L'accompagnement de l'équipe Alumnforce et particulièrement le soutien précieux de \[caché sensible contenu\] (notre CSM) a été un atout majeur tout au long du projet : de la préparation au lancement, en passant par le suivi.

Design, ergonomie, fonctionnalités, applications mobiles et CSM Alumnforce.

Cons

Un connecteur avec les principaux ERP formation serait un plus.

Je suis partie d'une page blanche pour créer une plateforme alumni sans avoir auncune expérience dans la gestion/animation d'une plateforme. L'équipe Alumnforce a toujours été présente pour répondre à mes questions de novice et j'ai pu administrer la plateforme (bilingue français/anglais) pendant plus de 2 ans de façon autonome.

Pros

L'ergonomie de la plateforme est facile à utiliser, facile pour créer des contenus. La réactivité de l'équipe Alumnforce en cas de questionnnements ou problèmes.

Chez Alumnforce, nous sommes accompagnés dans nos projets. Une équipe est dédiée pour répondre à toutes les questions posées et disponible rapidement. Des évolutions et fonctionnalités intéressantes pour dynamiser son réseau.

Cons

Des modules complémentaires intéressants mais onéreux. Editeur de texte pour les actions de communication qui n'est pas optimal. Manque de certains modules, champs, critères qui sont potentiellement intéressants.

J'ai adoré travaillé sur cette plateforme qui est pour moi un outil complet alliant gestion de données et animation de communautés. Les différentes fonctionnalités de communication nous permettent un large choix d'actions. En bref, un outil de qualité, avec différentes fonctionnalités selon l'orientation que l'on souhaite donner à la plateforme et une équipe support toujours au rendez-vous !

Pros

J'ai particulièrement apprécié travailler sur cette plateforme car elle est très intuitive et simple d'utilisation. Un gros plus : le suivi client des équipes qui est de qualité, c'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec eux !

Cons

La gestion des données, principalement car cette partie data ne fait pas partie de mon métier de base, la plateforme n'est donc pas à remettre en cause. J'ai pu compter sur les équipes d'alumnforce pour m'accompagner dans les sujets datas.
