This is the good software and we are using it from last 2 years and the expereriance is good with Restroworks. The Feedback module also best, we can track our customers feedback and can improve the quality. We are able to generate our CRM data via CRM module.

Nothing for now, all is working find. sometimes calls take time to connect with Support for resolution.

The experience has been very good. The software and there services are very good, support is proactive and timely resolution is provided

Pros

It is a good billing solution with with set course menu functionality. Also zomato/swiggy integration is very good. Reports are very good like payment details report, bill wise sale, bill item sale report. Support is also good which is there 24/7

Cons

None so far, i am happy with the complete solution. There is no specific functionality that i am expecting

Restroworks is helping us in lot of ways. 1. Support team availability on Whatsapp makes it very quick and easy to communicate. 2. Academy also helpls us to training our new staff easily. 3. Changing or switching the devices is easy.

Pros

Posist being cloud application helps us to reduce our load as we don't have to backup anything and we don't have to worry about anything going missing. The application is easy to setup and in case there is any failure in hardware, it's very easy to switch with a new pos system. very easy UI and it becomes very easy for new staff to learn the application. Variety of reports are available, around 200 reports present in the system. Feature for editing receipts/kot as per operational requirements. Our point of contact \[sensitive content hidden\] is very near in a call away and he is supporting us lot at any time and quick answer on any doubts. It's also very cost effective which is one of the main point to go for the application.

Cons

The option to have a backup printer is missing, this is crucial in cases where main printer stops working.

Overall restroworks has been really good, they have very support and its a full solution starting from billing till inventory, they also have reservations, self ordering kiosk which is very useful

Pros

It is a good solution that provides all controls in one place. Billing has multiple reports like bill wise sales report, payment details report etc. Also the support is really good, they are available 24/7

None so far, i am overall happy with the complete solution. There is nothing specific that we feel is missing in the application

If the internet goes down online orders stops we cant plug in hotspot in pos to get orders. Needs to have something specific solutions towards it.

We are having QSR Restaurants we have very fast billing with the help of Posist we are able to do billing as quickly. Lots of combos, Variants and Addons are made in Posist which make it easier to provide offers and selection based items to customers.

Pros

The Billing Application provides all the features for day to day operations. 1. Easy access for making Combos, Addons and Variants. 2. Various Offers creation thanks for the assistance provided by implementation team member Nasir.

Cons

Facing issues while creating offers but with the implementation team assistance it is resolved. So no dislikes now.

Professional, seamless and the best service in the industry. It was memorable and created a system within my business which will be the building stone to success.

Pros

SERVICE ! Working with the team at Restroworks has been an absolute delight. They are extremely professional, take time to walk you through each step in the process from setting up the software, customizing the software for specific needs of my restaurant and then hand holding till the setup is complete. They are always a call away and I've never had a more proactive team to work with (especially \[sensitive content hidden\]). They made the integration with Zomato seamless and the ease of working with the platform for changes is also done directly from the Restroworks software. There is also the feature of "Academy" which is fabulous get an indepth understanding of the process and also acts as a "cheatsheet" to go back to when requiring a refresh or training a new employee. I would say you can find amazing softwares in the market, but what Restroworks brings to the table is not only an incomparable software but the best in class team.

Cons

Nothing! There is honestly not a single thing that needs improvement because even if I have felt along the way that something is missing, they have gone out of their way to create the same.
