I love the approach of this small home grown company. Pros It just makes your daily freight forwarding documentation & customer service combine into 1 single application. Earlier we were using excel sheets, but now we use it for all types of jobs. Though we are currently making invoices out of this, which is good, as we were earlier having different software's for export and import, but now our invoices are uniform. They have an accounting module too, which we are sure will be good, but currently we are using our own accounting software. Trust me we just said bye bye to excel sheets. Cons The reporting could be better, though we got reports customized as per our requirements, and it does the job. Reason for choosing Fresa XPress We knew they have a good product. It might not be the best in the market, but still they had the fire to grow and will make it the best in the market.
