Even on the day of his daughter's function, he prioritized helping me and solved my issue without hesitation. There were many instances where he resolved my concerns even late at night. He has also trained my Bangalore and Ranchi outlet staff exceptionally well, encouraging them to call him directly at extension number 43 for any issues, promising to resolve them. Reporting options in posist is really good. Menu management feature is also good.

Cons

Reporting facility is good but it would be superb if we can get multiple reports in single format or email.

Reason for choosing Restroworks

posist is less costlier than the alternatives.

All sales are captured, reports able to generate as and when required, integration parts are very good. Overall, it is good.

Pros

Restroworks Billing software made easy for the billing (dine in, take away, and for delivery) recently we integrated with delivery partners, and it is easy that we receive orders automatically. Also easy to manage the menu items with multiple categories. Very good support.

Cons

Sometimes if internet slow or not available need to connect offline billing, apart from that all good.

report section can be in printable format which is currently not available in the software all reports are coming online which is sometime creating inconvenience to us.

Pros

POS Billing is really having all the options related to restaurant. In and out having all the features. Also Integration for delivery really made easy receiving the orders and settle. Same as reports also we can get all type of reports for clusters. Overall simple and easy restaurant POS.

Cons

Initially faced some issues in integration but once setup done it is working fine, nothing issue. Also syncing some times issue.

Online order tracker application is really usefull and it helps us keep track of online orders in real time. This is simplifies the order queue management easly for day-to-day work operation.

Pros

Restroworks billing and online integration is very easy to operate in daily operation and its support us to manage operation smoothly and it's highly helpful for faster and error-free billing. Restroworks supports a wide range of reports like centralized enterprise outlet sale, menu mix reports for audit purposes. Also, we can access live reporting from anywhere using the Cockpit app and all sales data is secured on cloud server that we access from anytime and anywhere.

Cons

Billing table view is not working someties but when we connect to the Support team, the issue has been fixed immediately. As of now, nothing to dislike and overall good application.

Order management and menu updates are also quite convenient, which helps reduce manual work during busy hours. Another good aspect is the customer support team, which is generally responsive and helpful whenever we need assistance with configuration or troubleshooting.

Cons

Some configurations and advanced settings can take a little time to understand for new users. Also, certain reports or settings can feel slightly complex until you get familiar with the system. And sometimes slowness issue in application.

Very good reports. They are very helpful for our daily sales reporting and for item-wise contribution reports. We also have new posting reports, which are very useful for checking daily sales on a regular basis and for reviewing all payment transaction details.

Pros

Very helpful for daily operations, especially for order taking. We use QR ordering, which is very helpful because the orders land directly in the application. It’s also very good for the kitchen display system, and it’s easy to check and manage orders. I can update the service team information as needed. We also have auto offers applied in the application, which is very helpful for running operations smoothly. Very helpfull for the support team. we have multiple integration in this application.

Cons

Nothing, as of now, to dislike. It is very helpful for day-to-day operations and works well on a daily basis.

Posist is great application to be used at food outlets. We are using the application at two of our resturants i.e The Local and Tapas. The application is very easy to setup and use.

Pros

Posist has helped us to reduce our workload, the front of the house has a feature of customisation request which is very easy to use. Copy paste order from one table to another is very easy to use. The application is very easy to use, any one can work on the application. Daily sales report, settlement report, sales by item category, discount report, btc report, online/other payment detail report are few of the reports that we check on a daily basis to get clear understanding of the day. Transaction info on receipt is a wonderful feature where it shows the breakdown of the payment on the receipt. Restroworks application being on cloud allows us to work from anywhere and make the changes to the system being on a remote location. \[sensitive content hidden\] is an exceptional Restroworks software trainer, characterized by his thorough preparation and efficient management of training time. He possesses a genuine passion for the software, which makes him an enthusiastic and engaging instructor. There is one thing that i will like to have in the system is the functionality to check the billing screen from any device. This will allow us to check/monitor the changes made at the backend and have preview of the same.

We are using Posist to take customer orders and also enter orders through Talabat and Noon. We are also using this to plan our resources using the reports available. We are also working on to start the inventory system. We are using Cockpit app to check our sales live on our phones.

