It is a platform that is userfriendly and it bundels all the needed information that we have established over the years regarding press contact.

Pros

You can always count on the support team. They are very helpful and always available to find a solution.

Cons

The new layout takes time to adapt. I guess that is a matter of habbits. We were used for so long to work in the same way, and now we have to adapt to the new layout.

It's great and easy to wrap your head around. Support staff is also very efficient and responsive.

Pros

It's user-friendly, easy to get around and navigate, as well as to train people to use even if they are new to the platform

Cons

lack of customisation in layout for the newsroom, compared to something like the newsroom offerings on Releasd, which offers more brand-specific customisation, a coverage reporting template would also be really helpful

Pretty good so far; we renewed for a 2nd year.

Pros

Great support team, quick to react and have solved a number of problems in a timely fashion.

Cons

Sometimes the contacts don't display which magazine they are connected with and I need this when selecting titles for distribution.

The support team has always been kind and swift with replies. When given feedback on the tool, they almost always get to work with implementing it as soon as possible and using Prezly makes my life a lot easier.

Pros

\- Much less likely to end up in spam than other mailing tools - great Open/click rate tracking - smart way to deal with bounced contacts (tries it, if success: counts, if not: not counted towards the open/click) - their Press page works great (with multilingual toggle and good overview of previous press releases) - they just added a new update that automatically fills in a ton of stuff when adding new contacts, based on the domain (makes it much easier and saves me time) - easy to filter among contacts

Cons

Not a lot of freedom in formatting press releases (eg: align left on an image) there are some formatting steps that just work better in Mailchimp. there is a coverage logging tool, but it requires too many manual inputs. would have been nice if contact person, publishing date etc were all filled in automatically.

Overall: just a great experience. Prezly is the Rolls Royce of PR platforms. ;-)

Pros

Prezly is incredibly user-friendly. It is probably one of the best PR tools out there, offering great customizability in its features, a lot of options for tailoring press releases, campaigns, newsrooms etc to your personal needs. Many option to ensure continuity in branding. But the very best part is the incredible customer support. The Prezly team is VERY responsive and is generally just great in tackling problems head-on. They are super transparent and will always come back to you with a solution.

Cons

The only thing that is a bit of a hurdle for Prezly is the pricing. Even though you get incredible value for money, rates can be quite steep for companies on a tight budget. Other than that: no downsides.
