It never crashed or had any incompatibility with my Macbook Pros I've been using for four months and not once it crashed, therefore so far it has been very reliable. The interface is intuitive and the learning curve is a walk in the park. It performs as expected, always on the background using very little of the computer's resources. It links to a dashboard where it shows accurate time tracking and reporting. Excellent value for the money. Cons None that I can find. It performs as expected. It's a tool I would recommend for getting the best out of each employee so there is no time unutilized. And I would say like for an employer also employee, it is also evaluating their time and you're super focused on what you want to accomplish. So overall it's a good thing. Pros What I like about it is how easy to set it up. It's easy to toggle between different workflows. I mean, easy to track and make sure that I am hyper-focused on the work. It's easy to make sure that I track the amount of work I'm doing. I like how intuitive and easy to use. Floating and design. And yeah, that's what I liked about it. Cons Attaching website URL's to the project is something I cannot do on Insightful. The tech support sat on my problem a few days before it was resolved.
