I am very glad to get support from Mr. \[sensitive content hidden\] , he helped me to learn new POS system which is new to me. I have also been certified in restrowork learning academy. I was facing many issue to operate POS as its pre-opening hotel. And all the way to all technical issues were solve by Mr. \[sensitive content hidden\]. He also helped me to integrate all the things which are mandatory . The reports are major requirements to our daily operations, which is very easy to export in excel file. Thanks for always supporting in all aspects.

Pros

Operating POS is very smooth from other pos system. Its very easy to use and to maintain all reports.

Cons

Nothing, everything is good and very easy to operate. I liked the support team who always solve the issue immediately.

We have dine in, Take Away and Delivery sections all the sections working smoothly and everything is based on cloud. Billing has been easy to handle and the application works great during restaurant busy time. The application has stable and smooth functionality to manage operations.

Pros

It is helpful to manage online orders from various aggregators like Swiggy, Zomato, Magic pin and other applications

Cons

If internet is down reporting features does not works. It lags alot and breaksup cometime. other then that no issue.

Pros

All the options are available in the same dashboard, we don't need to open another tab for each option. Whether we need to do billing or split the table or reprint a bill etc. everything can be manage from a single screen and from same dashboard.

Cons

We have some problem related to user rights but the boundry is set from the managment so we have to follow the same. Previously we were not able to print the bill after adding the service charge in the split bill but the issue has been resolved by Mr. \[sensitive content hidden\].

We are using the application for our PINXX Restaurant, IRD and Banquet billing. We are also using Posist Banquet application for managing our banquet functions.
