its been great. I work with their customer support team on a regular basis and the care and attentiveness they have is like none other in the space. If anything, they have built a team of leaders who respect and trust their customers needs.

Pros

The onboarding and migration process was great! Easy and quick with their teams. On top of that, the customer support mechanism they have in place has helped our businesses stay educated, supported and they actively work to take our needs into consideration when looking for their next improvements

Cons

Their all in one pricing can be difficult if you have other established vendors - but if you take advantage of their entire suite, the performance of their entire system is great

Grim is the only word I can use to describe my experience. Had I been able to use the program before signing, I would not have signed on.

Pros

Rich in marketing data (but this is also due to them using a whitelabelled version of Go High Level).

Cons

Horrible onboarding experience. Layered fees that are not clearly disclosed on signing. Slow loading time and lack of intuitiveness of the software UI.

What I liked most about Hapana is the ease of use and accessibility—everything from scheduling to membership management is intuitive and streamlined, which saves us time every day. On top of that, the personal support has been outstanding. Our account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\], is always available, incredibly helpful, and truly feels like part of our team. Having that level of support makes a huge difference.

Cons

There was a bit of a manual work at the very beginning as we migrated from a software we were with for over 10 years, but the training and support made the transition smooth and manageable.

Hapana has been a good migration. There were some limitations, such as being able to run a milestone report for all attendees so we can celebrate member achievements and some limitations with our recovery lounge bookings, but the team has been great at taking on feedback and upgrading the system, Very excited for this upgrade with GoHighLevel!

Pros

The teams willingness to help during the migration phase. Always going above & beyond. The ease of the system to use was also great, quite user friendly.

Cons

There were a few limitations on the base package compared to the premium package we were on with Mindbody, but the team has been working hard on the latest updates to make it a premium product. Super excited for these new packages

Poor. Customer facing app is good but the back end is buggy and frustrating. Not suitable for our business needs however, they could be perfect for others. Just depends on what you need and whether you feel the price is justified against cheaper alternatives like ClubFit and GloFox etc. Shop around and do your homework.

Pros

They have a support team which is responsive but they need to be given the amount if issues we have with the system.

Cons

There are a range of issues with this software. It is functional in some aspects but the price they charge is not reflective of what should be expected for stable functionality. It's important as a business owner to understand the limitations and potential issues you can face with any CRM and they will lock you in for 2 years so it is an important commitment. It's overall been excellent. Almost 3 years underway with our partnership with Hapana and it's been quite a tricky road to learn the system needless to say, given both our business and Hapana themselves are always adapting to the current market demands. But having the dedicated/allocated account manager, \[sensitive content hidden\] recently assigned to us, it's made my 'getting up to speed' way way faster, allowing the business as a whole, tighten areas of Hapana that I don't believe we were utilising to the fullest, but now we are. Thanks again \[sensitive content hidden\]! Your wealth of knowledge has been wonderful! You really know you stuff, it's impressive how quick you can get me an answer - not just any answer, but an answer that is a solution.

Pros

My account manager \[sensitive content hidden\] has been absolutely amazing. Couldn't praise her enough. I'm not tech savvy, so this platform has been quite a challenge for me, but \[sensitive content hidden\] has been able to address every one of my questions and been able to provide a timely answer or workaround. The platform itself doesn't seem as complicated to navigate once I learned what I'm doing, but I'd have been very stuck if it weren't for \[sensitive content hidden\] -so well done.

Cons

Without a dedicated accounts manager, like mine - \[sensitive content hidden\] - raising service tickets can be quite lengthy. Whilst all the team work tirelessly to address all the questions directed at them, raising service tickets loses the more personalised aspect, as tickets generally get addressed by another staff, different to the one you might have previously used/received a response for - more often than not, I'm needing to explain my situation over again so they understand what it is that i'm asking, as our company is a little unique to the mainstream client accounts.

Mindbody at the time of our seek-to-switch, didn't offer updated features that Hapana were offering to the business market. It was a no brainer also, given the dashboard fuctionality, visuals and ease of use of Hapana were already much more moden, we just had to try Hapana, and we've not looked back.

I made the switch from MindBody around 2019 due to seeing competitors apps look alot flashier than ours and it is something I am very glad I did. We have been very happy with the product and service Hapana provide our business.

Pros

Fairly user friendly considering the depth of features on offer, good support team

Cons

No customer support via phone, but that's clutching at straws as email support is very responsive - just sometimes if you're in the zone and need an answer there and then it can slow things down.

Overall our experience with migrating to Hapana has been really effective and has been a huge success both with us and the end user.

Pros

The best thing about Hapana is the customer service we receive. The product is extremely user friendly but if there is a query of any type - support and our account manager answer us within an incredibly quick timeframe so we aren't left waiting for issues to be resolved.

Cons

The one con I find a little frustrating is when searching for a customer you must have the exact details - it doesn't auto suggest from just a few letters

My overall experience has been great. I came from Mindbody and have researched a number of other scheduling platforms. There has not been am issue Hapana won't tackle and I have had amazing response to any concerns I have had. My clients experience is even more important to me and they love the app and the website integration.

Pros

The custom app for client side interaction, my personal customer service rep, the growth in features over the past few years, the ability to accommodate my complicated pay structure, multiple studios and new WIX platform integration for a seamless client experience.

Cons

I would like to have one place to enter a new teacher, class type, client, promotion, etc and then be able to associate that new teacher etc with the studio locations they will be working from - rather than having to enter that new teacher at all three locations. Also, everyone is paying with Apple Pay and we cannot accept it. This is becoming a bigger issue in my area. We would also prefer to have an in studio CC swiper to save so much time inputting card info at the front desk.

The support team at Hapana are really helpful and get back to us really quickly. They have strong knowledge of the system and do their best to explain things really clearly and send looms/ screens shots when needed, which is a huge help. Massive kudos to the support team.

Finding out data in terms of billing for clients and understanding invoices is a bit confusing. As a master franchise with franchisees the question of billing does come up a lot and we can't see this data from our end. Integrating STRIPE has also been an issue for us at some point also.

All-in-one system, bi-weekly customer support meetings, two-way texting, reports & graphs, the app, the many options

Happy, however, there is always room for improvements. The Support from my Hapana team has made a positive outcomes with Hapana.

Pros

The support from the Hapana team has been outstanding. It has worked well for the business Easy for members to create profiles

Cons

Need to be an All-in-one member CRM journey, that would seal it for Hapana. Lead>Sale>Retention>Ongoing Messaging Campaigns>All communications with Members through Hapana, so it's all captured.

If I was able to give a negative score for Hapana, as an overall assessment of this software, as well as the company, I would. 0/10 seems too kind.

Pros

None. (I need to use 40 characters to complete)

Cons

It simply doesn't work as an effective tool for managing your business. Unfortunately, as part of the BFT franchise, we are stuck with a system that simply 'isn't good enough!'
