It is very user-friendly and the customer service is top notch- when I first started using the software and had questions I just emailed the TTP team and they responded very quickly. I am able to easily schedule, view client information, and run reports- all of which used to take me at least twice as long and was not nearly as organized. My girls love using the app because it gives them all the info for the sit in one easy place and they can sync it with their calendars on their phones too. The information is "real time", which for this business is crucial. If I have a question or technical issue, I have ALWAYS received an answer in less than 3 hours. THATS IMPRESSIVE... even for my "stupid" questions. The app is good for business because it give a "professional feel" to my clients. I like that! " March 10, 2019 5.0 Pros I've come across a lot of different websites and apps for dog walking, but the TimeToPet app is super easy to use. I love that there's an option to add a 'tip' to the payment. Cons There are not as many dog walkers available in my area as there are on other similar sites I've tried. I'm not sure if this software is newer or it's not appealing as much to dog walkers, but it does mean there are less options to choose from!
