Faster and More accurate transactions. Faster billing and reciepts operations. Generates sales report as per report scheduler. Sync data across terminals, tablets and other devices.

Cons

Requires stable internet connectivity. Rather then that there is no issues. Application provides all details in single dashboard.

We have multiple brands and and outlet at different location but we can manage them from our central office and controls everything.

Pros

We have started with Restroworks, We liked the application beacuse of their complete combo of billing and inventory fetaures. They have open to integrate with other application to manage our process perfectly. I want to a-ppericiate \[sensitive content hidden\] for his complete dedication towards to the implementation and time he has given us to complete the task. QMS, Cockpit and academy all the application are very helpful in their area's.

Cons

Sometime facing some issue with the zomato & Swiggy integration, Prices issue and item sequencing issue we have faced.

Egg products tag on the menu - Yellow color needs to be shown in the billing page so customer will know the product better

Pros

Restroworks restaurant application is Easy to Handle. Anything we are seeing on the screen, it far better understandable. Bifurcation of Online, Deliveries and Sales figures we are able to see it very crisp and clearly.

Cons

Printer assigning with the items needs to be corrected at our end. Nothing else apart from that and everything is going good

We are using the software at our restaurants and room dining bills punching. We are checking guest details like checkin date, checkout date, meal plan, discount etc from the system directly. Reports works very good with all the required details.

Pros

We have started using the system and already loving it, my team is very happy with the software as it is very easy to use. Bills punching is very easy, room transfer is very efficient. Reporting is also very detailed with multiple reports present. Integration with Hotelogix also works fine where we can fetch the room details and check the room plan of the customer and guest stay dates. \[sensitive content hidden\] also helped us a lot during our go live and the team was confident because of his presence.

Cons

We are using slip printer and the settlement copy has to be generated again instead of printing the settlement mode on the same copy, because of this paper wastage is higher.

Overall it's a great application to use. We are using Posist Banquet application to manage out banquets at the property with great ease. We can create multiple bookings and manage them easily.

Pros

Function Prospectus (FP) creation is very easy when compared to other softwares in the market. Package creation, service creation etc is also very easy. Ability to change the prices while creating FP makes it one of the best product for banquet management. \[sensitive content hidden\] assisted us in every stage while training us very patiently. Overall setup and implementation happened without any hiccups.

Cons

There are few to mention. 1. FP print seems very outdated and takes a lot of space. 2. There is no option to upload logo on the FP and banquet bill. 3. Company needs to be created in Hotelogix first and then it can be used in posist banquet system.

Pros

Easy and simple application for ground level staff and complete process, They have the process for predefined comments which helps us to save the server time while puncing the orders. Team staff is calm while handing the server queries This application is basicly for server, helps them with various featues.

Cons

Open Item Food is a problem here they are not allowing to punch the open food with open price price item at billing

Support team needs improvement, they take a lot of time in resolving the tickets.

The reports feature need to upgrade, when ever we try to generate the month wise reports system aways ask for email instead of generating the data on the dashboard

Well suited software for the Restaurant Industry. Restroworks software provide the real time update of the outlet sales in the mobile app so that each once can be aware about the actual outlet operation. It also provide the notification of the voided Kot's or voided bills. If someone edit the bills or reprint the bill we can get notified immediately.

Cons

The latest changes that we informed to the Restrowork team is the liquor bill alias name change. The Restrowork team assured us that it will be resolve soon.

Pros

Customer support is great. Key account managers have always been extremely helpful and approachable.

Cons

Costing can be improved. Mobile licenses cost can come down. Razorpay integration is good to have but again costing can be improved. Reporting also needs to improve - no 1 consolidated report for item wise, bill wise, payment wise reporting > 1 report to meet all accounting needs.
