I was able to create trainings easily and my employees were able to have courses assigned to them individually and pick up right where they left off of they stopped mid lesson. Pros It's so easy from the end user perspective and everything looks clean and professional. I used it for employee training and they loved it. March 21, 2025 5.0 Overall, we've had a very good experience with LearnWorlds. Admittedly, the enormous gain in flexibility and customizability means that more configuration and creation time is required, but this greatly enhances the learner experience and results in a much higher-quality platform. Pros We changed our LMS to LearnWorlds because the value for money was so much better than our old solution. We found equivalent or even better functionality in terms of flexibility and customization. This gain is well worth the price we paid, which is much lower than what we were paying before, for a less satisfactory service. Cons The only problem we have encountered with LearnWorlds is the translation of school emails, which is not possible. So we found workarounds for several emails, but for the rest, we were forced to put all 4 languages with flags in them. We think it's a shame for an LMS that adapts to multilingualism not to offer the functionality of translating emails according to a user tag. I didn't expect it to be so amazing (I expected similar experiences to other tools I've used in the past, clunky, very little support), but I've been really impressed with every interaction so far. Regular webinars on different topics so I can learn more Amazing support, actually helpful interactions where I feel there is a person actually thinking about my problem and coming up with a solution. A great tool with many options to make learning for my users fun and engaging. Pros Lots of things, I love the tool itself, I love what it can do even in its most basic form. I like how many options I have (video, text, quizzes) I think the support team has been what has impressed me the most. I don't think i've ever worked with a tool that has offered such exceptional support. Cons 1\. My company won't let me upgrade which is annoying 2. Not really "like least" more like things I'd like to have: I want to be able to see all the users interactions in one place and have the ability to grade or leave feedback. If I want to see a users interactions (how long they spent, where they are in the course) I have to check the individual's course page. If I want to grade their exam, I have to go to Courses > Review Center If I want to see their answers to a self-assessment I have to go into the course and view "responses" from there If I want to see their answers to forms, I either stay in the course and view responses, or I go to Course Forms. I think I'd prefer to either have 1 place where I can view a users interactions and grade them from there, or ideally 2 places, the individual's record and an "examiners" workshop or something where I can view all responses/interactions from everyone. I'd also like an alert to know when a user has completed an activity, not just logged in and/or completed, but a self-assessment, form or exam. Pros the ease of use, the rapid course set-up, the fluidity of the interface, everything is very simple and you quickly get the results you want. Support is very responsive. Cons no possibility of setting up a basket system to buy course packages and automate associated discounts. The annual price is still enormous, however, and should be lowered to around 500-600 EUR. I appreciate the support team who are always responsive and helpful. I love LW commitment to improvement as well and also that they've happy for feedback. After almost a decade of developing educational resources online, they are absolutely the best I've encountered. Pros We had been using a competitor LMS for some time and when we started the basic features such as video management, text docs etc. were fairly comparable. So the most appealing features initially was the ability to adapt the platform to our 'look', the community pages and the inbox features. I also grew to appreciate the Vimeo integration and now the improvements in the above and also the mass email function and wide range of tools and features are pretty compelling. Cons We found the sales functions not suitable for our offers so couldn't use that and therefore lost other functions such as affiliate programs. " May 6, 2025 5.0 Overall my experience was very very smooth and positive. I would definitley reccomend working with LearnWorlds. I was able to get my Academy up and running by myself (as a side project) in about a month! Pros This was a very easy and intuitive platform to use for beginners! The exisiting templates for creating the website made it easy to create landing pages from scratch. Building the actual courses themselves were easy as well with lots of different options for engagement. My Learner Center plan came with partnership with a CSM who was incredibly helpful during the onboarding process. Cons I found it a little challenging to navigate to the user view side while making updates. Not an affordable option for small businesses. Pros Interface is neat, easy to navigate and appealing to eyes. Cons It’s expensive! If you are on a tight budget and want to customize it for personal branding, it may not be an affordable option for you.