Pros

Posist has helped me to reduce my workload, it is easy to operate and learn. We are checking sales reports like the Daily sales summary report to understand our daily sales performance. We also check and compare staff performance through staff reports present in the system. Posist being on the cloud makes it very easy to use, we can access the reports and admin from anywhere. Academy helped us to learn a lot about the application, we used the application to learn whenever we had time from our operations. Our implementation journey with Vishal went very good and smooth, he helped us a lot during the implementation phase. The way Vishal explains is very easy to understand. The application is very easy to explain to the staff members and also we find it easy to fin solution to any problem.

Cons

So far soo good, there is nothing to dislike anything as of now, will surely update if anything comes in future.

Pros

I like billing part in Restroworks especially beacuse it is very much easy to use the billing compared to other softwares. Reports are very much detailed and easy to access. We are also usingh the tablets for billing which allows us to take the orders in more easily and conveniently.

Cons

As of now nothing we foung least about restroworks, will share if anything found least in future....

Pros

The software gives us different types of reports that are easy to understand, which really helps with managing our sales. What I like the most is that we can send the data to our email in just a few seconds—super quick and convenient.

Cons

We've been using Restroworks for a long time, and it's been a great experience. The billing screen is super easy to use, and our staff picked it up really quickly. Setting things up on the backend is also simple and doesn’t take much time. One feature we really like is the QR ordering—customers can scan a code and order from their phones while sitting at their table. It makes everything smoother. The system also handles reports, inventory, and online orders really well. Overall, it's a very user-friendly and efficient tool for our restaurant.

Pros

We are having restroworks in our all the running Anardana outlets but we proudly want to share the feedback for it. Firstly i want to thanks the team who provide the support when we stuck somehere with the process. This is a Restaurants and bar based application and every feature designed accordingly. From 1 place we can manage all the Anardana Outlets.

Cons

As a brand we want to download the monthly reports but in the application we have to enter our email and we will get this reports over the email.

During peak hours with high transaction volumes with weaker internet, impacting service speed. There is nothing more then this to take it up.

Overall it's a great experience to use Posist application from accounting point of view where can can get all the information directly from the software on a single click.

Pros

We are using the application to push data to our Tally server for accounting purpose. Reports are very detailed, bill wise report, gst reports has lot of information. We can generate reports from every brands and every outlet. \[sensitive content hidden\] assisted us with Tally integation, we were facing issue with data transfer to tally which was resolved by the team.

Cons

Need an option to generate custom report as per my requirement instead of generating multiple reports to get a specific set of data. Reports heading are not standardize, it keeps on changing from reports to reports.

My overall experience with Restroworks is very good to have this Pos Billing software for our restaurant. Reporting Billing Online ordering CRM management all are working fine

Pros

What I like best about Restroworks is the online ordering, Order Punching, and Reporting. We can punch billing and print the KOT to their respective kitchen printer, like the Bar printer, the Kitchen Printer, and the Chinese printer. Customer support is also very nice. We can reachout to the support via call, email and widget.

Cons

As of now, nothing is the least liked about Restroworks. Everything is working fine as of now with the Restroworks.

Pros

Easy billing options for takeaway, delivery and other transactions. In billing so many options can be done as add on, variants and other options available. Delivery integrations are available with plug and play. Same like all type reports available to check the sales and other details.

Cons

Initially at the setup faced some issue but able to managed it. some integration issue found but then it was resolved.

Pros

Ease of implementation, Easy user interface, Great Customer Support. Feature available in the POS is restaurant friendly and useful. Reports and Stock Management options are also very helpful.

Cons

No such thing to dislike, the support is great all time. As we are using it in 3 different outlet we didn't find any such issue with the restrowork solution.

POSist support team always available for support for any issue related to software, they listen the problem and analyze the issue then they resolved the issue. We are using the software from last 1 years so we have not faced any challenges.

Pros

The billing process is very smooth as compare to other software. we prepared the reports at the day end so the reports session are very easy to get the data. CRM and online integrations are also good.

Cons

Non of the point to share here but there is one feedback if you can provide the year stock data in the one link
