Restroworks has multiple payment integrations, which has been instrumental in minimizing manual errors and preventing pilferage. the Cockpit Mobile app is an excellent feature, providing real-time sales data, which is incredibly valuable.

Pros

Restroworks is incredibly user-friendly, especially during peak hours, and I believe it stands out as a leading restaurant management software. It effectively integrates all essential modules, including expense tracking, inventory management, and billing. We can create the table layout as per the tables we have and accordingly we can named them. Item out of stock feature is good where we can mark the items status as out of stock from the billing screen. The application also offers multiple payment integrations, which has been instrumental in minimizing manual errors and preventing pilferage. I've also been consistently impressed by the support team; Sanjeev and Rahul, in particular, are exceptionally skilled and helpful. Finally, the Cockpit Mobile app is an excellent feature, providing real-time sales data, which is incredibly valuable.

Cons

Customer support helpline number mostly comes busy and we have to wait to connect with the support person to resolve the queries.

We can update an item’s status to in stock or out of stock directly from the billing screen. With the right permissions, we can also manage prices at the cluster level. We can add items with their variants option for online orders, and for takeaway we can directly search for the variants option. This saves a lot of time.

Pros

Restroworks is a simple, easy, and feature-rich application. Restroworks is a new-generation POS application. I have used many POS applications, but Restroworks is very good and has some unique features, like marking an item as out of stock directly from the billing front screen, where anyone can quickly set an item as in stock or out of stock. We can also add variant options for items for online partners, and for takeaway orders we can use the existing setup without base items. This saves a lot of time while punching orders. The team is good and helpful, and Rahul is very nice. We have Paytm integration and EDC integration, which also help us track real-time transactions. The Academy is also very helpful for training new people.

Cons

We don’t have any escalation matrix in billing to void or apply a discount. We have to wait for the Area Manager to enter their passcode.

Overall the application is very user friendly and easy to operate providing vast features which are very easy to learn and use.

Pros

We are working as the IT service provider for Bravo and my experience is that this is avery easy application to handle. Since the application is cloud based, the application provides great mobility. We can take tablets directly on customer tables and punch order from there itself and the kot prints in the kitchen. The operations team is using the application on a daily basis to punch orders, check reports and manage the day to day operations. This one one of the most easy application to operate, order taking is very easy for Bar and Kitchen. The kot prints on the defined printer instantly.

Cons

In my honest experience there is nothing o dislike about the application. The application works smoothly like it should work.

Pros

restroworks pos have all the features required to run the billing process for a smooth operation, This application has security features as well, Like we can update the passcode setup for all the admin task and also we can track the logs as well. Team is very helpfull.

Cons

Support helpline always comes busy, whenever we tried calling on support, we are not able to connect on same time.

Overall it s a great experience! I am using the Posist from last 2 years on daily basis for our restaurant operations, Reports , analytics and more.

Pros

I like billing part in Restroworks especially beacuse it is very much easy to use the billing compared to other softwares. Reports are very much detailed and easy to access. We are also usingh the tablets for billing which allows us to take the orders in more easily and conveniently.

Cons

As of now nothing we foung least about restroworks, will share if anything found least in future....

Pros

The seamless unification of billing, online orders, and menu management into a single platform is exceptional. We no longer juggle multiple systems, which drastically reduces errors and saves time. Having everything centralized has streamlined our entire operational workflow beautifully.

Cons

After extensive use, we've found very little to critique. The system is remarkably robust. If we had to suggest an improvement, it might be more customizable dashboard widgets for the Cockpit app.

Pros

The software gives us different types of reports that are easy to understand, which really helps with managing our sales. What I like the most is that we can send the data to our email in just a few seconds—super quick and convenient.

Cons

We've been using Restroworks for a long time, and it's been a great experience. The billing screen is super easy to use, and our staff picked it up really quickly. Setting things up on the backend is also simple and doesn’t take much time. One feature we really like is the QR ordering—customers can scan a code and order from their phones while sitting at their table. It makes everything smoother. The system also handles reports, inventory, and online orders really well. Overall, it's a very user-friendly and efficient tool for our restaurant.

With Restroworks we can manage the process from 1 place and update the entries to the system and also reports are good but need feature for bulk download.

