Cons

No real issues. Sometimes the app and online functions are different such as changing bookings is better online than on the app.

We are satisfied for now but with yhe automatic updates between and connect nightly, unit information gets updated missing digits.

Pros

Looks and functionality of the site. Easy to use platform for the resident's. Easy to reach out for help. Resident postings section is great. Nightly updates help to ensure system functions with most recent information.

Cons

Being misslead about automatic booking cancellations when we previously asked when shopping around for a new resident platform.

CCC is a big improvement over emails for recordkeeping because it allows access to the entire board and keeps track of outstanding issues. But there aren't good search features so that as time goes on it is more and more difficult to find records of past issues. Also the requirement to post a service request then go back in to add photos is cumbersome - you should be able to attach photos when creating the request.

Pros

It provides a communication platform for multiple categories of users to connect and access information. It is generally offered to client buildings free by property management and security companies.

Cons

The library function is very limited re size of documents permitted and the organization of documents. The reporting functions are awkward making it difficult to search for or organize issues that were the subject of complaints or incident reports. The summary reports don't show key information so the detailed reports need to be reviewed.

They need more hardware integrations, when we use buildinglink we had integration with our downstairs access control.

Pros

Flexibility and accessibility. It’s easy to access and navigate through the platform. Help is available through customer support.

Pros

Accounting, notices, security, and budget distribution. Also, tasks are very helpful. The cc staff are helpful and resolve difficulties and support us whenever is an issue.

Cons

sometime having problem with that form and the way how it looks now black and white I like better with some colors

It already has everything I need, but it would be even better if it were more interactive with AI—for example, offering predictions of potential issues.

Love using , Very user friendly, great for owners and board to find information very easy.

Pros

Service Tickets, community announcements and file Library has been a great assess for Managers tracking and keeping the community update date.

Cons

The amenity booking calendar and the event calendar can be synced, and given the number of social events in our community, having them integrated would be extremely helpful from a management perspective. Owners tend to rely solely on the event calendar, and when they book through the amenity calendar without seeing a conflict, they assume their booking is automatically approved. If an event is already scheduled in the event calendar, that time should not appear as available in the amenity booking system. I understand this may not be feasible for all sites, but having the option to sync the two calendars would greatly reduce confusion and improve workflow

Pros

As a MESA Condominium board member I love the task function! Because of this function we can vote on motions prior to our board meetings. The violation tracking is very helpful. The documents available to us is also an important feature. Wonderful portal!

Cons

Nothing. All of the features of are useful & important to owners and Board members.

So far to date, and it has only been a month and a half, it has simplified being a board member. It has cut the time for me to engage almost in half. So much easier to find details as well.

Pros

The learning curve is relatively low. The product is fairly intuitive. All issues related to a service request or task are right at your finger tips and you can even upload supporting documents to help with things.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see improved is some sort of alert that Service Requests have been updated similar to how tasks are flagged. That would be great

Overall, the experience has been positive, and still a work-in-progress, as the previous site I was at used Buildinglink.

Pros

The versatility and intuitiveness. I also love the Announcements option, including the option to preview what it will look like, before posting.

Cons

Some steps seem a bit cumbersome, for example when adding new users to a unit, and adding Emergency contacts for example. You have to go back to the starting point in order to add the Emergency Contacts.

I've used for over 3 years now - a couple of years as a resident and now as the Vice President of our condo association board. It didn't take long to get used to at all! And after a month of using it in the beginning it was so easy to find things. And the \*search\* is incredibly helpful!

I love the ease of use of this program! And because the format hasn't changed, everything I need is easy to find.

We use extensively and will be mandating it for our high-turnover student comolex this next school year, because it is so good at giving us the ability to send out critical information to the masses.

Pros

We like the ability to have most information in one place and to have a digital historical trail of actions and documents.

Cons

Its a bit bulky to input vehicle information and quite difficult to search for a vehicle when needed. The ability to search for vehicles on the mobile version is absolutely necessary in emergencies.
