendar/timer/GPS is by far the most helpful feature for me.

Cons

I really have no complaints. I've been using this software for about four years and I liked it back then but so much has been added.

Reason for choosing Time To Pet

I chose Time to Pet because that's what we used in my old job (as an employee). It was a no brainer that I would use it when I opened my own business.

I started using TtP when I was working for a walking company. As an employee it was so nice to have all client info easily at a glance on my phone. Super simple to keep on top of client wants and pet needs when completing services. Moving to open my own company I knew that I wanted to continue using the software and made sure to sign up and have everything set up early. I rarely need to change anything within the software now beyond signing up new clients! All around excellent time saver.

Pros

I love that my customers can easily enter the software on their end to book services. You can also set up additional fees based on many booking factors like ToD and Holiday.

Cons

I would love is features like booking services and invoicing were available in the mobile app for the business owner

The scheduling and invoicing aspects alone save me so much time to make the price worth while. It helps keep everything organized, has detailed reports for revenue, payments, invoices, clients and so much more. It has so many customizable options to make it fit your specific needs. Clients love the app for reports on their pets

There is no admin app which would be helpful for when I'm on the go, which is pretty much always

I wouldn’t be without it! I love it and so do my customers.

Pros

I feel TTP makes my clients see my business as more professional than the many hobbyists in my area. They love using it! The schedule and chat feature make my daily life so much easier and prevent me from forgetting things!

Cons

I wish I could delete customer profiles. I don’t approve each one because it slows the process, but sometimes people create a profile just to obtain information and then don’t become customers.

I’ve had an overall great experience and my business is now much more organized snd efficient.

Pros

This software was easy to implement when we decided to start using it, it’s user friendly for our clients, the customer service is incredible and it keeps my business so organized. I couldn’t operate my business without it and it’s the best value out there in my opinion.

Cons

The only tough part is paying monthly for all the users but that’s because I’m a small business . It’s well worth the money for what you’re getting.

Overall I’ve had an amazing experience. Prompt costumer service. I couldn’t run my company without it.

Pros

I love how easy and user friendly the software is. They constantly make updates to make users life easier.

Cons

I wish they would add the feature to add different rates for different type of pets (ex; $4 dogs/$2 cats) That’s the biggest irritation of mine. Seems like it would be a given for a pet sitting software.

I have been a Time to Pet client since September 2015. I have to say that I'm so thankful to have found them! I tried so many different software products pertaining to Dog Walking/Pet Sitting and just found them too cumbersome and not easy to navigate and then one day I stumbled upon TTP. Signed up for the 30 day free trial and I was hooked. Customer Support is very quick to answer any question, concern or a future addition too the software that you'd like to see implemented. This software has allowed me to hire more walkers and accept more clients and keep everything nice and neat and even accept credit card or ACH payments. All of my clients rave about being able to request, cancel and pay for their walks all online. If you're contemplating this, get it now. You will not be sorry. You too can get the piece of mind that Time to Pet has given me and all of my walkers absolutely LOVE IT! No more calling, texting, updating....It's all done in the application and the walkers immediately get an email of any updates, change, cancellations. They also get an email each morning of their daily schedule. WIN-WIN for everyone. Thank you Time to Pet!

I started using Time To Pet in October 2015 after using 1 of the original pet sitting software's that came recommended by Pet Sitters International for about a year. I was frustrated with the limitations and the lack of customer support form that software so I started testing several other software's that were on the market. Time To Pet was hands down the BEST! The tutorials were helpful, the support team were great at explaining things and not making me feel dumb if I didn't get it at first and the facebook group is also awesome to get tips and tricks from on using the software. I love how customizable everything is. The mobile app is great so all my staff can check off visits being completed and if there is a schedule change they get it right away. Love that I can invoice my clients and they can pay from the invoice. It took time to learn but every thing is so efficient with Time To Pet, switching was the best thing I did for my business in 2015.

Cons

I would like the schedule to be in time blocks for my contractors but they all understand if it says 1:00pm they have from 1:00pm - 3:00pm to get the assignment done.
