Reporting options in posist is really good. Menu management feature is also good.

Cons

Reporting facility is good but it would be superb if we can get multiple reports in single format or email.

Reason for choosing Restroworks

posist is less costlier than the alternatives.

Majorly all the sales are recorded and able to check the reports as per our requirement. Any integration can be done like delivery partners. Printing, payment mode, online payment like options are made easy.

Pros

POS Billing is really having all the options related to restaurant. In and out having all the features. Also Integration for delivery really made easy receiving the orders and settle. Same as reports also we can get all type of reports for clusters. Overall simple and easy restaurant POS.

Cons

Initially faced some issues in integration but once setup done it is working fine, nothing issue. Also syncing some times issue.

Pros

POS Billing Operations are made easy for all type of restaurants for our outlets. Dine in, take away, delivery like tabs are able to punch the orders. Printing and other integrations options are made easy.

Some times printing like issues are generating but able to manage with the support team. Over all it is good now.

Pros

Restroworks Billing software made easy for the billing (dine in, take away, and for delivery) recently we integrated with delivery partners, and it is easy that we receive orders automatically. Also easy to manage the menu items with multiple categories. Very good support.

Cons

Sometimes if internet slow or not available need to connect offline billing, apart from that all good.

Pros

Restroworks billing and online integration is very easy to operate in daily operation and its support us to manage operation smoothly and it's highly helpful for faster and error-free billing. Restroworks supports a wide range of reports like centralized enterprise outlet sale, menu mix reports for audit purposes. Also, we can access live reporting from anywhere using the Cockpit app and all sales data is secured on cloud server that we access from anytime and anywhere.

Cons

Billing table view is not working someties but when we connect to the Support team, the issue has been fixed immediately. As of now, nothing to dislike and overall good application.

Very good reports. They are very helpful for our daily sales reporting and for item-wise contribution reports. We also have new posting reports, which are very useful for checking daily sales on a regular basis and for reviewing all payment transaction details.

Pros

Very helpful for daily operations, especially for order taking. We use QR ordering, which is very helpful because the orders land directly in the application. It’s also very good for the kitchen display system, and it’s easy to check and manage orders. I can update the service team information as needed. We also have auto offers applied in the application, which is very helpful for running operations smoothly. Very helpfull for the support team. we have multiple integration in this application.

Cons

Nothing, as of now, to dislike. It is very helpful for day-to-day operations and works well on a daily basis.

Posist is great application to be used at food outlets. We are using the application at two of our resturants i.e The Local and Tapas. The application is very easy to setup and use.

Pros

Posist has helped us to reduce our workload, the front of the house has a feature of customisation request which is very easy to use. Copy paste order from one table to another is very easy to use. The application is very easy to use, any one can work on the application. Daily sales report, settlement report, sales by item category, discount report, btc report, online/other payment detail report are few of the reports that we check on a daily basis to get clear understanding of the day. Transaction info on receipt is a wonderful feature where it shows the breakdown of the payment on the receipt. Restroworks application being on cloud allows us to work from anywhere and make the changes to the system being on a remote location. \[sensitive content hidden\] is an exceptional Restroworks software trainer, characterized by his thorough preparation and efficient management of training time. He possesses a genuine passion for the software, which makes him an enthusiastic and engaging instructor. There is one thing that i will like to have in the system is the functionality to check the billing screen from any device. This will allow us to check/monitor the changes made at the backend and have preview of the same.

We are using the application for order taking, generating reports, analyse outlet performance etc.

Pros

Posist has really helped me to ease and manage my operations, initially it was little hard to learn but eventually it's a great application to use. Daily sales report, DSR report, Item contribution report, outlet sales, taxation report are some of the reports which we are using on a daily basis for data analysis. Posist being cloud based provided mobility to use and operate, we can access the application anywhere from any device without and issues. Posist Academy is a great tool to learn the application, new learners can take advantage from Academy by understanding the product and then testing their knowledge by taking the assessment and getting the certificate after passing the test. Great initiative by posist team. We had a great experience working with \[sensitive content hidden\], he has provided unconditional support to us whenever and wherever needed. Offers module is very good, we can multiple offers like BOGO, set item criteria, use code based offers to provided offers to the customers. Creating offers in the application is very easy and intuitive to use.

Cons

Backend becomes slow during the week start and month closing, system takes time to publish and generate reports. Combo cannot be added to set menu, also same item cannot be added again in the set menu. Quantity change option should be there even after punching the Kot. Email blacklist notification should be there if any email is blacklisted. Print preview should be present at the POS, we have to print in order to test the same.

Pros

The Billing Operation is so smooth and up to the mark. The settlement window reflects the Denomination by which we can put the amount details while settling the bill. It shows in the Reports as well.

It has the right mix of useful features and ease of use. Everything works smoothly and helps both business owners and staff have a better experience.

Pros

The best part of this software is the Restroworks Academy. It helped us understand the entire system, and my staff learned to use it quickly with its help. This saved us time and improved our workflow. Thank you, Restroworks, for making things easier for us.

Cons

Some of the reports have not been accessible or extractable for over a week, and this issue needs to be investigated and resolved. The rest of the reports are functioning as expected.

Overall it's a great experience to use Posist application from accounting point of view where can can get all the information directly from the software on a single click.

Pros

We are using the application to push data to our Tally server for accounting purpose. Reports are very detailed, bill wise report, gst reports has lot of information. We can generate reports from every brands and every outlet. \[sensitive content hidden\] assisted us with Tally integation, we were facing issue with data transfer to tally which was resolved by the team.

Cons

Need an option to generate custom report as per my requirement instead of generating multiple reports to get a specific set of data. Reports heading are not standardize, it keeps on changing from reports to reports.

It is simple and quite fast for Food court. We can track indivitual level of billing for all th stores. Cons

Customer call center is not up to mark as has to be.Rest part are ok with us as a user level point of view.

Here in our food court we have updated the 8 terminals and we have updated the different print setup for every outlet and its working fine.

Pros

Software is very liable and super fast. Team is very Helpfull with 24x7 support. In our foodcourt we have 8 terminals with different 8 setup and every single system working good for their own area. Thanks To Sanjeev, Rahul Rai for their support and help whereever we have required.

Cons

Nothing to complain but as a suggestion if we can run the bletooth printer with and lan printer in a single system setup.
