My experience with Law Ruler has been great for me and my company we do domestic violence classes anger management classes and lots more and it works perfectly in tracking everything

Pros

The cost customer support document management ease of use is what I liked working with Gretchen Sadorf has been really easy and she has been very helpful

Cons

It was a little hard creating intake forms but after I got use to it, it was pretty easy it has been very easy tracking everything I need to track

Our firm, HKM Employment Attorneys LLP, has worked with Law Ruler for over 4 years, and our experience has been completely positive. Law Ruler is incredibly intuitive, and worked perfectly for our firm, especially when we had to create automations and started receiving thousands of intakes. This is a fantastic intake system, and I'm so happy my firm used it.

Pros

Ease of use Quality support Quality search Strong automations Works well with her software Dialpad integrates very well with LawRuler

Cons

It did not have a direct integration with Monday.com, which would have been nice. As our firm went to Monday.com, it did not have the direct integration that I was hoping for.

Our process of interviewing potential clients would be unmanageable without Law Ruler. Managing our call volume and analyzing lead volume and quality would be impossible without Law Ruler.

Pros

The product is very easy to use and can be easily customized to meet the firm's changing needs. Customer support is the best in the business.

Cons

I would like to have a way to store, edit and send standard responses that we send via text.

I can't not say enough wonderful things about Hillel Charm and our positive interactions. Hillel has helped our team get the most out of Law Ruler for our business.

Pros

I love that I can keep all records related to a client in one place. It is simple and easy to track where in our process a case lives and to create follow ups that make sense for us. Our dedicated Law Ruler resource, Hillel Charm, is great at helping our team work through business cases and how to use Law Ruler to effectively solve for these. The support team is quick and usually solves requests on the first or second contact. The dialer is extremely helpful to keep all contacts and notes in one place.

Cons

The calendar is missing features like recurring reminders and events.

We are still getting familiar with the software and all of its features, but so far, our experience has been as good as we were hoping for.

Pros

The best part about the software has been working with out account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. He has been very helpful in explaining how the system works, he is always available for questions, and he's very generous with his time. What appeals to me the most about the software itself is its ability to help track our different marketing campaigns. I also love the automatic text and email replies to our clients.

Cons

We are still trying to figure out how to best send documents to clients for e-signature.

I have found the experience in using Law Ruler to be great. Whenever a migration to new software occurs, hiccups happen. They have been super responsive to all of our needs, and to our suggestions, and so would not hesitate to recommend Law Ruler. I'm really looking at unlocking the full potential for this software.

Pros

My team really loves the software. The workflows are exactly what I was looking to create, and the document automation is super simple to use.

Cons

I don't really love all the tabs on my browser that this creates, but that's a personal thing. It does make it easier to navigate back to the main screen by just closing tabs.
