The dashboard gives a good overview of what needs attention, which makes it easier to stay on top of daily responsibilities. The communication tools are also helpful, allowing messages and notices to be sent quickly without having to use multiple apps or systems. Features like incident reports and package tracking add a layer of structure that helps the team stay consistent and accountable. Although no system is perfect, Condo Control provides a solid foundation for managing condominium operations and helps create a more organized and transparent experience for residents and staff.

Pros

What I liked most about is how easy and intuitive it is to use. The platform keeps everything organized in one place, making tasks like communicating with residents, tracking service requests, and managing documents incredibly efficient. I especially appreciate how seamless the announcement and notice features are—it saves so much time and ensures everyone stays informed. Overall, Condo Control has made day-to-day property management smoother, more streamlined, and far less stressful.

Cons

What I like least about is that some sections feel outdated and require too many clicks to get to simple information. For example, navigating work orders or searching for past requests can be a bit time-consuming because the filters aren’t always intuitive and the layout isn’t as streamlined as it could be.

Pros

I love the fact that we can use to keep all of our files organized and ease of communication to the residents.

Cons

There is nothing that I don't like about except maybe the price is a bit high because we have the full subscription.

It is fast. The incident reports are good. The task is helpful. The library is best.

Cons

The calendar are confusing. Once set up, it is very hard to make changes. The colour not very helpful, doesn't serve a purpose. Updating a new owner data can be easier, too many steps.

Overall very good! Responses from the tech support team and our advisor (\[sensitive content hidden\]) are always super fast.

Pros

I like how intuitive it is. It is very easy to use most features with very little instruction. I enjoy using the report function, as there are so many things you can customize.

Cons

At some point there was an update that removed automatic paragraph spaces from announcement. Some workspaces have no paragraph spaces for service requests as well. You can copy/past the space manually but it is annoying if you have bullet spaces.

Pros

As both a condominium manager and a resident, I appreciate that centralizes almost everything we need into one platform. From a management perspective, the service requests, announcements, amenity bookings, and security logs are all streamlined, which saves a massive amount of time and reduces back-and-forth. The system is stable, the permissions are well thought out, and it integrates cleanly into day-to-day operations. As a resident, it’s convenient to receive updates instantly, book amenities easily, and access documents without having to email management. The mobile app is straightforward, and communication between residents, management, and security is more organized and transparent.

Cons

The learning curve for new staff or residents can be steeper than expected—there’s a lot of functionality, and it’s not always intuitive on first use. Some modules feel dated and could benefit from UI modernization. A few areas (like reporting and document upload workflows) would be even more powerful with small quality-of-life improvements.

User friendly. Unit files are very clear and easy to edit. Loved the templates in announcements. Welcome emails draft are a catchy.

Cons

When you have a portfolio, when you send announcements, it doesnt clearly tell if your sending it right for that specific corporation

As a MESA Condominium board member I love the task function! Because of this function we can vote on motions prior to our board meetings. The violation tracking is very helpful. The documents available to us is also an important feature. Wonderful portal!

I've used for over 3 years now - a couple of years as a resident and now as the Vice President of our condo association board. It didn't take long to get used to at all! And after a month of using it in the beginning it was so easy to find things. And the \*search\* is incredibly helpful!
