Overall Experience with Restroworks so excellent with implementation phase and support. The application has ease of use with the the vast features.

Pros

From the last one month we are using Restroworks and found smooth implementation and support during the implementation is very help full and the implementation consultant \[sensitive content hidden\] is always ready to help even in odd timing - late nights.

Cons

Sometime support number is unable to connect with respective person. and then we redirect to support where ticket transfer to that person and then follow happening this could be little better.

I am using POSIST restroworks from 2 year and Stock inventroy is wokring fine and Billing and is simplified with online integration and reporting that provides real-time updates on restaurant billing and sales data and customer data features is also, good.

Cons

When we punched a customer bill, at that time whne we received a Online order then punched items in bill is refresh and we needs again punch a order. Please update this funtion for smotth operations. Over all is good.

The application being used at our restraunt, bar and IRD at the hotel. We are using the application to punch customer orders, We are also using posist for reporting. Qr application is also being used to place orders.

Pros

Restroworks has helped us a lot in sppeding our operations, our old application used to take a lot of time to print, generate reports etc. whereas everything happens in realtime with restroworks. Team is using audit related reports, daily sales reports, NC report, TTR report etc in order to get insights of the day in accurate manner. The application being on cloud has great advantage, it is speedy, there is no risk of server failure as everything is on cloud. The entire F&B and Accounts team has adapted to the application as they are very much satisfied with the functioning of the applications. Our experience of working with \[sensitive content hidden\] has been very good, he has precise knowledge of every section of the application. KOT and Bill printout is very easy to read and understand, the guest can understand every details of the bill . Staff was very excited to use academy tool as hey have used such a service for the first time where they can learn the application at any time by watching small videos. We are also using qr ordering so that customer can place order directly from their mobile phone by sitting on a table or directly from their rooms.

Cons

Everything is up to mark and we are getting what we expected from the application without any issues.

Application is useful to do business with zero downtime make it more sufficient and reliable. We have more third party integrations which has been successfully integrated with posist. We are satisfied with the overall experience with the application.

Pros

One of the most useful application to do billing with a easy interface for users to do billing. Application has all the features which meets our requirement in terms of business and operations. We have multiple printers, kitchen display screen, pos and everything is working fine with the application.

Cons

Addons should be more classified in reports. other then that there is no issue If there is anything else we will keep you posted

We are using Posist to take customer orders and also enter orders through Talabat and Noon. We are also using this to plan our resources using the reports available. We are also working on to start the inventory system. We are using Cockpit app to check our sales live on our phones.

Pros

Posist has helped me to reduce my workload, it is easy to operate and learn. We are checking sales reports like the Daily sales summary report to understand our daily sales performance. We also check and compare staff performance through staff reports present in the system. Posist being on the cloud makes it very easy to use, we can access the reports and admin from anywhere. Academy helped us to learn a lot about the application, we used the application to learn whenever we had time from our operations. Our implementation journey with Vishal went very good and smooth, he helped us a lot during the implementation phase. The way Vishal explains is very easy to understand. The application is very easy to explain to the staff members and also we find it easy to fin solution to any problem.

Cons

So far soo good, there is nothing to dislike anything as of now, will surely update if anything comes in future.

Pros

This application is very easy to use and user-friendly, especially in QSR outlets. The software is comprehensive and covers a wide range of features. Operating it is straightforward and hassle-free.

Cons

At this moment, I don't have any dislikes regarding the POS Application. if you have any concerns Restoworks team is very helpful.

Before taking the orders we have to place our passcode to punch anything and will show this on his name, We can also check the User wise reports to analyses. We can maintain our records with the restroworks central CRM.

Pros

Restroworks is a perfect application for the Finedine restaurants, We are using the application in our daily process and we are happy with the features and services provided by their team. In our outlets we are having central CRm option which helps us to maintain the our customer data and records.

Cons

We are not having open Foods allowed here and this is a problem for us. nothing as off now any dislike

We have 200+ billing reports. All of the reports are very simple and easy to use. We also have a report scheduler. We updated the reporting requirements so the system sends the reports every day to this email.

Pros

Very good application for billing POS. The POS interface is very easy to understand and very helpful for day-to-day operations. It’s also easy to punch orders, check table availability, and review sales details.

Cons

As of now, I don’t have any dislikes about the billing application....... . . ..

POSist support team always available for support for any issue related to software, they listen the problem and analyze the issue then they resolved the issue. We are using the software from last 1 years so we have not faced any challenges.

Pros

The billing process is very smooth as compare to other software. we prepared the reports at the day end so the reports session are very easy to get the data. CRM and online integrations are also good.

Cons

Non of the point to share here but there is one feedback if you can provide the year stock data in the one link

I have used several other applications also previously, this application has a category features which is easy to navigate within the super category and category which is easy for the billing side.

Pros

Restroworks Pos Billing is easy to handle on a daily environment. We can remove and add several things in the billing screen and it is working fine.

Cons

Several times we face issue of swiggy and zomato order where it is not landing on the Online order page.

Creating users and managing their permissions is straightforward in the software. It allows us to set up predefined roles, which makes it much quicker to assign the appropriate rights to restaurant users.

Cons

From my experience, Enterprise reports have proven to be the superior choice, and I find myself consistently selecting them instead of deployment reports. Customer Support is constant.

Improved billing options best reporting features. Swiggy zomato paytm connectivity helps in getting sync with other aggregators and their services. Implementation team helps in getting the application delievred as and when required.

Pros

One of the best application to for restaurants. New user can easily punch orders and drive the billing application easily. Which is very easy to learn and get hands-on. Application rollout has been done very smoothly by restroworks team. Its a web based application from which we can track the sales data live through reports.

Cons

Application system has fast payment process which is quick and reduces customer time and service speed The applicaton provides in depth sales details like Sales trend, staff perfomance and product popularity. The application provides digital recording of sales which makes transaction tracable and improved accountability. Currently there are no cons as of now will keep it posted as and when we have anything about it.

No issue just need to improve support system on Saturday and sunday. Rest everything is working fine.

Passcode apply to validate before starting the order is a best part of this application and its mandatory. We can define user role for all the user in same page. Operation is simple and easy

Pros

Pos application is simple to use and understand for new staff. We can update the modifier for all the items in a single click. Team is very helpful. Academy is good for learning new things

Cons

Everything is good but Academy need some more improvement as we are getting training from the team physically.