Pros

We are having restroworks in our all the running Anardana outlets but we proudly want to share the feedback for it. Firstly i want to thanks the team who provide the support when we stuck somehere with the process. This is a Restaurants and bar based application and every feature designed accordingly. From 1 place we can manage all the Anardana Outlets.

Cons

As a brand we want to download the monthly reports but in the application we have to enter our email and we will get this reports over the email.

It is really very simple and easy billing software for to manage our restaurant. As master and billing are separated no disturbance while billing and punching the orders. More over all integrations can be done and automatically the orders are landing in the POS as there is no manual update required Any kind of printing can be done to get the orders Default Offers can be set which automatically apply only with limited permission. Overall simple and worthy system.

Cons

Sometimes without syncing the bills find difficulties in reports but can be managed after auto sync. Reports generation period can be increased more.

Another good aspect is the customer support team, which is generally responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance with configuration or troubleshooting.

Cons

Some configurations and advanced settings can take a little time to understand for new users. Also, certain reports or settings can feel slightly complex until you get familiar with the system. And sometimes slowness issue in application.

Very good reports—simple and easy to understand. Some reports I use on a daily basis, like DAILY SALES REPORTS, TAXATION SUMMRY REPORTS, and ITEMS WISE CONTRIBUTION REPORTS. One posting report shows everything, including sales and payment received transaction details.

Pros

I’m very happy using the Restrworks POS application. It’s very easy for order punching and order taking. We also create multiple offers and set them to work automatically. It’s easy to use across multiple sections, tab-wise, for order punching, and I can check section-wise reports without any hassle.

Cons

I only need to get the enterprise reports for more than three months. nothing as off now any dislike.

Very helpful for tracking all reports related to everything. We use it to check daily taxan sales summary reports by , and it allows us to monitor all collections and sales on a daily basis.

Pros

The interface is very easy to use. My operations team finds it simple to punch in orders and generate bills for our daily activities. We also use the application to add daily expenses, which allows us to get end-of-day reports efficiently.

Cons

So far, I haven't encountered any issues with billing phases. This is a very good and user-friendly application.

We have 180+ reports, and they are very good and match our requirements. Almost every report we need is available in this application. We also have a few reports that are very special for us and that we use on a daily basis, such as item-wise contribution, daily sales reports, and taxation summary reports.

Pros

This application is very easy to use for a QSR outlet. It is well defined and properly aligned with QSR operational needs. We use it on a daily basis for operations such as order punching and running offers. It is also very helpful for searching orders and applying the offer discount.

Cons

I don’t have any dislikes at the moment, and there are no daily operational issues so far...........

We have opened new store at Kathipara and we have deployed posist application. The application interface is easy to operate and do the rest of the billing. We also have other online integrations which is working fine on the posist application

Cons

No issues so far even if its there we get it resolved with their posist team. We do not have cons for now.

POS reports are very useful. We have 200+ reports, and they are very helpful. The taxation, sales summary, and posting reports show everything—sales and transaction details—all in one report.

Pros

Excellent application for the hospitality industry. The POS app has a very simple, user-friendly interface and is easy to use for day-to-day operations. Order punching and bill printing are straightforward, and adding offers and applying multiple offers is also very easy during daily operations. The Support Team is very helpful and available 24\*7.

Cons

Need to add report generation for a time range of more than 3 months. As of now, I don’t have any other dislikes.

The last and quick resolution provided by team was with the integration of Swiggy Dinning Menu QR, the support was fast and addressee by team.

Pros

Ease of implementation, Easy user interface, Great Customer Support. Feature available in the POS is restaurant friendly and useful. Reports and Stock Management options are also very helpful.

Cons

No such thing to dislike, the support is great all time. As we are using it in 3 different outlet we didn't find any such issue with the restrowork solution.

My overall experience with Restroworks is very good to have this Pos Billing software for our restaurant. Reporting Billing Online ordering CRM management all are working fine

Pros

What I like best about Restroworks is the online ordering, Order Punching, and Reporting. We can punch billing and print the KOT to their respective kitchen printer, like the Bar printer, the Kitchen Printer, and the Chinese printer. Customer support is also very nice. We can reachout to the support via call, email and widget.

Cons

As of now, nothing is the least liked about Restroworks. Everything is working fine as of now with the Restroworks.
